They do not want to provide support, only sell products.I purchased a new, 5G phone but messaging did not work with my old, 4G SIM card. A warning about device compatibility on the Verizon website directed me to Verizon support, who informed me that my phone is compatible with the network, but only with a 5G SIM card. Support suggested I pick up a SIM card for free at this corporate location because it would be faster than shipping one.My interaction at this store was confrontational from the start. The agent seemed offended that I had purchased an unlocked phone instead of purchasing a phone at Verizon.The agent further claimed the store could not provide a SIM card without a purchase. When I pressed that a new SIM card should be a free support service at a Verizon corporate location, the agent consulted a manager to formulate the circular logic that because the website showed a warning about device compatibility they could not give me a compatible SIM card for my phone, disregarding the second clause of the warning about contacting Verizon support, who were well aware of this warning when they told me my phone model is compatible - with a 5G SIM card.If you are around East L.A., save yourself the hassle and go to the Verizon location at Montebello. There, I stated my problem, the agent knew I needed a 5G SIM card, and gladly popped one into my phone, free of charge or hassle. Immediately, a backlog of messages came pouring into my phone.

As long as David is helping you then you are in good hands. Verizon should make him the store manager with a big salary increase.The security lady is polite, nice and helpfulas well.

Ive been here twice in two years and have received excellent service both times. The sales reps do try to upsell you (thats their job, after all), but they also will try to work with you to get the best deals. They have a lot of great advice and are knowledgeable about the products.

The employee I worked with today was not helpful. He just had me do the same steps over and over again and didnt help to get me a phone today. Over an hour of my life wasted here because of incompetence and ineptitude.

It was horrible! I called in advance to make sure I was not wasting my time. Sergio answered listened to my problem told me to come on down he would take care of me no problem. I arrive and even tho other associates were available they had me wait 27 minutes exactly for him to finish with the customer he was with. It was finally my turn and he basically cut me off while I was talking and told me I didnt want what I wanted. He said, thats stupid, what you should do is purchase a new phone. I explained to him that I was on a limited income and didnt really have money to spend on a new phone especially when I had two used phones in my hand. He then made a face like he couldnt believe I just said that and told me not to worry about it. I got you. Were his exact words. He tells me to have a seat he will be right back. So once again I was left waiting. Long story short he set me up with a new phone I pay $8 a month for and then said he couldnt return it I would have to call customer service and send phone in. I was so upset I started crying and walked out.

Went in to warranty a battery and Tin the Manager or thats what he said his title was just wanted to sale me a new device. I was there an hour and a half before he agreed to warranty my device. Every time I walk in to that store they dont believe in warranty, they believe in just selling you a new device.

Well, my husband and I went in for an upgrade, and we signed in, as requested, and although there were several customer service staff members, just walking around and/or on their devices, after 20-minutes, at no point were we approached for assistance. The employees that were just walking around, were either on their devices and/or talking and joking with eachother. I will never go there again, even though we live 2-blocks away!!!

I was pleased with Ryan the sales associates service. It was quick and knowledgable about the products and services they offer. He also answered all my questions and for that I am grateful. I totally recommend this location.

This is my go-to Verizon store, they will go the extra mile to make sure you leave the store happy. I switched to tmobile for a bit to save $ but came running back when I experienced the competitions terrible service.

By far the worse experience I have had at a Verizon store! I been with Verizon for 3 months now I ported over from att. I went in for a simple warranty exchange because one of my devices had failed agter 3 months and the service I recieved from the manger Tony/Antonio/Anthony was horrible!! Instead of listening to reason I guess maybe because it wasnt a sale all he did was literally push me away even after I said if you cant help me I will call customer service to get this resolved he continued to put me down.. So I said I would call customer service to resolve the issue which I did and Verizon literally with open arms took care of my situation and replaced my device which Im grateful for by the way I asked him if I could make a payment since his paystation was not accepting cash he still pushes me away and says that somebody was in front of me even though he was literally doing nothing just standing around on his phone... how this guy has become a manger for Verizon is beyond me! Just curious why attempt to help me and push me away if somebody is ahead of me for service! 1st and last time I go to this store unless this so called manager gets replaced!!

Ive been a customer for over 13 years. Salesmen dont seem interested in helping you unless you want an iPhone or Samsung.(they get higher confession for these) I went to three different stores in two days to buy a Moto Z Force. Was checked in, but never helped since I told them I wanted a Moto phone. Took my business to Best Buy and got free mods for the phone and a $100 gift card.
