Back in 2016, I was looking for an engagement ring for my now wife. I went to what felt like hundreds of jewelry stores looking for the perfect ring. Then, I came across Edward Arthur Jewelers and from the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly faces and knew this place was different. I ended up speaking with Kyle Brooks and he could not have been more helpful. He worked with me on finding a great ring in my price range and never tried to push me to spend more than I was comfortable with. The whole experience was great and she LOVES the ring.Over the past 3 years, my wife and I try to make it back to Edward Arthur to have her ring cleaned and to reconnect with Kyle. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing an engagement ring or wedding band. Everyone in this store is personable, experienced and so knowledgeable. I have bought 2 Rolex watches from this store that I absolutely love and Kyle is an amazing designer. He designed a 2.1 ct. diamond wedding band for me and nailed it! I wear it everyday and love, love love the design. If you are in Columbia Mall - stop by and check out their inventory. They have great stuff and their prices are reasonable for the quality you will get. They are one of the last real jewelers left in Columbia Mall and the only place I stop when I want a good quality piece to add to my collection. I worked with Kyle and he was more than perfect! I chose a piece of jewelry that inspired me but it wasnt exactly what I was looking for. So Kyle, designed a ring for me that fit my perception of the perfect ring. It came out exactly as I envisioned it. I was able to see the design in 3D before I went for it and I was bedazzled by it when I put it on my finger. He is talented and can take your ideas and create your masterpiece. I will be back!

I have been shopping at Edward Arthurs since 1979; I have always been impressed with the customer service and all the purchases my husband and I made there. I have also used the design studio which I would highly recommend, Kyle took the time to design exactly what I wanted. Recently I asked if they could fix a piece of Brighton jewelry which Brighton said they were unable to repair. Edward Arthurs repaired the piece and it looks beautiful!

Had an AMAZING experience getting custom jewelry here. It was 3D rendered so I could have a real idea of what to expect and was kept informed through the whole process, mine and my husbands rings look exactly as we wanted them to.

Went in to sell a 14k gold necklaces. Was told they offer market value. The current market value is about $24 per gram. They offered me $12 per gram. Thanks, but no thanks.

Saw a TV commercial to sell your jewelry. Went out of my way to check it out. With in less than 5 minutes I was insulted by the manager telling me it was scrap value. Dont believe them. Go elsewhere!!!!

I personally would not go back. I went in to get a bracelet put on my watch. The older gentleman did not seem personable or friendly whatsoever. I was pretty much the only customer in the store at the time, and I felt like he did not want to help me out at all. He did not use gloves while handling my watch, and at one point he just put it on the counter (no felt underneath) to make a last minute clasp adjustment while pressing the other side onto the counter. I also asked to get the watch cleaned beforehand which he had agreed to do, but after putting the loctite in he said he couldnt clean my watch. Once everything was done there was loctite on several links of my bracelet. Terrible experience. If you want your watch, or any piece of jewelry for that matter, to be cared for when being serviced I would suggest taking it elsewhere. I was also charged a higher price than originally told when I inquired earlier.

I walked into this place to have my D-Blue seviced. The employee or maintenace guy that worked on my timepiece threw my timepiece on the counter like it was something he found in his daily voyage to the dumpster. I should have figured that would be how he treats onother persons property judging by the size of this guy. How can you have any regard for others when you hate yourself? Never going there again!!

Edward Arthur jewelers in Columbia is the best jewelry store I have ever shopped in. The staff is highly knowledgeable and has always been very much in tune with all of my needs.

I made an appointment to get jewelry appraised, resized, and fixed. I was told the appraiser is only there on Tuesdays, and had availability on a Tuesday morning. So, after they confirmed my appointment and reassured me I could get my jewelry fixed and resized, I took off work and went with my fiancé. The appraiser was fine and cleaned my jewelry. As he was cleaning it, the appraiser mentioned the jeweler (who would fix and resize my items) wasnt in today. This was then confirmed by a woman, who then made no effort to assuage my concerns regarding why I was told it would be ok. If I had known this, I would have been able to save a valuable day of leave and went elsewhere. It seems they just want you in the door. Be warned.

I would recommend this place to everyone!
