It’s my first time in this store and the atmosphere was so adorable. Felt very cute and charming... Nivi came out and let me sample a few of the flavors while also explaining the way pricing and all of the amenities worked. Then she carefully scooped out my cookie dough and the cookie dough for my fur babies then told me about the rewards card and saw me out. Wonderful experience and will definitely be back again!!! Man, never seen a cookie sandwich with cookie dough in the middle, but I’m glad I did! This was full of taste, but the cookie dough is vegan, it tastes amazing though. Of course it has to be vegan for it to be edible lol. So the reason it a 4 star, is because the price is to much. $6 for a cookie dough sandwich a little to much. But the place is worth trying

This place is fantastic! My only complaint is that they do not sell bottles of milk. We always get the cookie dough to go, and I would love to get milk to go too!

I’ll admit I loved eating cookie dough from the pilsbury package as a child. So I knew I’d love this place. There are a variety of flavors and they even let you taste them like an ice cream shop. Shop is a little small but the customer service was great.

Cookies are not made in store (are as hard as a rock), many flavors of cookie dough, and in a very discreet area.

Had the gluten free chocolate chip it was really good. If your celiac I wouldnt recommend because the gluten free was next to the regular cookie dough.

Me and my boyfriend went with a group of friends Sunday night and the guy working there was not friendly at all and acted annoyed that people were coming to the store. My boyfriend told him we were paying together and he ordered what he wanted and he rung him up for two things, I never said what I wanted so I was just left waiting there for 3 other people to get their orders and then he looked confused that I was waiting in line because he forgot that I didn’t order. I was very vocal about it but he kept telling us he had to make milkshakes first and was rushing doing that. We had to get a refund and get charged for the correct thing. Not impressed

Im hooked! The dough is the perfect texture, with just the right amount of added ingredients. For the first foray, I wound up with Cake Batter, Samoa (Just like the Girl Scout Cookie!!!!!!), and Unicorn Cotton Candy.I will echo the sentiments of other people and say that this is an incredible concept but can be difficult to find, if you dont know the surrounding area.

I come just for the pints of chocolate chip cookie dough. Its sooo good! I keep it in the freezer and eat a spoonful (or more) whenever the urge strikes. The consistency is still soft like cookie dough, but I like the colder temperature from the freezer. The staff is very friendly, too.

Frozen cookie dough is an interesting concept and the stuff is pretty good. Most of the flavors taste pretty similar and its fairly expensive. Nice change of pace

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were out of chocolate chip cookie dough, but there were a lot of other flavors to choose from. The three of us each each picked a different flavor. All flavors were very tasty, but super sweet. We could not finish our small scoops. Great place to satisfy a sweet craving.

Friendly service, excellent product. If I could make one small suggestion: maybe invest in some better plastic spoons. The one I got was very flimsy. Otherwise it was a great experience that lived up to my expectations. I will be back...

One word to describe this place, sweet. If you like eating cookie dough, this is the place for you. Its basically scoops of dough and they have various flavors available. Its not quite my scene, but my family enjoyed it. A little pricey. Location is easily visible from Concord Mills Road but is a bit challenging to get to in traffic.

Great concept BAD location! You guys could be doing so much better if you were over by Sleep Number and Viva La Chicken! Rent since available over there and way more visible. I did cook the dough I didnt eat that day and it turned out good!

Very friendly and helpful staff, we got there not long after opening and they took time to explain everything to us! Many different flavors to choose from, but my heart always says red velvet! What a great inexpensive treat, so much better than ice cream!

I LOVE this place! I tried a few samples the first time going but cant even get past the good old fashion chocolate chip! We have visited several times and we are always greeted with a welcoming smile and delicious cookie dough! If you are a cookie dough lover this is the place to visit!

Tried to be understanding since this was the grand opening but the young staff were clueless. Scoops were buy one get one and we got 4 scoops total yet our total was almost $11 which is more than regular price. No receipt provided either and claimed they didnt have the option to text our email it to you. Owner was there wearing her baby but seemed lost and she wasnt doing much in the way of interacting with customers and certainly not helping at the register. A couple of the flavors had too creamy a consistency for cookie dough and didnt taste very good. Cute concept but we dont plan to return.

