AWFUL!!! I rented a sound level meter to be used for 1 day on a project that took 20 minutes. I then received a bill for a 5-day rental that totaled $520!!! When I called the customer service to explain the error, they informed me there is a 3-day minimum (which no one told me at the time of rental), AND they charge for the days the instrument is in transit, IN ADDITION to a hefty shipping charge! Total rip off, I will never give this company my business again.
