The store is stunning and the energy/atmosphere is perfect. Everything about Vows put my anxiety at ease. I loved it there! Tori was FANTASTIC to work with. She was friendly and very professional. She kept me on price point and I found my PERFECT dress! I highly recommend coming here for the dress experience! It was a great time. My Bride Tribe also commented on how comfy the chairs were for the entourage. I FOUND MY GOWN AT VOWS!!!

I cant say enough good things! Tori is super sweet and helpful. Very good about picking up on style likes/dislikes. It was clear she knew her dresses by the way she talked about different colors we could order and alterations from the manufacture.

What an amazing experience! I usually hardly ever write reviews but I had such a great experience here I just had too! Tori was absolutely amazing and such a sweet person! I didnt feel pressured at all! I have went to Breeze a couple of time and just didnt feel like they understood what I was wanting.. Wow! I wish I could put into words how I felt when I walked into this boutique but I just can’t it’s something you HAVE to experience for yourself. We have been here a few other times for other friends and family so I was familiar with how the process worked. But as the bride I was over the moon. As soon as I walked in the door the staff greeted us and knew exactly who I was! She sat my bridesmaids down and asked how we were doing (had gone to another store that day. Bad experience) we let her know how it was going and what was working and what wasn’t.She personally took just me around to see the dresses that were there and I LOVED that. She was able to understand and grab an idea of what I was looking for. ME not my party!As I was trying the dresses on she never mentioned the size. I LOVED THIS dealing with body positivity is hard enough and the way she just said this “one will be a little big but I’ll pin it.” Or “this one will be a little small but I’ll connect it” so I didn’t have to hold the dress up was so nice. It made me feel so confident and comfortable.Each dress she pulled it beat the other one and on the sixth and last dress I found my dress.I can’t express enough how amazing this boutique is. The staff is amazing the dresses are ALL beautiful.So happy I got my perfect gown here and I can’t wait to walk down the aisle!

Vows was my first experience searching for my bridal dress and they set the bar high. I highly recommend starting here because you get individualized service, and we had the store to ourself. Tori was fun to work with and so helpful narrowing down what style dress suited me best. The store has great natural lighting, its clean and so cute! You will have no problem finding a dress that suits what you are looking for.

Dont ever underestimate this bridal store! I think, they have the most beautiful dresses in Columbia. I almost missed this place trying to go to other bridal stores where I experienced terrible services. Tori is a superb owner. She did not push for sale and was very genuine, helpful, and just nice. It makes me feel good picking my dress from this fantastic place. I would not go anywhere else!

HOLY FAZOLI!!! I couldn’t say enough good things if I tried!! Tori and Vows are the most insanely amazing bridal store and truly the easiest, best part of wedding planning. From day 1 I had an experience that NO other store could ever match! But to top that off, I had a whoopsie with my dress that was not Tori or Vows fault or responsibility in the least. My bridesmaid mentioned during her dress appointment and instead of not doing anything Tori immediately called me and told me to come in the next day after she closed to find a new dress that fit me (my wedding is a month away as I’m writing this) and spent all night helping me!! I have never in my life experienced such good customer service. And truly I have never been somewhere that is so genuine about wanting brides to be happy more than they want to profit. If I ever need a formal dress, hair piece, cute Jewellery, really anything ever again, I’m only going to Vows!! Highly recommended to everyone!!

I had such a great experience here! The staff was so friendly, the environment is very cozy, and there is such a relaxed atmosphere which makes finding a dress easy. There is a great selection of GORGEOUS dresses and the owner gave me an amazing deal on a dress today to specifically accommodate my budget. I definitely recommend this place for any bride! After shopping around at 6 different dress stores, this place has by far been my best experience.

I loved this place. It’s small but beautiful and elegant but not snooty. Their staff was very friendly and their dress selection is great. They also have good prices. I went to every dress shop in Columbia and this was my favorite.

I purchased my gown and bridesmaids from Vows about a year ago, just had my wedding and couldnt be happier with how everything turned out! I received so many compliments on how perfect my dress was! The bridesmaid dresses were amazing! Over all 10/10 !!!

It’s unfortunate people feel the need to post negative things about a brand new store who might still be working on stock of designer gowns and appointments.I personally had a great experience along with my family. Tori was extremely helpful and made me feel really comfortable. The other girl working (didn’t catch her name, but she was lovely) made sure my family was cared for which I really appreciated. Super cute and just getting started. I was having trouble finding THE dress so I gave here a shot. They were sweet but seemed to lack experience. They didnt have all the designers in yet since they had recently opened. I think they will improve with time and it was overall a good experience, just some growing pains.On a side note though, they were willing to go above and beyond by keeping an eye out for what I was looking for and emailing me options as they came in, but I just ended up finding my dress elsewhere since weddings are limited by time :) Very sweet.

