Very customer oriented, friendly staff. The contactless registration process was easy to follow and understand. Upon arrival, I was greated by staff member with a bag of goodies, a lock, keys, and even received a demonstration of how the new locking system works. Thank you for making the process pleasant.

This is my first opportunity to rent with Morning Star, but the experience was Great. Personnel was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She completed the paperwork expeditiously and very patiently explained the key and lock process. And best of all the first month of storage is free. I would highly recommend them for service.

Great Storage Facility! The in store representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to reserve a unit within minutes and I didn’t have to pay till I was ready to “move in”. The unit was clean. The touch less welcome bag was nice! Had some sunglasses ant a “T” in it, with the lock for the unit. Motion sensor lighting is very bright! I definitely recommend Morningstar Storage.

Don’t let this lousy company FOOLED YOU ONE DAY late charges fees are outrageous!!! Manager Michelle Ortiz needs to be replaced she’s condescending, inconsiderate and have no flexibility to with the public. A week ago I asked to speak to her supervisor to file a complaint no one has reached out to me. WONT BE RECOMMENDING ANYONE.

It was alright, What threw me off was infestation of bugs in the storage unit and plus the dust but I expected dust just not the insane amount of spiders and bugs, But overall it was average place to hold my storage into my new house.

I am using Morningstar Storage to store my daughter’s belongings from her apartment move. This company was the second out of three companies that I sought estimates for using their storage services. I am very happy with my choice because they gave me a great deal and were very helpful with any issue associated with my move in (which were very few). The manager was very detailed and professional in explaining my storage options and fees. If you live in the NE Columbia area and need storage, I would highly recommend them for your storage needs!!!

Morningstar Storage had excellent customer service, the staff were very patience and professional.

Our experience was great! Michelle and her friendly coworker quickly guided us through the process of renting us a unit. They helped us pick the best size given all the options and the best affordable rate. The office, yard, and unit was clean. There was even a baby gecko that greeted us on the property. Very polite people. Nice place. The only thing I was shocked at was after getting my unit, I did not learn about the the service fee and the lock fee. I guess they are switching over to cylinder locks, so for some units you cant use your padlock.

We found Plantation Storage on Hard Scrabble Road when we moved to Columbia in 2011. The managers, George and Sarah are wonderful people to work with. Each and every time I called the office (sometimes monthly), they were always professional, pleasant and willing to help. The storage units are clean and I always felt comfortable with my belongings at the unit. The monthly emails with the discounted rates are always a plus! I would recommend anyone needing storage to check them out.
