I needed to get my kids two new phones so I Decided to go inside a T-Mobile store and check them out. I was Approached by member they took my information and then later I was called up. The T-Mobile member that help me out his name was Kenneth. Kenneth was very professional and also had great patience explaining my different options for these phones. The shopping experience was great(And believe me I’m not the type to write a review good or bad) but I feel like he went the extra mile.So if you’re in the area ask for Kenneth at the commerce location.

I went into Sprint with my girlfriend so she could upgrade her iPhone to the newer one. The gentleman that attended us was Issac. Not only did he upgrade her phone with ease but had me and my girlfriend laughing while we waited for them to transfer data from the old phone to the newer one. 10/10 service from him. Definitely a trip to Sprint I will remember. Issac if you see this. Thank you.

Took my brothers phone in to get the screen replaced at the beginning of the month. They didn’t have any replacement phones available, so my brother went without a phone.They said his phone would be ready within 7-9 business days. I received no communication from them within those days. I happened to be in the area and decided to pop in and check. Phone was still not ready. They were able to provide a replacement. There was no communication on their part. Every time I called they said they would call me back because the Tech dept. was busy. I never received a call back from them. This morning I called and was finally able to speak to someone and they informed me the phone was ready and had been for 3 days! They said they called a different number. I specifically asked them to call my number because I will be the person picking up and paying for the service. I am completely dissatisfied with how this specific store handled this situation. Next time a problem occurs I will definitely drive out of the way and go to a different store.

Bad customer service. Promised me $200 to transfer to their service and its been over a year and nothing. The representatives here wont do anything to help resolve the issue or at least show empathy or willingness to help. Dont be gullible to fall for their deception. Youve been warned.

I highly recommend that nobody visits this Sprint store.Not only is the customer service terrible, but they have no idea what theyre doing. My mom, who is mentally ill went to pay a bill. She never had to pay because it was before the 30 days, she used Sprint for a week. But did they tell her that? No, the woman, Brenda gladly took her money. Fully knowing she did not have to. I hope someone reads this and fires her, but I doubt that will happen. Its sick that there are people like this out there. Who would easily take advantage of someone. I called Sprint and got my mom her money back, but what if someone doesnt have help like she did? And would have gone without 70 dollars. That for someone who has to pay for doctor visits, therapy, and medicine can be very valuable. Or even a small little treat or fun for herself. Im disgusted.

I do not like Sprint at all. They keep raising my bill and do not even send me a letter no one likes surprises. And i went to buy a tablet with $200 and they would not let me pay had to get on credit. I went wirh my LG tablet told them it did not work they gave me a Ipad and now i pay more for it. And the machine you pay your bill on does give the price of your bill. I pay almost $200 a month. My son uses his phone only fir youtube and hot spot.not phone calls All of a sudden he has a bill i never ordered for messages agency. Sprint sucks..

Every time I need help with my bill, upgrade, technical support they always help me with a smile, they have really good service and they explain every question you have and look on how to have a better plan. I recomend this store for sprint customers that want better customer service.

Two of their representatives were taking care of one customer and the rest all talking and laughing out loud. One passing with his tablet not even asking if I needed anything. Never go here. I made an upgrade from iPhone 6 to IPhone 7 Plus and they stole my iPhone 6 . I had to pay for the iPhone 6 for like 8 months . Until I noticed on my bill I was still paying. I had to call and look for different alternatives since they would not help me . Stay away from Abraham, Ernesto, and lissete. I had to go to a corporate store where they worked with me on resolving the issue. After like a year of battling I got a refund and no thanks to this stupid store. I will soon move to Verizon. And keep in mind I wasted gas and time visiting this store for help . I probably came to them about 10-15 visits and none of them resulted in solutions. Just empty promises. The sales associate who received my phone even had the audacity of saying he wasn’t sure that I ever returned it . I have the texts, the date and calls that prove I wasn’t lying and they still wouldn’t check the cameras. So I hate this store and I hop no one else gets robbed here. And no im not just mad initially they were my go to store but never again falling for their tricks . I now do everything online and once my phone is paid I will leave to Verizon. Beware. Negative a million stars...

