My husband and I purchased jewelery to be engraved for our sons and needed engraving done. The engraver we went to prior was unable to get the job done. Things Remembered was able to engrave on Christmas Eve. The Columbia location is the best.

Last year I needed 8 awards engraved in 1 day and they were willing and able to do it. I live over an hour from there and the employees took that into consideration and made sure to complete my order in just over an hour. Of course I was super happy so this year when I needed the same thing again I immediately thought of them. Unfortunately one of the names was misspelled on one of the awards.As I was standing there thinking if I could reorder another plaque and get it engraved in the time I needed, the employee said hed order a new one, engrave the name and mail it to me to save me the trip back. I had the new, corrected award in less than 2 weeks which included him ordering the new one. Definitely Will go there for all future engraving needs.

Great associate but my engraving was just ok. Hard to see and was crooked

I came with my employer who purchased 20+ items for a next day event...all needing engraving on glass. We spent more than five hours in the store. My patience was wearing thin, but not the employees. Each was patient, kind, and gave above and beyond service! Excellent customer service!!!

I came to this location to get an engagement gift for my friend. All around, the service was poor. I was not greeted at the door. I was provided with no assistance. Walked around the store for almost 15 minutes and was not spoken to until I asked how long I would need to wait to have the item engraved. I was told I would receive a text when it was ready. Nearly two hours later, I went to check it it was ready and it was but never received a text letting me know. I probably will not return to this location.

Im surprised these places are still around. Just seems like a weird concept to me. Stuff with names on it. Store itself is fine, staff was friendly and helpful. Just not really my cup of tea. If you need something personalized, this is your ticket.

This locations is the best I ever visited. The staff was quickly to see if I needed help and pointed me in the right direction. I ordered a great desk ornament for a friend opening up his business.

I wanted to order lockets as gifts for our junior bridesmaids and had found one online I liked but wanted to see it in person, so I went to this location. They didnt have that style in stock, but said they would order it for me and if I didnt like it I could return it. The woman helping me wasnt very friendly, but said it would be there in about a week. I waited until 1.5 weeks had passed to call and check on the status and the girl on the phone was very unprofessional (didnt put me on hold while she went to check and I could hear her in the background goofing off). I also overheard her catch a mistake that they never actually ordered it...but when she came on the phone rather than telling me the sitation she said it would be there in a few days. So after 2 weeks passed, I stopped in and again was met with some very rude workers, who fumbled around the store trying to look for it. There was another customer waiting to pick up an order and they couldnt find hers either; hers was filed under the wrong name. Mine was still not in but they said it will be there in 2 days. I waited another 5 days to call and check and sure enough no one knew what was going on and my order could not be found. How is it this hard to find three lockets? The girl told me to call back later after they had opened up their shipment. Still have no lockets and I am out $100...at this point I almost want to return them just based on the experience!If you are needing something in a hurry, or are expecting decent service, DO NOT go here.
