Its the greatest cinnamon roll Ive ever tasted. The rolls have an amazing buttery taste. Way better than Cinnabon. Ill fight over that!

I was running low on sugar and really looking for something sweet to bring my blood sugar level up. Searched and found Cinnaholic very closed by and open. A cinnamon roll is what I needed. So this place is quite interesting, it is a place where they use a cinnamon roll and jazz it up with other toppings. The experience is quite interesting but as a warning, it is very sweet. I bought two - the Mr. Turtle which has chocolate frosting, pecans, caramel, and chocolate sauce which is a tap too sweet; the other one is the Angel Food Cake roll which has frosting, marshmallows, strawberries and blueberries which is a bit better as the acidity of the berries balanced out the sweetness. For $8.00 each is quite expensive. But it really saved me when I was desperately looking for something sweet. They have about 4 tables al fresco for you to enjoy your sweet treats.

I got the Smores and it was so good. I would definitely recommend it for anybody who loves the cinnamon rolls

I love your pastries, they are amazing...But I went to this place walked in waited for about 5 to 7 minutes standing there...nobody acknowledged me, they were 2 other people waiting aside for their order. The cashier and someone else never said a word. Because I didnt go in to begg but to buy I left very dessapointed. Its a great place but unfortunately some employees dont care about the business. No customer service at all. I will never go back to that place.

This is truly an amazing place to get a delicious treat. Its a very welcoming place and provides the best cinnamon buns I have ever had. I suggest the bluberry one, its simply incredible!

Definitely a nice little place. Very friendly staff, they even gave us a free sample of miniature cinnamon buns. I think this place has a lot of potential but has some growing pains to go through. Different coffee drinks Iike espresso would go excellent with these original cinnamon rolls.

OMG! SO IN LOVE!! I was researching a trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway, looking for places I will be able to eat. Happened upon Cinnaholic in Pigeon Forge... Founded in BERKLEY! We made the trip from Sac today and were not disappointed! I got the caramel apple pie, wife got the smore. Cant wait to come back and try all the rest!

This place is a true indulgence! The quality and taste is excellent and the variety of options means there is something for everyone. I have given these as gifts to friends and also removed them from guests to my home. Always a delicious treat!

Great friendly staff! They definitely practiced social distancing here and their menu was awesome! Only thing was that we found a couple ants in our buns. Might have to work on that...

Terrible customer service! I called around 8:30pm to confirm they close at 10pm as listed online (we live in Clayton). The woman who answered the phone said they close at 9pm. We were glad we checked! So we rushed to get there before 9pm. We arrived at 8:45’ish and the woman said she was “all out of cinnamon rolls”. Wow! She could have easily mentioned that she had ran out, or running low on cinnamon rolls when I called! It would have saved us the trip there! But she didn’t care! She turned away multiple people that came in as I was leaving. She seemed bothered to see people coming in! Will not be going back.

Just delicious. Vegan cinnamon rolls that you can customize? Always yes!! It makes me so happy that this place exists! I highly recommend getting one if the flavored icings. They’re all so good! Especially the root beer one (not sure if they have it anymore though)

For the sugar and sweet lovers .I loved that it was all completely vegan, the cream cheese frosting was spectacular.A bit on the pricey side and beware it is extremely sweet so perfect to satisfy those once in a while cravings.

Taste great bad common sense hygiene.heard name called. Watched some one else grab it. Figured heard wrong name. Watched customer go through order open everything then return it. Staff puts bag on counter i watch it entire time. Then call us to pick up our order 5 minutes later. I ask if it was handed out already and was told so? What do you want me to do about itCommon sense..Tossed order had it before and it does taste great.

Came here on a Friday night, the place was very busy and we did have to wait around ~15 minutes to place our order, however we didn’t mind and they gave us samples of the icing flavors while we waited! We ordered a cinnamon roll (which was warm and delicious) and the edible cookie dough, which was by far the best edible cookie dough I have ever tried! We will definitely be back.

