Plesent, lots of choices

It gets congested in they lumber yard between customers & trucks delivering to them. Tractor trailers have no room to turn around. But they load you up pretty fast.

I went to Ridout in Conway on two separate occasions. First to purchase 2 4x4x8 treated. Asked Matthew who answered telephone if they would cut them to 31 inches making 4 of them. Also to cut a 2x6x12 into 3 44.5 inch pieces and one 48 inches. All that went well. Today went in bought 24 foot board asked them to cut pieces into 44.5 inch pieces. When I got them home they were 44.25 inch pieces. Called them told them what happened person answering phone in very rude and short way said too bad we dont cut lumber in yard Then hung up. Called corporate office they said they do not cut lumber. If that is case they should not have cut my lumber but they did. 31 dollars of trash. Was for a handicapped persons ramp. SAD will never do business with shady company.

There are 2 people at rideout lumber in conway Arkansas that I would like to acknowledge for their service above and beyond their job description. Jessie and Laci have spend hours with me picking out finishes for my new house. This is sometimes a stressful process but they never fail to make it enjoyable. Thank you both for your time and experience. I can honestly say when you leave the store you feel like youve truly made lifetime friends

Rideout cabinet installers are completely incompetent. Cabinets were installed with no spacers so the doors hit the cabinet or appliance next to them, now they want me to pay to fix something they installed improperly 3 times. Do not use for cabinets, if your contractor uses them change your contractor.
