Honestly one of my favorite locations. They go above and beyond to try and get everything right. Ive had one bad experience here but because one of the baristas recognized me, it was handled wonderfully. The staff they bring into this location always seems to be in a good note. I highly appreciate that environment when it comes to getting my coffee fix

Took a while for the drinks with an near empty room but drive through orders have priority. Drinks were made perfectly

Customer Service is great. The spot is in an awful side of town in an ugly fugly Target shopping plaza. However its Starbucks drive thru so service is popular crowded and as to be expected.

Placed an order through the app for pick up, got to Starbucks and the lobby was closed. I was standing outside while one of the employees was sweeping and she just kept saying no from inside until another employee came to the door. The second employee told me i had to make line to pick up my order through the drive-thru. The whole purpose of placing an order for pick up is to AVOID waiting in that 20+ car drive-thru line. My drinks were just sitting there on the counter. I wasnt asking to go in, simply hand me the drinks i already paid for. Maybe they should consider to stop taking orders when its near lobby closing time.

The worst coffee I have ever had in my life was served to me there today and I called not to get my money back nor will they tell me they will place the coffee just to tell them to do their job better and the manaller answered me or she would have tried it before leaving

This used to be my favorite Starbucks because it was close to my house and I have been studying here since I was in college in 2015. I was with my BF and we were hungry so we brought McDonalds. A couple minutes eating and this employee (I believe his name is Leo) told my BF, Hey, no outside food. My BF responded, There are other people who are eating outside food and they have done it for longer than we have (keep in mind that we came here once a week since 2015). Then Leo raised his voice and told us, Hey, did you not listen? No outside food. My BF and I put away our food and we were upset but we went back to doing what we are doing. Then I noticed that Leo kept eyeing us and I felt uncomfortable and told my BF and thats when Leo said, You need to start acting like adults. There is no outside food allowed, okay? And I can hear you both talking s**t about me. I was appalled because neither my BF nor I cussed him out and he did. Then my BF responded, Please dont talk to me like that and again Leo ignored what my BF said and told us to start acting like adults. MInd you, neither my BF nor I talked back to him and he assumed we were talking s**t about him...For those of you who think I should have gone to the manager, I am sad to say that the manager seemed to be on Leos side. I believe the managers name is Jonathan, and he told us that the no-outside-food policy was new and now enforced. Dont you think that if Starbucks had a new policy, they would let us, the consumers, know? My BF nor I will not come back to this location while Leo is still working there ...Im upset because weve been coming here for years and Im a Gold Member but my BF and I felt disrespected. What happened to having the highest level of customer satisfaction, Starbucks?Please note that I never do this, but I felt like I had to because it was not right for Leo to get aggressive to us like that. We put away our food, like he aggressively asked. There was no need for Leo to tell us off like that afterwards.I had to post here because I also posted on Twitter but Starbucks did not notice, even after multiple retweets from my followers.Ive been seeing other people post about Leo on Yelp reviews - so maybe its time for Starbucks to reconsider having Leo continue working there?

They have new staff, they use to be horrible. The manager kelly, idk if she still works there but she kept the employees in line and made sure there were no complaints and that the customer is served with the best customer service regardless who it is. I miss her.

Lobby is closed and it’s understandable because of Covid but they should enforce another system for mobile orders. They are asking mobile orders to pick up drinks through drive thru, when the reason we order ahead is to cut the line.

This is my go to Starbucks location and I’ve never had any issue. However, it’s come to my attention that there are new employees. Today, I made an order, I mentioned that I wanted the Venti drink double blended, but instead the other drink I ordered which was the tall ended up being double blended. I never really point it out whenever people get my order wrong because I work in the food industry and understand how some customers can be very difficult, but he was extremely rude. When confirming the order again in order for him to fix it, he rolled his eyes, and looked away while speaking to me. When the drink was ready, instead of handing it to me he left it on the drive thru window. I was still waiting for my other drink when he responded, “isn’t that it already? you got your drinks” I would’ve understood if I upset this employee by giving him attitude or being rude, but I was nice about it and simply mentioned that the incorrect drink was double blended. I wasn’t able to get this employees name, but I made my order at around 1:45, today Sunday June 21. I’ve never had an issue at this Starbucks, so this was extremely disappointing.

