The gentlemen who greeted me was so knowledgeable, helpful, and super polite.3. He was able to show me the correct replacement tank in under 30 seconds.4. I was shown how to correctly change the coil since It was a style new to me.5. I felt truly helped every step of the way and confident in my purchase!I have been to many vape shops but this one is by fair the best I’ve been to, I only wish it was located closer to my home.

Ive gone to to High Life and gotten great service (Cat specifically is amazing!) Ive also been and gotten terrible service. I went today and bought vape liquid, I asked for 3mg nicotine and was sold 35mg salt nic. I called to see if I could exchange the product and was I could not return or exchange it. Now Ive been sold a product much stronger than what I asked for, that I cannot use, or even exchange to get something I actually can use. Probably will not be back.

Didn’t have enough knowledge of the products they sold me. First, they sold me a vape battery without informing me that the charger needed to be purchased separately. When I tried to exchange the charger that they said would be compatible with my vape battery (because it didn’t fit) they declined to do so because I didn’t have a receipt. They also could not look up the purchase history or accommodate the issue that was their initial fault.

Staff there is absolutely awesome, vape juice prices are good. Vape mod prices are absolutely ridiculous..

Be wary of five star reviews: they offer discounts to any customer who rates them five stars before their purchase! I went in and spent $24 on a quartz nail only to find out that the employee had snapped the joint by rolling it too tightly in the packaging. I noticed the mistake less than 2 minutes after walking outside of the door, turned around with the original packaging, only to be told that “this store does not accept broken glass to be returned.” Needless to say I was stunned when I was told I would not be getting a refund or exchange, but rather 20% off of my next purchase. Thanks, but I would rather never spend a dime again at this place.

This is my favorite shop in the area. They have a wide selection to choose from and they can offer tons of advise about what you need. They work with you to get what youre looking for. The staff are friendly and the place has a more chill vibe than other places Ive been. Not sure why other reviewers say their stuff breaks easily because the pieces weve bought have lasted and the products always work the way they say they will.

Been in Columbia for 3 years and have been visiting this shop less and less. No longer has the best selection, though still some what competitive. Where their glass is competitive in selection, its usually priced higher then other places in town. The staffs help is at a minimum without really giving you any sort of real knowledge to remember - fairly rude in the past over the most trivial things if you do not know exactly what you are looking for. Over the last 3 years the staff has been pretty much completely changed out with all new people multiple times. Makes it difficult for a regular customer to build trust within the store if there is never a familiar face to see.

Came here for 420! The place was crowded but someone spoke to me as soon as I came in and came back to me as soon as they had free time. I came for a grinder and MIA was very helpful, so sweet, and didn’t try to push any more expensive item on me. I came in with a certain price range I had to stick to, and Mia was able to help me find something GREAT within that price range. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my visit today.

Purchased an AWS scale. The sales person calibrated it for me. It seems it wasnt as accurate as expected so I decided to get another and it seemed to work well while in the store. Got home as was very disappointed with it. The scale I chose was just as bad as the first. Calibrated it several times. Still inaccurate. Looked at the sales receipt and it stated, all purchases are final. No refunds, no returns or exchanges. Wasted 20 bucks. Will never go there again. I know now where not to go.

BUYERS BEWARE! I made a cash purchase today from this establishment. When I got home, I discovered the device did not work. Within 3 hrs of my purchase I returned to the store with all orginal merchandise and receipt and was advised by the manager that their system is down and therefore she cannot do an exchange. Due to this inconvenience I was stuck with an unusable device and her best advise to me was come back on another day and call before I come to ensure they are open.This is not the 1st malfunctioning device Ive purchased from here. They sold me a vape.. opened the box and realized their was no vape in it. They wouldn’t let me even switch it so I had to buy another one