Amazing cinnamon rolls! I loved their store in Berkeley and I am so happy they opened on in Concord. 🥰 Its closer to where I live and has easy parking. Not to mention its easy to find, reasonably priced and surrounded by other amazing places. Also there is a great park nearby to enjoy you food! They also have drinks and cookie dough 😁 everything here is also vegan 🌱

Excellent customer service but I was caught off guard by the taste and smell. I literally had no clue it was vegan and when I tasted it, the frosting took me back. Had I known it was vegan, I probably wouldnt have tried it because I know I wouldnt have liked it. I think just advertising that its plant based more would be helpful.

Service was great, but we were not prepared for the fact that this is a completely vegan establishment. We are not opposed to vegan, but when we ordered cream cheese frosting on our cinnamon roll and a hot chocolate, it did not taste at all like we expected, for now obvious reasons. And had a distinct smell. The vegan nature should be better advertised.

Really good toasty edge Mmmm vegan and half the calories of a regular cinnabon so you get two for one ;) a bit pricey like all vegan food but totally worth it.

This place is so good. Whoever had the idea to make a built-it-yourself cinnabon honestly deserves a Grammy. Its surrounded by a huge park, a bunch of little eating places and a theater. Nice place to stop for something sweet out with friends.

Had an order of the Old Skool Roll (~$6): fresh baked cinnamon roll with vanilla frosting. Food was delicious, staff was local, and the ambiance was retro chic.

The store is air conditioned and seemingly clean for first impressions. Monday noon staff was nice. I ordered the classic cinnamon roll. The frosting was good, the texture of the roll was good, however, it has kind of an undercooked taste to it though. Like raw flour or something. Anyway, the roll was edible but not memorable in a good way, suffice it to say I was pretty disappointed with the overall taste. I think Ill stick to Cinnabon for my next sweet tooth craving. Tweak the roll recipe and I think youll be golden! Best of luck.

Not good. I ordered a classic roll. Slightly cheaper than cinnabon for a cinnamon roll half the size. Flavor was bland and the center was dry. I would have given negative stars if I could have, it was that inedible.

First time coming. Had no clue this place was Vegan, fast service, friendly and welcoming smiles from staff. My fiancee grabbed a dozen once she found out it was all vegan, oh man so delicious Incant stop eating them 😂. Thank you for being so yummy.

My husband and I were super excited to try this place! Unfortunately, it was highly disappointing. The cinnamon roll was just not good at all and neither was the frosting. The roll was stale and not fluffy. The frosting was flavorless and had a weird texture. It’s a great idea, but not well executed 😞

Been here several times since it opened - my son loves the baby buns and I love the old skool rolls! Staff has always been very friendly and kind, even when they were busy. I also love that they have a rewards program! :)

Rated for service and covid practices. Staff & customers ignore 4 person limit sign on door. Staff only fills online orders, ignoring store drop-ins entirely. Online order only. What a frustrating waste of time.

I went in with my Vegan sister who wanted to try it. We walked in and our order was taken by the manager(who had a mouthful of product). My sister ordered and I was asked If I wanted to order, I said no thank and that I thought it was expensive and I didnt want a product that wasnt baked in house. At the moment of declining to order, the attitude of the manager went from hot to cold in .05 seconds. Her tone of voice changed to an aggressive and spiteful tone as if I personally offended her by not ordering. She kept insisting that I take a FREE sample which I said no thank you to multiple times. The entire experience was uncomfortable and strange. Today we laughed it off but we wont be back.

I just left from here and am so EXTREMELY disappointed! This was my first time here and I believe it was the manager/supervisor whom was very rude. I waited because a fresh batch of rolls where coming out and when they called my name I took my bag and went to my car, I realized I only had 2 boxes instead of 3. I went back and told her im missing one and she asked me how many are in my bag like if I dont know how to count. She had a major attitude and made me feel like I was lying about purchasing 3 cinnamon rolls. I tried to find my receipt while she was making the one missing but realized they dont give out receipts (while making it she was talking under her breath to the other worker saying shes just making it because she dosent want to deal with it). I asked the girl at the register and she said they usually email them but I wasnt given that option, then the manager comes over and hands me the missing roll and asks me in a rude tone if I need it. I said no, but next time dont look at me like im lying about my order. I paid for 3 cinnamon rolls and this lady acted like I was a liar. (If she didnt believe me in the first place she should have looked for the receipt in the first place instead of arguing with me and making a scene in front of other customers) NEVER going back to this location or any at this point. PPL beware of the tallest lady working there, she has serious customer service issues!!!
