It is very hit or miss with customer service from TMobile in Conway. I have had horrible experiences with “management” not knowing anything and just not wanting to do anything. However, at the Amity Rd location, Nick was awesome and is the only reason we will be staying with TMobile. He said he had only been working there about 5 months, but you can tell he loves his job. He was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Hopefully they move people like him up to management and get rid of the people who don’t care about their customers!

This place is amazing!! DYLAN AND JASON WERE THE BEST!! They knew absolutely EVERYTHING about their products and made sure we had a really fun time while waiting in the store. We jammed out with them for a minute showing us the speakers and we ended up grabbing one while there. Best experience Ive ever had with a mobile service.
I am so happy I came to T-Mobile, wish I had made the switch *years* ago. Jason the manager was very helpful and a wealth of information. Marcus was so kind and patient while transferring data from my old phone. Haven was also a delight to visit with. The epitome of customer service shown by everyone.
Lied to by the staff about the reimbursement, lied to about the plan. Then offered a free phone case to make it “right”. My second experience in the store after I had switched over they told me that basically all of the other mobile services were better than theirs. Just pay the extra money Verizon or at&t it’s well worth it. I’ll be out of this plan ASAP. It’s called false advertisement and they can’t do that to people. KNOW WHAT YOURE SELLING T-Mobile employees. Don’t mislead people on your plans and products.

I had Verizon and was paying way too much for service. Came into the store and talked to Jason and Kaelin, so glad I did! I got to keep my phones AND theyre paying them off! They even helped me submit my bill to get them paid off! The service in the store with them was fantastic, they were very knowledgeable. So far the service has been great wherever I go and I havent had any issues. Go see them!

FANTASTIC customer service. I tried two different cell phone carriers while trying to purchase a phone the other night, I wasnt getting anything I wanted and was having to pay ridiculous prices for it too. Then I seen the T-Mobile store and decided to give them a try. Thankfully I did. Not only do they have an awesome store with all types of cell phones but they have every accessory you can manage. My girlfriend and I have two kids, so new cell phones are low on the list of priorities. T-Mobile got us two very nice cell phones, an excellent phone plan, cases and headphones and we still spent FAR LESS than TWO OTHER cell phone providers had offered that same night. I am a new, proud and loyal T-Mobile customer and this store specifically was an A++ by me.

Lied about discounts, lied about service. lied about phones. just straight lied to. then told me to not pay this month bill and wait for final bill. then threaten me with collections when they havent sent me a bill. will never go back. honstley the only thing great about them was the employees. the only reason that company doesnt sink or get sued like at&t.
I have just changed over to T-Mobile. They are always very friendly when I talk to them. James is always very helpful when I talk to him. Couldn’t ask for a better guy to help me with my phone. I will always ask for his help when it comes to my phone.

I had an amazing experience in the Tmobile store today. The promotions seemed endless and the staff were amazing. They answered every question and even went over and beyond to help us with our products. I would highly recommend everyone I know to come into this exact location. Cheesy but True lol. These employees are the best at customer service and all around friendly as well! I worked with the manager Jason and James. They both say me down grabbed me a water bottle and then walked me thru everything leaving Verizon. It took about an hour and I kept my number! Please go see these boys!! Great great job from this T-mobile.Ps I save over 100 a month!!
This store has been great. The store manager Jason is very knowledgeable in discounts and promotions available. Has been one of the best custom experiences I have had in a while. I think T-Mobile has the best military/veteran package available vs all other carriers. Me and khiari hung out at the store while waiting for a transaction while Dylan was helping with getting numbers ported over from Verizon. Kaelin was really helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly as well, this is a great team. I would recommend this particular store to anyone tired of paying hidden fees and overpriced cell phone bills.

They are just 3 employees with their customers and I was waiting for about 40 minutes just to pay my friends bill because he couldnt pay it online. The employee was nice as he supposed to be, but no one said anything to me when I came in!! At least say hi or welcome or something like that!! Go to At&t on the Oak st and learn from them how to welcome your customers and open the door for them.

I just want to say Ive had T-mobile for a year now and every time I go into this store, I have a blast and they treat me like family! I had the Iphone 7 plus and they explained that the Samsung galaxy S9 had better Megahertz in it to connect better to their towers and its not as locked down as apple devices. It took me about a week to gain the courage to come in today and make the switch to Samsung and I LOVE IT! Thank you Haven for helping me transfer all my data because that was a tough and I wouldnt have known where to start! GO TO HAVEN SHES AMAZING!!

