As soon as I walked in the door I felt like I was where I was supposed to be. Calm welcoming atmosphere and vibes. The lady I met there was so kind and answered all the questions I had with gentleness. I will definitely be returning. Also don’t forget to say hello to the resident cat, she’ll definitely meow hello.

The first time I went it was great and I couldn’t wait to go back. The second time though the entire vibe was off. I went in with a friend who was checking something on their phone and the camera accidentally turned on. They were not taking pictures and turned off the camera after it came on. The person at the counter was watching them like a hawk though apparently. Because she very loudly and rudely demanded that my friend show her their phone and delete the photos that were taken even though none were. Immediately we felt unwelcome and left.

I cannot express the serenity that I experience from my many visits to Belladonnas. Every employee that works there has their own unique form of love that they emit whemever theyre dealing with customers. From casual conversation, to deep discussions about certain items or topics. Based on reviews, Ive been looking forward to visiting this shop for a while. I was pretty disappointed. It was interesting, and had a wide variety of items, but the prices were VERY inflated. I found a crystal pendant,& was searching for a 30 in silver chain. It was $72!! I found several identical solid certified silver chains on Amazon for under $20. Crystals were overpriced as well.The vibe I got from the 2 women working there was not good either. Very odd, as I expected it to be an uplifting environment.Hopefully I will find a shop I enjoy frequenting.

I was absolutely thrilled with my first ever experience shopping here at Belladonnas! As far as I could tell based on a quick Google search for local metaphysical stores, this shop is the only option anywhere close to Irmo, where I live. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door and professionally yet warmly welcomed into the shop, and informed that currently, a maximum of 5 customers were allowed inside at any given time. However, I was lucky in that I didnt have to wait outside upon arrival... every so often while I was shopping, one or two customers would need to wait a couple minutes for someone else to leave before they could come inside, but the attentive woman working the shop was so efficient and polite in letting them know, that nobody seemed to mind. Once inside Belladonnas, I was thrilled to see the treasure chest of beautiful and useful products that was this adorable, moderately-sized local shop! As I quickly scanned the shops wares, I knew that if it werent for the other shoppers waiting their turn to come in, I could easily get happily lost admiring the well-rounded assortment available for purchase. This unfortunate yet important and necessary health precaution didnt sadden me too much at the time however, because I already knew that I would be returning soon for more goodies and necessities, and that I would most likely become a frequent flyer in this happy shop with knowledgeable friendly staff, a great variety of quality products and ingredients, and a warm welcoming atmosphere.

I ARRIVED TODAY AND WAS TOLD BY TO CUSTOMERS THAT THEY HAD BEEN WAITING OUTSIDE THE STORE FOR 30 MINUTES WHILE PATRONS SHOP... ONE OF THE WORKERS CAME OUT TO ALLOW THE TWO WHITE WOMEN IN WHEN SHE CAME OUT SHE NOTICED WE WERE ALL TALKING AND THEN SAID THAT ALL 3 OF US COULD ENTER THE STORE ONLY IF WE GROUP TOGETHER AND STAY CLOSE TOGETHER.. I LET HER KNOW I WASNT WITH THEM.. THEN SHE SAID I CAN ONLY ALLOW THEM IN BECAUSE WE WOULD BE AT FULL CAPACITY. I OBLIGED TO WAIT OUTSIDE. I ARRIVED AT 4:10PM AN LOOKED AT MY WATCH ITS 4:44 I LEFT. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I HAVE CAME AND HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE WORKERS. I WILL ONLY SHOP AT SWIFT WATER BEADS ON ROSEWOOD THEY HAVE AN BETTER SELECTION AND THEIR ENERGY IS THE MOST BEAUTIFULLEST ENERGY EVER.

This has got to be one of my favorite places in Columbia to shop! The selection is amazing, the vibe is magical, and the owner is welcoming. Im sure there are many other venues I could go to for metaphysical supplies, but the time, expertise, and care that is given each time I wander in with a new question or idea is irreplaceable. I just discovered this place less than a year ago and I have probably been back 40+ times already. It is even a safe and welcoming place for kids! My 5 yr old is so enamored with this place he will request to go to Mrs. Jens shop whenever he earns money or a reward. I have recommended Belladonnas to several friends and co workers looking for anything remotely different and they have ALL come back thanking me for such an amazing experience and have become repeat customers themselves. The shop itself was very well stocked and it was a very pretty, neat, tidy place. But no one would wait on me. My son asked for help and asked several questions but we didnt get help so we left without buying anything. If the service had been better i would have given five stars just for what a cool interesting place it was.

Still 5 stars!!! I received my first Oracle deck and I want to do everything right. Cleanse the deck, cleanse my self etc. I havent even opened the deck yet. So I got some crystals, white sage, a bowl and some incense sticks. The ladies there are very kind. My energy totally changed from the moment I stepped in there to the moment I left. They are just so kind 😊😊😊 and helpful. They also have a cute cat there. Of course the cat detected my husband and his allergies to cats ahahah. I really love this store, Im visiting from Ohio, so my cousin brought me in, and I was really excited about their selection of dried herbs. Everything in this store was fun to look at, and the ladies that work there are really helpful and welcoming. I really appreciate a good sense of humor and everyone was equipped with one. I plan on making a visit every time I am in the area. Sometimes when you go into shops like this, the people are snobby and the prices are awful. This place is the real deal and their prices are fair. I cant wait to visit again.

She often donates to Carolina Wildlife and other animal organizations. She has helped many struggling artists and has always supported Native American interests.New Age it is NOT. Practical Magic it IS.

I probably wouldnt shop here again. The store itself is beautiful and well stocked with a variety of items but didnt like the human vibe in there. Immediately before even stepping into the store there is a LONG list of rules to abide by. Each sentence beginning with NO. It doesnt encourage growth or openness. Upon opening the door, customer service was poor. We were not offered help or even a let me know if I can assist or answer any questions. I mean with so many other options as to where I can purchase things why would I shop here. If you are new and learning aspects of the metaphysical go somewhere with lightness, a space for nurturing, a place of love. The defense is felt here before you even go in.

A wonderful and perhaps the only(?) metaphysical shop in Columbia. Jen keeps a large and diverse array of items for people of various spiritual traditions. Every time I go in theres something new. Jen is knowledgeable and ready to answer questions.
