I had such a wonderful experience with Bella Bridesmaids! I’ve been in several weddings throughout the years and I’ve had the unique experience of using Bella Bridesmaids as a bridesmaid AND as a Bride. Bella Bridesmaids made each experience great and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is getting married!

This past weekend we went to Bella it was amazing! The manager greeted us immediately upon entering and was very attentive to what I was looking for. She had pulled some dresses for us before our appointment and allowed us to continue looking. After a sudden change in material Megan immediately started pulling new dresses for us to try on. She was very accommodating and helped us find an amazing dress for my girls for my big day. Bella bridesmaids was very clean and organized and had a large selection of dresses to choose from. I loved every bit of the experience we had today!

I had the best time finding my bridesmaid dresses this weekend! First, BB had so many different styles and price points to pick from so it was easy to find what I was looking for. An added bonus is the amazing customer service! My MOH and I scheduled an appointment, so we had the whole store to ourselves and had all the one-on-one assistance we needed. The whole day was easy, fun, and productive - I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I cannot begin to put into words how great my experience was at Bella Bridesmaids. The manager was extremely friendly and organized. She already had the styles that I liked pulled. She helped me find the perfect dresses for my bridesmaids. I highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids.

I will recommend this to all of my friends looking for a bridesmaid dress! The staff were SO friendly and super helpful. I went last Saturday with my matron of honor and we found her dress and my other girls dresses within an hour! Such an amazing experience :)

Visited Bella Bridesmaids today and had a WONDERFUL experience. The manager Megan and her staff where attentive, personal, knowledgeable, and professional. The store had a wide variety of dresses. The boutique was clean and well organized. We enjoyed the private experience (by appointment only) and it was easy to accommodate COVID recommendations (social distancing, sanitizing, etc). I would highly recommend this store to any bridal party!

I met with the Bella gals a few weeks ago. They were extraordinarily helpful and fun! They provided many options and were very patient with my many questions. They even pulled options ready for my appointment based on ideas I sent them beforehand. Cannot recommend enough!

We went in to pick out dresses and the ladies were extremely helpful. They even tried on dresses for us. The service was excellent. I would recommend them any day. I even love the fact that they put the dresses in a showroom. Overall a great experience.

The staff was so amazing and helpful! I had just had a baby and was very self conscious about my body, they met my needs when helping me find the right fit for my body and gave me so much confidence! Would highly recommend.

I went with a few of my bridesmaids with a little bit of a tricky color palette and incomplete vision- the two employees that helped us rounded it out BEAUTIFULLY. I could not be more excited for the dresses my girls chose! The staff were helpful, supportive, and kind. A really fun experience!

There were two specific dresses we wanted to see but they didn’t have them at the Columbia location and Megan worked so hard to track them down so we could see them in person. Ultimately, I (bride) did not have a great experience here. So many of my girls dresses were SOOO TIGHT. All of my girls went to the store to be properly measured. Two of bridesmaids had to spend $300+ in alterations and order dresses on Poshmark so they could use the fabric to make it work. When I came to Bella bridesmaids Columbia for guidance, they said how the dresses do run small but they never mentioned any of that before everyone ordered. They advised that the two girls go to alteration stores. They went to the stores that were recommended by the manager, Alex. Thankfully the alterations store were able to save them but what in the world? One of my bridesmaids even texted the manager asking for some sort of reimbursement since they measured incorrectly and she never responded. Avoid this store at all costs.

Very pleased with Carlees service at Bella. My experience was nothing but pleasant, as she worked around my schedule to see that I was fitted for a May wedding. She was kind and attentive during both the fitting session and pickup. All dresses arrived in a timely fashion and were picked up by most bridesmaids. Great atmosphere and style selection at Bella. I recommend for any southern bride and her party.

The ladies at this Bella bridesmaids location were amazing. I was shopping for a mother of the bride dress and I was very pleased with the selection of dresses. If your looking for bridesmaids dresses or a mother of the bride dress this is a great place to the find the perfect dress.

I cant say enough positive things about Carlee and the Bella Bridesmaids in Columbia. Carlee made the entire process incredibly easy, convenient, and fun! She was so flexible with me and my bridesmaids when it came to scheduling times to try on and ordering dresses. She was able to get our questions answered directly from the designer quickly and she could not have been more accommodating, even when I changed my mind several different times. I would recommend her to anyone!

