Fantastic store. the guys who run it are genuine merchants, and they keep a great selection of music. also, within the same roof is a movie theater, bakery, bar, besides the record store! very cool, very fun!

The guys working at Hitt are so helpful and nice. Super genuine people. They are the best in the business when it comes to vinyl and vinyl accessories. Ive been to a lot of record stores but this one is by far the best. Definitely check it out. Also theres this one guy who works there that is super cute and funny... I think they said his name is Doug!

A very inviting environment with a wide selection of vinyl. They definitely are the best place to search for or sell vinyl to. They know their stuff and the worth of vinyl records. Good group of guys with a cool shop in downtown Columbia.

Hitt Records is the best record store in the history of mankind. Its owners are exceptionally informative and a pleasure to be around. They offer a wide selection of great music in a relaxed, open environment where I can browse and engage at the same time. Its not just a record store, its a phenomenological experience. On more than one occasion, I have enjoyed a cold beverage while sitting on Hitts comfortable couch and listening to the music being played. Sometimes, I even have the pleasure of catching a live act on Hitts mini-stage. Most of my record collection originates from this beautiful shop. Hitt rocks!

A must stop every time Im in Columbia. They have anything and everything youre looking for and even stuff you never knew you needed. Theres a reason this locally owned shop has outlasted the bigger, fancier boutique record stores in town.

This place looked great on social media, but I was blown away when I went in person! I found everything I was looking for, and the staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely be back!!

Always something cool to find here. From old and semi forgotten albums to brand new, they have a good mix. Found some real keepers while in there. I feel its good prices, they are not just high to be high because its vinyl.

Hitt Records is great! They are happy to place special orders and even went out of their way to let me know when a record I wanted was reissued.

Tons of selection, helpful staff, good prices. Columbia is lucky to have such a cool record store.

Nice selection

I just today brought 75 albums to Hitt Records.I wish I had gotten the name of the young man who served me. After being asked what I expected to get for my LPs he ended up offering twice the price I expected. I cannot express more respect. He could have given me what I asked but, was honest and forthcoming. I encourage anyone who have records for sale to visit Hitt Records.

I might have a better opinion if theyd ordered the music I called and ordered......Yeah, its a groovy shop. I am sure there are tracks there that are hard to find.

We love Hitt Records! My son is a music lover and we try to make the hour long trip every month or so to see whats new! The staff is always so friendly and prices are great!

Great selection great staff.Always have at least 1 thing you want. When I last went I had a great time.They definitely had to restock the rush vinyl after I left.If you buy vinyl from the web and you live around here. Go here instead. Went during a live music get together to sell some vinyls that were taking up space. Manager with blonde hair was very nice and polite and made us feel at home. will go back again!

Normally a good place, but when you visit a record store (or any audio store for that matter), the employee shouldnt be blasting out some noisy British punk rock with the f-word spoken and screamed over and over and over again. Its not electic--its immature and childish, especially when the guy behind the counter is in his 40s if not 50s and should know better. Be cognizant enough to play that garbage in your car--not a retail environment.

I could have spent hours in this great shop. The guy working was awesome and super friendly. If you find yourself in town you need to stop by and check this place out.

Me and some friends got there at around 5:45pm the sign on the door and online say theyre open until 8pm. While we were looking through some 45s one of the guys working there told us they were closing in 10 minutes. Made it feel pretty awkward so we left. We probably would have got some 45s and LPs if we had time to properly look around. The place inside was small but seemed nice. Id only go back again if it was right when they opened to be safe if you want to check this place out.

I walked in to what looked like a vintage record store. Customer service was awesome. I gave them 4 stars because they only had 2 out of 9 titles I was looking for.

I love this place. The atmosphere is really inviting with a friendly and knowledgeable staff not to mention the cool music thats always playing. If youre a vinyl loving person this is a must when in Columbia!

Awesome selection, helpful staff

A true gem of Columbia. They have everything audio! Cassettes, 7s, 10s, and 12s (new and used). They have a small rack for fanzines and a local section at the check out counter. However, there is a small designated area for metal/hardcore. Still a great place with great prices and friendly staff!

Keep vinyl alive!

Good prices, but I will say they carry much less of the mainstream records (think Britney Spears, Tatlor Swift, etc) than I wouldve liked, but I realise it is catering towards a more non-mainstream market.

Easily the best record store in Colombia. A nice shop, well organized and inviting. Owners were genuinely friendly and enthusiastic about music, not just selling it to you. A large selection of current LPs with a a nice mix of catalog and curated used titles. Prices are fair, and there are scores to be found to the buyer willing to dig. Great place.
