We went today at 5:00 and employees were very rude they were talking about customers coming in to late when it was an hour till closing. The worst part of all is that they started mopping at 5:30 when customers were STILL SHOPPING they were forcing us out around 5:40 mopping around us. Not only is rude it also dangerous, no wet floor signs. Which they can get in trouble for it can cause serious injury. We had decent experience but this ones tops all but not in a good way not only is it irresponsible by the employees it’s horrible work ethic, it might not effect them but it effects the customers experience. DO BETTER

Love this store. I can always find great gifts here for friends and family. Service is good and it’s easy to get in and out. They carry all the cute southern shirts from various vendors for women, men, and kids. I love the yeti products and the insulated cups. Always new stuff too!

I love Palmetto Moon. Some things in there are a little bit pricey!!!

So I’ll probably take this down later since I’m being a little “Karenish”It’s 10:53 they open at 11 not the biggest deal but it’s only a simple exchange 1 small shirt for a medium. That’s all. They are lacking in customer service. My opinion anyway.

I received great service and attention. The employees knew their products. I went in to buy a gift for Fathers Day and had a question about the Columbia shirts. They knew they were cut on the larger size, so I was able to choose just the right size I needed.

Amber is the bomb!!! She sported the cutest tie die shirt to work this morning and I definitely want one!!!

12/2018 update. They did it again, fantastic friendly service. For game day gear, or anything SOUTHERN!!!The place to go for game day gear. If you want it they have itDabo said bring your own guts on a Saturday. On Sunday they are selling BYOG Ts. They are on top of the sports scene. Good quality, awesome place for gifts. Make is a stop SANTA, BIRTHDAY FAIRY LOL everyone. You will not walk out empty handed. Massive amounts of kids items, larger adult sizes. Many many gifts other ts. I strongly recommend.