Carlee goes above and beyond for her clients/customers. She is very attentive and listens to your wants and needs. She is very knowledgeable about the designers and has the patience of a saint. I love Carlee and the Bella Bridesmaid store in Columbia. Ive worked with Carlee for a wedding I was in as well as my own wedding. Carlee shipped my dress directly to my apartment in Mt Pleasant, SC during the December holidays since I couldnt make it to Columbia to pick up my dress. She didnt even charge for shipping and it came in 2 days. I then had to go to Bella twice in one week with my own bridesmaids in March and I loved seeing her. Shes so sweet, honest, and personable. She was interested in my wedding details and even helped my Mom pick out some possible Mother of the bride dresses. I highly recommend Carlee and her Bella store in Columbia for an easy, stressfree way to pick out and order your bridesmaids dresses. Shes the best!!

Very disappointed with the level of customer service at this store. I submitted a request to make an appointment a week in advance, and immediately heard back from Carlee regarding their available appointments dates. I responded to that email, selecting a specific date and offering to two time suggestions. After hearing nothing for 2 days, I emailed again, trying to confirm the time slot I had requested. The date I requested arrived, so I called the store twice to see if they had me on their schedule, and I got their voicemail both times. After no response, I went to the store at my requested time, and the doors were locked. In hindsight, I could have left a voicemail for the appointment, but I thought two follow-up emails were more than enough to nail down an appointment time. Because they missed my appointment, I had to try to take my own dress measurements and order a dress with no idea how it fits. I would have used another bridesmaid dress store, but the bride specifically organized the dress orders through Bella Bridesmaids.

Carlee at Bella Bridesmaids was wonderful to work with. Very helpful and always easy to get in touch with. I had 10 bridesmaids but Carlee was able to handle them all with ease. I would highly recommended Bella Bridesmaids- Columbia.

Carlee is the BEST in the business! As a past bride, I could not have been any more pleased with her fast responses, large selection, and treatment! She is the sweetest owner and bent over backwards to make sure everyone had a wonderful experience! I HIGHLY recommend her store for any new brides :)

Carlee is the best in the business, hands down. She is very organized, personable, and sweet. She wasnt a regular store owner trying to sell her merchandise; she promoted what looked good on the individual. She made the MOH role very smooth and provided me with a stress-less experience. I recommend Carlee and Bellas to any bride looking for one less stress when it comes to their big day!

We always had very pleasant interactions with employees at the store. They were friendly and attentive. And the owner, Carlee, could not have been more helpful when I was dealing with a bridesmaids dress that was mis-sized. She kept in constant contact with me and the manufacturer, assuring me it would get taken care of. She was professional, understanding, and assertive in dealing with the other companys mistake. Weddings can be so stressful (this happened three weeks out, so I was incredibly anxious!) but Carlee managed the situation so well and kept me calm while still acknowledging my justified anger. I highly recommend this shop for the wonderful customer service! She operates at a level you dont often experience.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Went in with a bridal party to select dresses. Ordered online within the correct timeframe. The wedding is in less than a month and still no dresses. The company practically refuses to communicate and when they do it is only with the bride (which might as well be all brides). BELLA BRIDESMAIDS ORDERS FROM A THIRD PARTY IN CHINA. Yes I have the email stating that is why it is taking so long. I have received not not phone call back in months along with 6 voicemails. Maybe this review will get their attention. Who knows

*CAVEAT EMPTOR*Carlee the owner has stolen $282.74 after tax from me in April 2016. I ordered a bridesmaid dress (Natalie Deayala High Neck Gown Powdered Pink Silk) and it was ordered on September 5, 2015. I called Carlee on April 6, 2016 and gave her my address because she could not ship it to the Charleston store(red flag #1). I never received the email nor the dress. On April 26, 2016. I called her and she said that the bride had already arranged for my dress to be picked up by her and the dress was no longer at the store. I was not given any information about my dress nor my consent given for the dress to the picked up by the bride. Carlee promised that I would be refunded the amount paid for the dress ( I ended up not being in the wedding as planned), but still paid for my dress and it was rightfully mine. To this date, after numerous phone calls and emails, and after Carlee has promised to pay me for my dress, nothing has come and today is June 2, 2016.
