Great company if I’m not mistaken he runs his business after his primary job or in between just because he loves to do it. He will be doing all my modifications in the future for my F-250. As a small business owner myself I think he does a great job and would recommend this company to anyone.

I called this place a few months back and was given what seemed liked a very fair price for a Bull Bar. The particular Bull Bar was on backorder and and I was told it was unknown when it would be available. That afternoon I went home and placed an order for the Bull Bar through the same company knowing it was on back order, I also ordered another part that was required for replacing the tow hooks. After several months of waiting I finally received all the parts I had ordered. The tow bar was for the wrong vehicle so I returned it and received the correct part yesterday. My former conversation with Hound Dog 4x4 left me with a positive attitude. Today I called to see if I could get the parts installed. The person I talked with, Joey, said it would be $275. That was more than the tow bar cost. He said that he believed I went on the internet, found a cheaper price and now wanted him to install it. That was not the case at all, I figured I could order the back ordered parts and then keep up with when they were shipped. When talking with him I told him I had another part I also would like to have installed. He said he had never heard of it and had no idea what I was talking about. He said I probably thought I could get the parts cheaper online, lie down in my driveway and put them on myself, but then got the parts and figured I couldn’t do it and wanted him to and that’s why he was charging $275. I told him that wasn’t correct. He the told me it would be $150 an hour to install the parts. I was really disappointed in his accusatory attitude and unprofessional attitude. To be in the business he is in and say he had never heard of a certain part really caused me to have even less confidence in his abilities in doing a professional job.

This shop will explain anything you have questions on and will not take advantage of a woman who comes in. They will do anything from oil change or tire rotation all the way up to lifting my vehicle. I would recommend this shop.