T-Mobile has the BEST costumer service!!! Leza assisted me in setting up my galaxy watch. He spent a long time on the phone with costumer service trying to help me even when costumer service kept telling him to try different things. This store is amazing and all of the employees are so helpful! The manager Jason goes above and beyond to help you in every way possible. We also saved a lot of money compared to At&t. I highly recommend going to T-moblie on South Amity by Sams.

Jason and Kaelin were more than helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions about the new Military plan and gave me more information than I asked for. They also explained everything in the store and about financing accessories, which I never would have asked. They did not leave out one discount that I qualified for! I am glad I made the switch from Verizon and went to this T-Mobile store. It did not feel like they were trying to upsale me at all. Zero pressure to buy.
Ive been wanting to get an upgrade for the longest, and finally decided to go in and get one. I was about to go to the one on Oak street but came to this one on Amity right next to Red Robin instead. I was here for a couple of hours and had a great experience the entire time. Marcus, Kaelin, and Jason helped with everything, and i managed to take advantage of great deals such as a BOGO on IPhones and i got half off an apple watch. I would highly recommend that come and you are guaranteed to leave satisfied.

Worst experience ever!! Was lied to about promotion steps, they didn’t connect my trade ins with the promotion so still don’t have my rebate for the BOGO and it’s been 3 months. Manager told me less than a week and I’m still getting the run around from the store and customer service. Trade in phone was lost, then found and every time I call about rebate it’s something new!! The BOGO is a scam beware!!! Don’t use T-Mobile!!

Leza is the retail rep at this t-mobile site. He showed great poise in assisting me with my phone problems. He helped me recover a gmail account that I had forgotten about and considered lost. He was able to repopulate all of my lost contact information. I was very frazzled and he remained calm. WOOT WOOT!!!

This T-Mobile store is by far the best cell phone carrier store I have ever been to! My salesmans name was Wenwood, I would use him if you are looking for a very informed technical salesperson. and his Managers name was Jason, He was involved through the whole interaction. It took a little bit longer then I would have hoped but they had so much to say I didnt want to be rude and tell them I was in a hurry. Haha. I am glad they did talk as much as they did because I walked out with more then i ever thought I could get! Thank you so much for taking the time to help me as much as you did guys! i will be sending my enitre family to you and my neighbors.

Update: I visited this store about 4 more times after Charles left. Walked in one day all employees in side room. They opened door to came out and help and cloud of smoke filled the air. Those people working were in back getting high smoking weed. They lost my business that night. I have since started going to oak street store next to Outback. Experience there has been good. I have phones sent to my home now instead.Great staff they can handle anything. I switched from att and had issues with the pay to switch this store spent 2 hours on phone with corporate to fix issue. The manager Chuck is wonderful, he can handle anything you toss his way. No pressure to buy a certain brand at all. The staff even called me when the Lg v30 showed up. Went there next day and change my jump phone love the v30. Have v30, v20 and 2 g6. Plus have a tombile revl and a smart watch. I have a senior account and another account for the children. Go there you will be happy.
Every sales person that I have met has been pleasant and professional. The store manager is extremely knowledge. She walked me through comparing my current 55+ plan to the T-Mobile Military plan. Im over 70 and on a fixed income. I was planning to upgrade my wife and I into midrange to lower end phones with 5G capability. She pointed out the BOGO promotion that I didnt know about on the very nice Samsung Galaxy 9, along with the no interest 24 month payments. It boils down to letting my wife and I each move up from a $250 LG phone to a Samsung S9 at an additional $4.50 each a month. We decided to move to the Military plan to help two of our grandsons out. They both had plans with different carriers that both had monthly data caps in the 6 gig per month range. They now have unlimited calls, text and data plus they decided to also take advantage of the Samsung S9 BOGO with the interest free 24 month plan. They both now have a better plan, brand new S9s and paying less in total than for just their old data restricted plan. If you are a military veteran check out the plan, you get 4 unrestricted lines for $100 flat, no other taxes or fees. For the grandsons that worked out to $25 each for the unlimited phone and data service plus $15 a month for 24 months for the new phones. Thats $40 a month total including the new S9s. The grandsons are happy, the wife is happy as am I.

Go to the older already established Little Rock or North Little Rock stores. Avoid this one at all costs until management changes; its new so maybe in about a year and half or even two years. Each visit here takes at least 35 minutes for what you would think are simple questions or requests (and youre the only one in store!). My visits here have seriously made me question my service with T-Mobile unfortunately.
