Bought a phone for my son for wifi use only. Boost mobile restricted wifi access unless I activated service. I contacted customer support and was told I have to pay 30 to 35 dollars a month for a year to be able to use it as a wifi only phone? I already paid for and own the device how can you lock it from using wifi?