Honestly was not that good. Tasted like gross like warm sour cream flavored cookie dough. If you like sour cream then youll like this place. It wasnt cold and extremely expensive. $5 for one scoop.

This is the first time Ive been here, there have been interesting ventures in the quick dessert industry starting with frozen yogurt... Now cookie dough. Same concept as a froze yogurt/ice cream parlor. At least 20 flavors to choose from in your 1...2....or even 3 scoops cups. The flavors are fantastic, I tried brownie batter, and Nutella. Price is in comparison to frozen yogurt, but this is the safe version of our craving of eating cookie dough from those store packages. Would recommend. Im sure there will be more of these cookie dough bliss shops opening soon.

Its very good. The portions are large enough to share. Spent less than $7 for one person. The building is hard to find, but its in the two story building under the sign for vision loft

You get what you pay for, and you pay alot. It is by far the best thing I have ever eaten. Try the cake batter.

Pretty expensive for what you get and its very, very sweet. Had to have my husband finish mine, I just couldnt do it. Taste was okay, but we only tried two of the many flavor offerings. Theres an option to get ice cream too, but thats just too much of a good thing at a time. Cute little shop, just had an issue trying to figure out how to get to it since we didnt use a GPS (turn onto Thunder Rd then turn and go past the Wooden Spoon, then left off the culdisac, btw). Employees were super nice and attentive. Well be back, just not on a hot day - definitely not a hot day treat in our opinion, didnt sit well after we left (90 degrees today).

Most evenings my friends and I love this establishment. Tonight at 9:40pm on 11/23/18 we stopped by for a delicious treat, instead we were greeted by an employee with a terrible attitude. The employee slammed the door entering and exiting a back room, and slammed the cookie dough scoopers. Loudly tapped her fingernails while waiting on the customers in front of us. We ended up leaving. Not impressed with her...

I stopped by today at about 7:45 in hopes to get myself a last minute birthday treat. The sign said closing is 8pm but the door was already locked. The guy at the register was already counting the till and just looked at me at the door and went back to counting. I understand closing and cleaning up but if youre open until 8pm, you should be open until 8pm. Throughly disappointed.

Very friendly staff. The flavors were pretty tasty that I tasted. the price is comprable to that of a Baskin-Robbins type of ice cream joint or the like. It is very rich so make sure you are ready for a very dense very sweet treat. I did notice that they had gluten-free as well as vegan options which was pretty cool for those who would like to enjoy a treat with certain dietary concerns. my personal favorite was the brownie batter with chocolate chips even though I am usually not a chocoholic. The sugar cookie was very yummy as well for those looking for something a little more plain.

The cookie dough is super rich. I couldn’t even eat half of a scoop because it’s basically 100% butter. I feel like it’s going to be popular for a year until everyone tries it.

Very unique place that we were thrilled to stop at after competing in a bodybuilding show and dieting for months and months. The cookie dough sandwiches were killer and put us in a well deserved sugar coma.

Cookie dough was good. Got a kids size and couldnt eat it all. A bit pricy but still good.

Stopped by at 740 to get some dessert and they had already locked the doors and were counting the register. The sign on the door said open tom 8 but the staff closed and locked the doors early so they didnt get late customers.

Management is VERY unprofessional!!! When I applied through indeed they just gave me a number to text about setting up an interview, They didnt give me a name of a manager, They asked me what time was good to come in to do an interview and I told them and they never responded so I text back the next morning asking I can do a different time if possible and then they texted back asking me could I come in today and I said I get off at 7:30 and 8 is the time I could get there but i let them know the next time i was available and got no response but they responded when I told them I wasnt interested anymore!! I let them know that they were very unprofessional and that they didnt tell me their name and that I was no longer intrested and they said that they are glad. Im glad too!!
