Customer service is always great here. Ive traded in games and consoles here many times throughout the years and theyve always been great people as well as having a great store with lots of collectibles such as Pokémon cards, Magic cards, even Starlink starter sets which are super rare nowadays. I love coming in here to browse and see what new inventory they have

Awesome store. Takes me back to my childhood with all of the older games they have. Customer service is always very helpful and polite. Trade-ins are actually worth your time here, as they will give you a good percentage of current retail price based off of whats in their system. If youre looking for a place to find great deals on old and new games, then this is the place for you.

This is an awesome spot to look for retro AND modern games, movies, vinyl, collectibles, consoles and even the appropriate connections! Its a humble little spot, but the staff is super friendly and is always willing to do trade ins for your old unwanted movies, Pops, toys, games, etc.! Definitely 5 stars for me!

I have went there 4 times just to sell my old game systems. I work and am not ever able to get there until 8:30, so they rejected me twice. I explained to them my situation do they promised me twice that if I got here by 8:45 that they promise to help me. So Ive got here twice by 8 45 and they still rejected me after they told me to be here. So now Ive lost over 80$ in gas and over 8 hours of driving all for absolutely no reason. They could careless about the customers. All they care about is buying your things for dirt cheap. Please dont waste your time coming to this game exchange

We enjoy taking our kids to purchase games and cards here! We almost always spend an hour or two going thru cards and our kids find plenty to add to their collections.

A awesome place to look around. Dont look at newer console games here, they understandably cant undercut the prices on those too much. But if youre looking to get back into a previous generation console like PS3 or Xbox 360 (even PS4 or Xbox One sometimes) then I highly suggest paying this place a visit.

The store is great, it looks very clean and organized and they have great deals on movies and games from time to time. However, as a former employee, I want to give a heads up to anyone wanting to work there. If you dont mind somewhat low pay and decent hours, then I say go for it because it can be a very fun job with cool people that come in as guests and cool people to work with. The real kicker is the store manager, Chandler. He can be very disrespectful and rude to both customers and his own employees. Almost everyone who has worked with him, including myself, have had a negative experience with him. He can give off an attitude that tells me he just wants a paycheck. He has sat in the back room watching football while 1 or 2 employees run the store all day. He abuses lunch breaks and had disobeyed orders from HIS boss not to do so. He became unbearable after a while and I ended up leaving. It can honestly be a fun job sometimes, but working under him can be stressful and irritating

This location is well stocked with pre-owned games, consoles and figures. Mostly everything is in good to great shape. They have d&d dice and gunpla model kits galore. Go to place for all nerds.

Games were organized very neatly, clean store, and had a pretty wide selection of different console availability. You can also pick up accessories here and dvds/blurays. Dont know who Tom is but they always have a clean store for him in the morning

Low prices, game variety, customer service are one of the main reasons I keep going back here. These guys take care of you. Some of the game might not work, but the will let you return for store credit. I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for something different.

I called the store before I went to see if they had a snes mini. He said they did. went down to the store and he wanted to charge me 79.99. It retails for 39.99 anywhere else and his was used, missing the charger and only had one controller. He said if I dont like it leave. Gamers dont waste your time here.

Took my son here yesterday for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised to see a generous selection of games, movies and accessories, at reasonable prices! I was pumped that they still have PSP games and accessories here and not just latest and greatest like some stores specialize in. Employees were helpful and had a good attitude. Will be back to find some more deals!

We literally called the guy. Asked if they were still open, he said yes, we said wed be there in 5 minutes just to make a quick purchase and he said come on over. We get there. He locked the gate and said we were close. If you had planned on closing, you should have just told us to not come in or told us it was too late. Use to love going but now will be taking my business elsewhere.

Its a cool game store kinda like gamestop. I like how they have dvds here really cheap. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are actually probably cheaper then gamestop. Onlu downfall is they dont seem to offer as much for games your trying to get cash for. They do offer pretty good prices if you want to exchange for in store credit tho. It has a pretty large selection too.

The manager reminds me of Eeyore off Winnie the Pooh, but every other staff member is awesome. Don’t buy movie sets here either, they were trying to sell the full set of Stars Wars Blu-ray for 50+ dollars. It’s 12.99-14.99 on eBay. Normally they give good trades but they offered 4$ for the newest civ. They sell it for 32$. A joke indeed, slowly turning into another GameStop.

I just bought a Gameboy Advance SP off the internet, and I am excited to try it out for the first time, because my parents wouldnt buy me the device when I was a kid. So now I get to try it out as an adult. The cashier who helped me select the games was very nice, and I hope to come back soon for more of their gummy tacos as well.

Friendly and helpful employees. The store is very well organized given its size. They have everything from pretty much every platform old & new. Need a controller for any system? This is the place to go! Practically everything in the store is USED! Hard to find items are in abundance here! They will consider purchasing your old systems, games & accessories as well. Definitely worth the trip.

This Game X Change location is full to the brim with used media! The staff is friendly enough and were quick to answer any questions I had about their items for sale. Id come pay a visit here before thinking about trying my luck on eBay for retro video game consoles and games.Their Blu-Ray and DVD selection is quite sizable as well, the DVD sections more so. The aisles could do with a little more room to breathe but its not too limiting.Overall, their organization of media and presentation of behind the counter goods is sound, they have my business.

This is by far the best place to go in my opinion for the biggest selection of older video games and accessories. It was five star worthy when it started out but as time passes I feel like prices have gotten higher on video games. It feels like they are headed in the same direction that Games Plus down the road did.

Super good place to go if you need older games & accessories. Got an xbox 360 controller for $25, a little pricey considering it was used, but not outrageous! Lots of super cheap used games for older consoles (xbox 360, ps3, wii, etc) and the employees are very helpful. They also have a nice little collection of magic the gathering, pokémon, and yugioh cards, as well as some party games.

Amazing service! They always have good attitude when i have gone. They really try to connect with you while cashing out. Love this place i cant begin to explain how great Game Exchange is very friendly helpful employees. They have a great selection of games whether its for the older Atari or newer PS4 all in order alphabetically so its very easy to find the game your looking for or just browse by tittle. Their 90 day return policy is great i had gotten a game that didnt work so i took it back to them they tried cleaning the disk for me and playing it on a PS3 model they had the game still didnt work but they offered me another disc of the same game or a game of equal value. Great Job to all Employees here you guys go above and beyond for customers.

This used store is nice if you need to find something old that isnt made anymore. DVD prices can be as high as new at Walmart. Returns are easy. Staff is friendly

Terrible customer service. Workers constantly arguing and complaining about having to do there job. Constantly cursing about customers or other workers. Had to remind the worker about the promotion at checkout so my total was correct. Wish they were as nice as the Huntsville location.

Game exchange is the best used game seller! They have great customer service, and very nice knowledgeable employees. If the game appears scratched they buff it for you. They have a 90 day return period. Every game Ive bought has worked just wonderfully! I will always go here first for any used games. They sell movies too, which is hard to find. I recommend this store to all my fellow gamers. Game on! Game strong!