While shopping for bridesmaid dresses we came across Vows and stopped in! My girls felt a little nervous we wouldnt find anything that would compliment everyones shape, but the woman who helped us made us feel amazing, she listened and my vision came to life. I fell in love with a Hayley Paige style that we ended up ordering for all 10 of my bridesmaids! They came in and are absolutely perfect. They fit great and look amazing! 10/10 would recommend.

I cant believe how my fiancee was treated. There wasnt anything positive she spoke of. Even when she tried to explain to schedule an appointment, they wouldnt do it and claimed that they were booked even when she asked for a far-future day or even any day they are able to book her. My mother came with her and she is the sweetest mother anyone will ever meet. They wouldnt answer her questions and did not care about her opinions at all. They have upset the best two women of my life.Save your time and just go to another bridal shop.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. I am a bridesmaid in my cousins wedding so we came in last Saturday for an appointment. My cousin picked this place because of their extensive dress collection- a ton of dresses. They carried many of the designer lines she was interested in.She booked an appointment ahead of time. During that appointment, she had a private dressing room, seating for our whole enterage and someone to help us the whole time.1. Tori, who helped us, was absolutely amazing. She really focused on helping my cousin find a dress that she loved and did not pressure her into buying one from Vows. She helped my cousin in and out of over 20 dresses, giving excellent feedback and being so helpful with the fit. We could tell she was 100% invested in making sure it was the right dress. Also, Tori also provided a lot of “emotional coaching” which really helped my cousin keep a positive attitude and make it a pleasant and fun experience. Such a bonus!2. It’s such a fun but professional atmosphere. We had a champagne appointment and it was plentiful. You can bring your group of family and friends and it will be what you make it, but Vows definitely kept it positive and fun for us.3. The customer service was fantastic here. My cousin “found the gown” and they gave her a cute little board to take a picture with. Such a fun idea and we created lots of memories. We got Tori’s contact information and she promised to follow up for alteration details. Such great customer service.4. Their prices are very competitive and they have an excellent selection in Missouri. The experience is worth it by itself. Even if my cousin had not found her dress, I could see us coming back here until she did find one. I highly recommend coming to Vows to get the full experience and checkout their selection. I know I will come here when I am getting married!

I had an appointment at Vows on June 2nd 2019. This was my first time trying on dresses, and only ended up trying less than 10 before we left. The woman helping me did not help me in and out of dresses, ended up trying to push me out of my price range (that we were very vocal about only being 1000) and tried to push me to the super popular sheer dresses. I am not a skinny woman, and told her multiple times that I didnt want sheer paneling, sleeveless or tight dresses, but thats all she put me in, or would show us. We ended up leaving only half an hour after the start of my appointment. She tried to push for a sale every step out the door. I left feeling terrible about myself and not wanting to continue on to my other appointments that day.

Not what you would expect when you’re trying to find your wedding dress. Not helpful and not welcoming at all! The lady behind the counter didn’t even remember my appointment. Me and my family felt embarrassed from start to finish. Not enough seating for everyone and I told them how many people were coming.I described what I wanted in full details with pictures, from their own website and Instagram, and was given the exact opposite! How could you not find your own dresses?!I wouldn’t recommend to friends or family. Luckily I was able to find my dress at another local boutique. They were more than helpful and had a better selection to show me what I was looking for.I cannot believe that you would still state, even after my appointment, that you don’t have my appointment on file?! I even recieved a phone call and text message from you for my appointment reminder. This was the only way you found my appointment in the first place when we came in.Do not expect to do business with me or anyone I know! I will spread the word of this continuous horrible customer service and expirence that you continue to bring to us!

My cousin didnt have a good experience.Not much help when you contact them. Didnt have any of the dresses we asked about from the designers they had. They didnt know which dresses would be similar and when we stated we would have to drive over, they stated that we should drive to see the dresses rather than them giving me the information over the phone so I can look at the pictures first. Its very rude and obnoxious to do that.Not very knowledgeable in regards to styles. Did not receive a call back when they said they would to check on styles similar as it took too long for them to decide which ones to recommend. There is not a good selection at all at that point.We asked around friends and family, and it turns out that this is not the first time this shop has been rude and not very helpful and they are definitely spreading the word.If you are looking for a store that will have multiple different styles and expertise, I would recommend elsewhere. It is just surprising to us that a bridal shop would be like this.***I had to add to my review after my friends came and asked me about my expirence here. They went and had the same experience. They also read the reviews and brought to my attention that the owner did not care about her brides and called my review a lie and fake. This is very unprofessional!The reason to post my review is to show others my experience so they don’t go through this during what should be their best day of their life!I can’t believe someone who owns a store would call a customer a lier! This is insane! I told all my friends and they made sure to cancel their appointments or not even show up to your bridal salon!And the owner even mentioned these bad expierences to her friends so that they should continue to post their reviews so you can keep calling me a lier! This is all because they don’t know what they are doing and want to blame their customers! Just admit you are wrong when you are!I can’t believe you would ruin my perfect day and then do this on top of it!Just to let everyone know, all the good reviews are just the owners friends!
