Great customer service. My wife damaged the band on her wedding band so I took it to them to have it repaired. While they had it, they straightened the band, repaired the prongs on the diamond, and cleaned the whole thing. It was amazingly afforable as well.

I came back to Mosleys to see what they could do and they custom made me the exact same ring that she originally found, with cleaner diamonds and some custom personal enhancements. They show you exactly what the ring will look like through their virtual program, and allow you to make adjustments right in front of you. I went to John Moseley to custom design an engagement ring for my girlfriend. He listened to my ideas, walked me through the process, and worked with me through the design phase including 3D renderings and 3d printed models. I was a demanding customer but when the ring was finished, it exceeded my every expectation. Their jeweler (also named John) does outstanding work. Ring was absolutely perfect and stunning!!! And...she said Yes :) I would highly recommend Moseley.

I had a great experience with Moseley. I wanted to create an engagement ring using the stones from my fiancés great grandmothers ring. The designer at the Broad River location worked with me to find the design I wanted. They were very easy to work with and made good suggestions and really tried to understand what I wanted. When I had an idea or made a suggestion they always came back with exactly what I was looking for. The design process was made easier by the mock-ups and concept art they sent me. Once I settled on a design they were able to take Great Grandmothers stones and use them in the design. The finished product looked so good; I could not believe they were the same diamonds. Delivery, payment, and the entire process was pain free and exactly what I wanted. The jeweler made sure everything was sound and perfect. They even went the extra mile to make sure I had the right box for the ring. I just want to thank TC and the entire Moseley team for making it happen.

It is gorgeous.When I inherited the remainder of the jewelry from her and my mother, I decided to go back to Moseleys. John Moseley and his staff helped me redo the pieces into jewelry that I can wear and enjoy and pass on to my family. It gives me fond memories of my mother and grandmother. I give Moseleys a five star + rating for both their knowledge and customer service. Plus, the cost was much lower than I anticipated. (-: I recommend them highly! I went to the Lexington store first and it almost made me not go to this store because they just didnt have a big selection at all. However when I drove by I was running ahead on some errands so I figured why not stop. I am so glad I did stop. These people all stopped doing what they were doing and joined in to help me. I went to another competitor right after leaving here and no one spoke to me for at least 10 minutes. I ended up very pleased with Moseleys and if I buy I will certainly be coming back to this store even though I live 250 yards from the Lexington store. The Broad River Road store is just that much better with selection, and far surpasses any jewelry store in the Columbia metro area when it comes to customer service.

After spending an entire day looking around jewelry stores in Columbia for a good-quality strand of pearls to give my girlfriend for Christmas, I came up empty handed. I walked into Moseleys an hour before the store closed, and I was immediately greeted by an employee who showed me their pearl collection. I was very impressed. While Moseleys did not have much of the cheaper fashion pearl jewelry that you might find in some department stores, they did have the biggest range of high-quality white pearls that I saw all day. The strand that I purchased from Moseleys was almost perfectly matched in color and size. And most importantly, the pearls were priced very generously. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

Hila is a joy to work with at Mosley’s. I needed to replace a stone from my favorite ring. She helped me with my ring and we ended up talking about my other jewelry. I had some beautiful pearls, diamond pendant and diamond engagement ring from my ex. They were collecting dust and I was going to give them to my daughter. Hila suggested that I use the above pieces by designing new jewelry from them. We created a modern gold bracelet using the 2 diamonds as accents. This bracelet also is an extender to my choker pearl necklace. We created a beautiful gold necklace using the ornate clasp from the pearl necklace and created beautiful pearl and gold earrings from the plain stud pearl earrings. My once beautiful but boring jewelry that would have been unused for years are now modernized and repurposed. Thank you Hila. You listened and created masterpieces for me.

Over the years Ive bought most of my wifes jewelry from Moseleys and have always been very satisfied and treated very well. However in recent times Ive moved away from jewelry as gifts and have instead weve done celebration trips. As a result, Ive not been into Moseleys in at least 5 years to purchase jewelry and during this time most of the people that I have worked with in the past are no longer in the Lexington store. Yesterday I went to Moseleys for a simple request and as has always been the case the staff came through and helped me out. I needed an old watch to have a simple repair to the watch band that Jewelry Warehouse couldt (or wouldnt) attempt to try. Moseleys staff did not hesitate to give the repair a shot and within 5 minutes returned my watch to me with the repair that was needed. On top of that they didnt charge me! Its customer service like this that goes a long way and will insure that I will continue to go to Moseleys for all my jewelry needs for my wife.

As a Columbia native, I chose Moselys Jewelers for a design using my engagement and wedding rings because I was familiar with their name. I was waited on my one of the owners, given his email and asked to email him or call with any questions. I tried this for several weeks. After receiving such poor service (no return calls, or responses to emails), not getting anywhere with a new design or purchase, I decided to consign my rings with them. After 6 months of no response, no response to message left either by phone or email, I am choosing to pick up my rings. I will not do business with them in the future. No matter how much money you are spending or what service a vendor is providing, it should not matter. All customers should be treated equally, with respect. That was not the case for me.

John Moseley and his staff were so helpful when I went in to see about getting my first engagement ring made into my first year anniversary band. I showed them the first engagement ring and handed them my wedding ring and wedding band and explained how I would like to use the diamonds from the first ring to make the anniversary band and a few other changes with the other diamonds. John and his staff took their time to listen and then said that they knew they could do this and ask if I would be ok to leave all three rings with them. I said yes even though it was hard to part with my wedding ring as all women are like that 🤗. John kept in touch with me to let me know how things were progressing and that he would have them back to me before our anniversary. He was so caring and patient as there were times that I would call to check as the date was getting closer. Now I dropped these off on the Monday before Christmas and our anniversary is on new years Eve. So they were also dealing with the holidays and the time frame of when I needed these rings back. John called the Thursday before New years Eve and said they were ready and said that they turned out beautiful. They did the most amazing job on my rings and he even complimented me on my ideas.
