The store is being renovated and looks brand new. The cashier was awesome!

First time I had been since the remodel I was very impressed. I will be going back a lot. So much better than the old store.

Awesome place! My wife and I love the furniture we got from here. When our recliner broke we worried wed get the run around like we had at other places forcing us to buy something new. Danielle, Thomas, and James did an awesome job though and got us the helped we needed to get our chair fixed. Would definitely recommend

Everywhere you look it says holiday items 75% off so I get to the front and the items ring up full price. The cashier calls the manager and she tells me my items are 25% off. Nowhere anywhere is a sign that says 25% but everywhere you look there are 75% off signs. What kind of BS is that. And anywhere else I would have gotten it for what it was advertised. But not here.

Big Lots across from the VA has become a bit upscale. The store is absolutely clean, the aisles are full of much newer and different merchandise. We went in to just look around and found 2 items we didnt know we needed. We will be back. Everyone was very nice.

No greeting upon entering store...nothing surprising there, thats a normal thing. Found what i needed....cashier was nice. Stores been re-arranged and it looked awesome!

Value furniture, affordable food, toys and housewares. We bought a couch from this location about a year ago and I feel like we paid 1/3 of a normal retail price for a quality piece. We often run in to stock up on snacks and drinks. The location is convenient to Garners ferry, Leesburg road and the interstate. They have recently tried to make some changes in their floor layout which makes it feel less dated. Check it out if you haven’t been in a while!

I did not go inside. From what I saw of the exterior, it showed pride. No litter on the grounds. I noticed that the carts were neatly stacked and not scattered at the door or in the parking lot.

Big lots has a beautiful Christmas decor setup, I found just about everything I was looking for and then some. I enjoyed my shopping experience today.

Big Lots has so many varieties of merchandise. I love to browse through each aisle. You never know what you might find that you realize you cannot do without.

I like shopping here. They usually have lots of deals and bargains. Mostly private label brands but I find they are usually just as good as the national brands.

I like Big Lots because I can always find the odds items that I be looking for. Great selection on furniture and good prices. Its a pleasure to walk and see the new items for the season.

Smaller store compared to the others. I feel that the company should invest in a few upgrades....but they keep everything easy to find and neat in this store.

Not very happy. The last 2 times we have shopped at Big Lots, the items we went to purchase we were charged reg. Price on sale items.. We were told that the sheets were the wrong color. Sign did say select variety, I understand that. However they should have moved the Select ones away from All the others. There was a small stack of Select All the others were full price.. then upon getting home my friend checked her receipt to find she was over charged for 3 items it was less than $10.00 so we didnt drive back the 10 miles to straighten it out. This has happened before.when you sign product for clearance sale you shouldnt put regular product in with it. It makes your line at check out longer because they have check price then remove it from transaction. Unless you are trying to pull a Bit and Switch on the customer.

Extremely honest and helpful staff. I unknowingly dropped my wallet while leaving the store. The employees tried reaching me at home and kept my wallet locked away safely until I could retrieve it the next day.

I havent been to Big Lots in a while, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. It was clean, very organized. Such a GREAT variety of stuff for Christmas. I will have to make a trip back in a couple of days to take my time and look thru all the aisles.

Terrible prices on furniture, good prices on most other things. Usually have some great clearance deals.

Took over 30 minutes for them to bring the furnace I bought out to me but the person who helped bring it out and help me put it in my truck was very helpful and gave me tips on how to handle it and how to keep it safe so honestly deserves these 3 stars.

A couple of years ago I shared great bargains but recently I went to Big Lots and the prices are like a large department store. Prices are extremely expensive. I know prices have gone up but this store is over pricing. Watch out.
