I purchased a slightly used 2020 Kubota B2650 in October 2020 and had to leave it with them until I could arrange transport to New Jersey. I found it online and could not pass up the opportunity to buy a current model year for such a good price. I dealt with Gary the sales manager and we did everything over the phone, once it was delivered It was 100% as described and fully serviced . I have had a few questions over the last 3 months and when I call I’m greeted with a smile coming through and prompt responses .Thank You Lawn & Leisure for making this a great experience

This company is a fraud. They don’t honor warranty and they will blame you of misuse without looking at your equipment. I wasted my money paying with extended warranty. They want to charge you, just by checking your equipment that I bought from them with extended warranty. What a ripped off company!!!!!!!!

I was what you can call a pain in the rear customer. I had a John Deer LT 155 that belonged to my father so it has a lot of sentimental value to me.I asked them to work on for me as they had outstanding reviews and a reputable business reputation. They said that they normally dont work on John Deer but they said they would do their best to help me out.There were a few problems with it but each issue the folks there worked with me and much to their credit they put up with me as I was overly anxious as it was my dads tractor.They did a fantastic job on the tractor and even put up with me.I would highly recommend Farm Power for any services you may need.I just hope for their sake you are not as big of a pain as I was.Mike Weston

Had a truly 5 star experience here today. Came in to buy a walk behind mower and was immediately greeted, not pounced on or hassled but a friendly greeting as I came in the door. 15 minutes later I was walking out the door having paid what I wanted for my new mower and the few questions I had answered. The icing on the cake was them filling out the warranty information, helping me load it up into my vehicle and getting home to find that the oil was filled to spec (normal) and the tank was full of gas (bonus!) An extremely friendly and smooth experience start to finish. I look forward to this next winter when I drop it off for seasonal service with them, I already know I will be in good hands. Dont waste your time anywhere else for mowers, trimmers or lawn care equipment, these guys are the best

They have always been happy to answer all of my questions about new equipment and diagnosing my personal equipment. Drove all the way from Fort Leonard Wood to purchase a tractor from them. Great service putting all the pieces of my order together, from a backhoe, trailer, bucket, cab. I knew exactly what I wanted going into their location and they didnt try to up sell me a bunch of unnecessary items. They were very friendly and knowledgeable of there products. They tested and made sure my new saw was good to go and actually found out that it had a bad chain on it before sending it out the door with me. I will be back to make other purchases.

This is the first negative review I’ve ever left for a business. Upon entering the building I was looked at as a burden. Okay, no big deal. I was looking for a belt 3/8” in width with a diameter of 39” (forgot to mention, exactly like the one I had placed on the counter). The service counter with attitude says they don’t take orders based on measurements. I point to the wall of various belts and ask if any of those belts could be what I’m looking for. The man says “How am I supposed to know?”....how about you compare them to the one I’m holding?! As I exit I held the door for an employee carrying 4 or 5 weed eaters. Not a thank you. Nothing. I will never return to this location.

The people there are very accommodating. I only needed a chainsaw sharpened, but Id go back for anything. Very helpful.

Great customer services sales staff is easy to work with and services dept. is very knowledgeable of anything I needed to ask them about. The driver that delivered my tractor asked me if there was anything he could show me how to work on the tractor. he help me out with a few questions I had. great staff there would send anyone there over the other places in town . These are really good people. They are pretty up front about prices, and don’t try to haggle you much. Kubota is solid equipment, and if you choose to go with them, this is your place. They provide reliable service as well. You can’t go wrong visiting this place.

Just bought a Stihl chainsaw. Forget who helped me but he asked if I needed help the moment I walked in the door. Was very knowledgeable and helpful to a novice like myself. Got a good price and good advice.

We have multiple Stihl products and just moved here looking for reputable Stihl dealer/repair shop. Pull rope on saw broke, so we went in and asked them to replace it. The pulled the part, sat it next to the saw, and said it would be ready by Friday. It wasn’t until by the middle of the following week Randy called and left a voicemail that the estimate was ready. I was confused by the word “estimate” and couldn’t call, so I had my wife call. Randy ran through a list of 11 items that were wrong with the chainsaw and advised it would cost $259 to fix, but he could sell us a new one for $280. My wife told him the saw was running fine when we brought it in, that the pull rope had just broken, and we didn’t ask them to do any work other than replace the pull rope. He then said he would have to order the part and it wouldn’t be in for 3 or 4 days! My wife reminded him that the part had been had pulled while we were there, and the saw was supposed to have been ready the previous week. He stated it was not the right part. My wife asked why they had a tech “diagnosis” the saw and Randy told her it was because customers come in asking for one part to be fixed, the shop would fix it, and then the customer would return saying that other parts of the saw weren’t working and would blame the repair shop…. My wife and I are very insulted by his insinuation. Another week went by, got the call the saw was ready, and my wife went to pick it up. The bill was $65. My wife asked why it was so high and was told it was because their tech diagnosed issues wrong with the saw. Needless to say, we did not pay for the “diagnosis” and will be taking all our Stihl products to another dealer/repair shop. This type of practice is really nothing more than a scam and we wonder how many people have unwittingly fallen for it.

I needed blades for my Honda mower and Randy replied instantly with price and availability. I was able to pick them up today for less than the cost of ordering them on the internet and I kept my money local. Special thanks to Mr. Loesch and the entire staff who helped get me in and out quickly.

Good inventory on parts. Price is reasonable on Kubota, JD and Stihl parts. If you catch them on spring parts sale. Load up on fluids and filters. Great guys to work with.

Great people I bought my Kubota MX 5800 from Gary and can only say good things about him/them. From start to finish he gave me the best price and tractor and attachments (I did a lot of shopping!) all involved past and present were very friendly and easy to work with. Their service department is top notch and eager to assist me the few times Ive called just a great place to do business.....I tried two other Kubota dealers before going the extra mile to drive to Columbia Mo and I am glad I did!
