Went there as I waited for my restaurant order next door September 24 around. 2 :30. When I walked in the cashier was on her phone texting. I never got a greeting and at that point I decided not to purchase anything even if I liked it so I walked around slowly looking at items wanted some new earrings. I left I never even got acknowledged in my exit either the cashier was rude as she looked at me as I looked at items and said nothing not even offering help. She had no customer srevice skills. Seems like some respect and customer service training needs to take place in this establishment. Make customers feel welcome and maybe you will have more sales. Very poor customer service clothes not that great either.

I never do this but in response to the owner’s message posted below:I found your message highly dismissive. The policy is not clearly stated on e-receipts. If you dispute that you are welcome to email me. Moreover it’s a predatory policy. If your inventory overturn is so high and your confidence in its ability to sell so low that you choose to give a returning customer a hard time over a simple store exchange within 30 days time then you have a problem. My wife and I would have happily continued to be returning customers but this response has been disappointing. We will not be returning. A business shouldn’t promote adversarial relationships with its customers. Best of luck.

Great shopping on womens clothes. My wife didnt get anything on our visit here, but they do have a good selection as well as a great discount section. Its a high ceiling store with a great open feel.My only complaint was that the were playing music, which was great, but they had some issue with the connection for it or something because it would constantly cut in/out while playing each song

BUYER BEWARE!!I have never had such an experience at a retail store as I did this past week. I purchased a blouse from Entourage Clothing on Lady St and I debated on trying it on because I was on a tight schedule and the employee of the store said you can always exchange it. So I left. I was almost certain the size would be fine. Got home and the shirt was cut smaller than the last shirt I purchased there a week prior. So I bee-bopped back to the store and said I need to exchange it for a different size. She said the sale is final. No exchange No return. My face was like a deer caught in headlights. I said your employee said I could exchange it. Nope you can’t. I stood there for 10 min saying I was told I could but now I can’t. So I talked to the home office in Atlanta and gave all the details. She talked to her regional manager and general manager and they said no exchange. That’s their policy on sales items.I said so you are telling me because one of your employees said I could exchange it now you won’t let me so that means I am the one being punished...the customer! Oh, They had a whole rack of these shirts still on the back wall a week after I purchased it.I understand store policies, but their employee said if it doesn’t work, come back and exchange it. I love the shirt. I didn’t ask for my money back.I said I will never be back to your store and I will tell all of my friends about your very poor customer service.If anyone goes to this store and they tell you, you can exchange you better have them write it in ink with a signature and date!I plan to now shop at Ivy and Leo for the piko blouses.If you have friends that shop at Entourage Clothing please share my story.In all my years of shopping I have never had an experience like this.Now to the positive, I will be donating the blouse to our Trisha’s Trunk at my church instead of throwing it away.

Usually when a store is having a huge sale (such as the $16 dresses sale) it takes forever to receive your shipment and sometimes the things you order come in different packages weeks apart...not Entourage! My order was processed within 10 minutes of me purchasing my items and they got here in 2 days! Excellent service like this is so rare and so exciting! Thanks Entourage!