To find out it had been there for 2 days.Everyone there doesnt help. This place sucks! I went there to switch carriers and Petra aka Gia promised me I would have the iPhone 7, but for the time being I would have to leave with a 6s plus she also promised I would get my final bill paid off by the company, i would get a few hundred dollars for my phones I have to them, and I would get a visa for my referral because I was referred to them. Every time I called to Check on the status of these things, she wasnt there, or she was on break, or she was helping a customer, they would tell me to call back, or shell call me back. The never ever got back to me. The time frame that she gave me to be able to get my iPhone 7 was up and I didnt get an iPhone 7, she didnt even reach out to me or call me, even though I was trying to reach her. She also told me that she would handle my referral reward because my friend referred me to them, neither me or my friend have received anything. Every time I would call the store to speak to her about that, the manager, a red head guy would speak to me and say that these things take time, its such a big company, youll have it in a few months its been 8 months and I never received anything. Even when I called after about 2 months of waiting after the first time I called, he told me the same exact thing. I ended up calling sprint customer service and they informed me that i had to enroll into some referral thing because I havent been enrolled, so she didnt handle that like she told me she would. Then I ask about the hundreds I was promised for my phones that I turned into them, the customer service rep told me that I shouldve gotten a reciept for that so I can enroll for that and I dont recall being given a reciept, so she didnt handle that like she promised she would. Then I asked about the visas I was supposed to receive to pay for my final bills form my last carrier and the rep tells me again, I havent been enrolled and again she didnt handle what she said she was going to handle. So I just want to say that she and that entire team need to be replaced for lying, for covering each others laziness, and for encouraging this type of Sprint sales tactics. Im sure this isnt how Sprint wants things done but this is how they are representing this company.

This store customer service has gone bad. Came here to fix my note 5. My screen cracked and lcd went black. Phone still on but no picture . Phone had no prior issues . They offered over the phone that as long as phone was still on they can replace my screen. When i arrived it was totally different. My phone was unfixable, my charging port is dirty and not working properly. Hmmmm. They were more interested in me getting a new phone. Tild them i was getting second opinion . Glad i did. Techs at another cell phine repair location said phone is good they replaced scrren and my phine is working perfect. Bad experience watch out people!!!

I cant even believe I have to give this place a star! Worst customer service ever! Waited 3hrs to get my phone fixed and right when I left my phone began to act up again. Complete waste of time, I guess there technical support are too incompetent to do the job. Oh and dont bother asking how much longer because they are unaware of how to tell time, girl said 5 more minutes, which turned out to be another 40 minute wait! Worst sprint store ever. If your not buying of upgrading the staff as a whole does not want to help you out. Not sure why they offer insurance for repairs if they do not want to fix anything. This store is about 200 yards from my moms house and we have to drive to the Fullerton store to get some real Customer Service. Shame on you guys as a whole.

The Worst Sprint Store I Have Ever Visit. Completely S#!ty Service and the Techinical Support is Just As Bad. The Employees here have no care for their customers, and theu clearly show it with the horrible service. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this store. I had to call in TWICE to pick up my phone. The first time I dropped it off for technical support and after 4 hours I had to call to check the status of my phone; they lady simply says it has been ready. From that, we needed to order a replacement and no update call after a full week. I call in today to check the tracking/Status of my replacement, and they have the same response. By far, the worse sprint store I have ever been to. If you could avoid this Sprint Store then be sure to do so. The store may look nice but they have no courtesy or compassion for customers. Representatives just walking chatting it up. The techs were horrible. I went there asking for them to repair my phone, it took about half an hour to see me. After that they took my phone to phone techs and said it would take an hour for them to service it. From the time I got there till I left, 15 minutes after they took my phone, I saw only 2 of the 5 techs working. The techs were horrible. So left after 15 minutes I left. I called their number 3 times to see if the phone was done, no one answered. Drove there, again representatives just chatting up and when I asked them about my phone they said they needed to replace it and I would need to come back Thursday (it was Tuesday when i went in). I could keep on going. If you could avoid this Sprint Store then be sure to do so.
