Took mower for engine repair, the bolts ahead in oil pan housing, screw up my PTO clutch when removing from engineIt fall apart after 1.5 hours of mowing. Mower only had 238 hours. Want to charge me for new one. I fixed the old one myselfWorking fine.

Have been there twice... Service makes or breaks any business. This place is long term, small business owner operated and they are great. Knowledgeable, willing to teach, If they dont have, they will get you where you need to be.

We are having your typical Saturday wedding and need a dance floor. The problem we ran into is that all dance floor rental places only pick up on Monday and our venue doesnt allow any items left over night. We spoke with Brent from Aaro Rental and he was more then helpful. He gave us a great price and gave up his personal time on Saturday to come out and pick up the dance floor. We would highly recomend Aaro Rental for your events.

If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. The manager Tina is very rude and unprofessional and her husband the mechanic doesnt know how to properly fix the equipment and blames it on other workers. They try and take money from people to get over on them and it is not right. They are not a good company and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I would rather go to a reputable company and pay more but get good customer service and good equipment. They charge you to use their POS system which they shouldnt on top of taxes. All that they are doing is ripping people off and then try to not return the money they stole. They are crooks and are lucky people havent taken them to court and shut them down.

Rented a mini excavator from here but the idle was up way too high. Called back they said thats how it is if they turn the idle down the machine wont work. Since we were digging next to houses this was not acceptable so we returned it immediately. Then They charge me $25 for not returning it with fuel topped off. The machine is broken why would I put fuel in it if I did not use it?

This is the rudest store I have ever been in. I took a mower in for repair. They did do the repair but they lost a wheel in the process. They argued with me about it and ended up saying that it was my word against theirs. Unbelievable.