Drive thru always crowded best to just order inside

They were fast and kind however, I ordered a grande hot chocolate and they didn’t even fill the entire cup. I kept tilting the cup And didn’t taste anything until I opened the cup. I got it drive through and left so i can’t return in.

Gave this location plenty of tries with the same result. The drinks are gross. All I want is a vanilla iced coffee with an extra pump of vanilla and a little extra cream. What I get is a bitter coffee taste. Like theyre using burnt coffee. Ive had them remake them... nope still gross.

It was nice my first time actually going to this Starbucks in commerce City, the worker were nice, busy place, different to the one Im at right now, had a good 1 hour stay, I didnt buy anything because Im a Christian & I fast on church days, so Im going n fast mode till i go home tonight or if we have coffee at church after regular service Ill break it, but I love Starbucks coffee, theres so much to choose from its hard to decide, anyway it would be nice for u to stop by....

Had a caramel frappuccino this morning with a bagel bad service took a good few minutes my caramel frap had to much ice and it tastes water down last time I going to stop there and it more expensive than the one by general hospital...

Very rude employees made an order on app for pick up I waited for 10 min plus another ten minutes knocking on the door they acted like they didnt see me if it wasnt for a girl with same situation told me that they closed oh but my payment went thru atleast come and say its close very disappointed never again come to this Starbucks because they took my money and werent professional to atleast communicate with us ur customers

Ive found the staff here to be friendly and helpful. Spacious, open location with variety of seating options (tall tables, bar seating, padded bench). Cool on a hot day thanks to big window shades.

My regular morning coffee spot was blocked by the street fair this morning at 545am, I stopped by here and had no clue which coffee to get. The per working this morning gave a suggestion for a white something after asking me some questions on what I like. What really made this a 5 star was the genuineness in her voice as she told me Id be more then happy to make you something different if you dont like it. That eagerness to serve customers is so rare. Im happy I stopped by

I love Starbucks. Definitely 5 stars. But Im going to base the rating on the inside of the store... the place is great... very spacious. The only bad thing, and the reason why I dont give this place 5 stars is the fact that there are almost no electrical outlets. Lots of tables have the power mat but most people still cant use those. Come on Starbucks, install some outlets at this place. Thanks. Bye bye

I frequent this location, and the service has fluctuated in the time that I’ve been going there. However I understand that this is how it is sometimes at Starbucks because I was once a partner. Over all, my orders have almost always been right, and there are some seriously good partners at this location. Drive thru is a little anxiety provoking though

The great thing about Starbucks is that many of it stores have captured not only the flavor, but friendliness of customer-barista interchanges. Clean lobby, fast- friendly service, and tasty drink. Well worth the trip.

My daughters are big Tik Tok lovers and when they heard that Starbucks had a tik tok drink they where so anxious to go try it out. The lovely cashier was so sweet and honest when I asked if they have the infamous TikTok drink, she politely said we dont have it but Ill help you look it up and Ill gladly make it for your girls. .... I cant explain just how grateful I am that they would go out of there way to please my niece and 2 daughters.... thank you Starbucks

They are supposed to be open at 7 but never are, they block the drive way and you can see all of them in there rushing to get the store open.

I order a simple green tea with light lemonade 2 pumps liquid cane sugar and they didn’t used beverage quality they made twice Nd couldn’t get it right I got a refund and left disappointed I can’t believe the person in charge made my drink his name was Jon he didn’t even make the moment right or anything like that

Great place to get your coffee or any drink you prefer. Only downside is that it can get really packed quick especially in drive thru. I highly recommend to go order inside instead of drive thru and park a bit away from building. The drive thru can get packed and go around the building and block cars from getting out. Staff is very friendly and quick service. Building is very clean and a great place to hangout and enjoy your drink while working or just to chill inside.

The layout of this one was more open. I felt like standing in line here wouldnt be too bad because theres space for a line. That said, there wasnt a line during that visit.

BAD COMMUNICATION ..!!! No dragon fruit available .. not even strawberries.. for my “pink drink” or dragon fruit .. i waited in line like 15 min to place my order and to hear that they didn’t have strawberries or dragon fruit .. and that happen in the morning too. And they DO NOT PUT A SIGN OUTSIDE To let customers know...!!!!
