Honestly, I’ve never been treated as nice as I was at this store. I was on vacation with family and I was looking for something cute to go out real fast. And Tierra treated me as if she knew me for a long time. We searched for something that will let me get all the babes. This girl made me feel comfortable with myself enough to buy and order more online so honestly if she isn’t a GM or higher you need to look into it because this girl is just amazing and deserves that acknowledgment! If you read this I got the babes! This is how customer service should be!!!!!
I had a pleasant experience with the manager here. Although the place was busy and understaffed she remained sweet and helpful. Very optimistic young lady. Thanked everyone for their patience
Employees and customer service were horrible. Came into the store, store was not busy, practically no one inside. Asked to use the fitting room, the cashier stated Im the only one here right now so the fitting room is closed. Literally a minute later another employee came in. Even if you are the only employee here, you dont even have any customers. Apparently the other employee was not clocking in yet. Even if the employee was not clocking in at that time, you could have opened the fitting room for 1 customer. The other employee not clocking in proceeded to eat at the register while talking to the other cashier. Instead the employee working(with red hair) proceeded to talk on the phone. Her cell phone while at the register working. She was talking on the phone even prior to the other employee coming in. In other stores, Ive seen staff open the fitting room and then come back to the register to ring people up. The store was not even busy at all. Will not spend my money here. I haven’t been to Columbia mall in quite a while but this afternoon I went to this pacsun and the manager was so helpful. Donece helped me find the shirt i wanted in my size. She had such a positive attitude and treated me so nicely. After reading some of the negative reviews, I would disagree. She was such an amazing manager. Even though she was the only employee at the time she took the time to interact with me and the other customers personally to make us feel appreciated. I will definitely be returning.
This Girl Tierra is the best. She complimented my British accent. She said do you want a bottle of water (in a British accent). She also mentioned she met the Queen even know that isnt true cause the Queen is a robot, but I still appreciate it. Shes just like a friend I never asked for or ever met in person cause I didnt see her in person as I live in the UK and dont even know what this store is.
I dont remember her name, but I think her name was Tiaja? Tierra? One of those. I went through a messy breakup and went to go shopping to distract myself. I vibed really good with her while I was there and she made my experience so good I forgot the breakup even happened. She was so funny and genuine! I def will be returning and telling all my friends about it
They need to change their times online they close at 7 but it says 8pm
I came in this store once. The employee asked me where I bought the clothes that was wearing and suggested that I shop there instead. I took his advice.I hope this store goes under and gets replaced by another with friendlier staff and less mediocre products.
Terrible service. Returns are a struggle online and I didnt even get the right product in the mail. They gave me a similar one without even telling me.
The employees appear to be very distracted and want to do anything but their job.
My slim daughter got Jeans that fitted her waist!
Tell me why are they charging so much for those clothes? Then tell me why these kids are paying that much for them! Not worth it!
Update 3/2019- new manager and greatly improved customer service and store appearance.Original review:Messiest most disorganized store I’ve ever stepped foot in. There are literally piles of clothes everywhere, empty shipping boxes block walkways, boxes of shoes obstruct the registers, and the employees (“manager” included) are clueless.The “manager” was pleasant but incompetent. I wanted to exchange a size (L for M) with a receipt and he was insisting that I pay the current price, $10 more when it should have been an even exchange. I kept the L.I also had a gift card that I used toward the purchase of sweatshirt. I owed an additional $5.32, paid $6. The “manager” then says I owe 68 cents. I look at the screen and explain that 68 cents is my change.I’ve shopped at PacSun for my brothers for years, this location specifically and it’s a shame to see what this location has become.
My teenage daughter and a friend went to Pacsun and she purchased 2 shirts, buy one get one half off. The male employee told her $58.00. She was holding $50, he then told her ok thats fine and took only $50. When she got home she thought it was too much and looked for the receipt, there was none. I called the store and explained the situation, we didnt want to return, simply get the discount. The manager, who I beleive was the employee she dealt with, said there was nothing they could do without the receipt. My call on this, the employee stole the $50 so there was no receipt in the first place.
