My wife and I have been purchasing from rent a center in Conaway for over a year. We like most live pay check to pay check. With that said I cant say enough good things about the crew at this location. When my brother passed and I was trying to bring him home to lay at rest they understood I could only make a half payment untell I got payed again. When our son was born they help us get set up with furniture that was safe for him and comfortable for us. The manager David goes above and beyond to help as long as we communicate when something happens. The rest of the crew is always a delight and as long as they are there we will be life long customers.

Everybody that works here in the Conway store is awesome . They all give 💯 . Great folks, Ill definitely be a returning customer.

Don’t do it! They’ll call you a thief if something happens— like I was moving & my brother took my TV. I have it back but RAC refuses to come get it!

I have used this location several times and have always received great service and cars.

They had one price on a used couch and loveseat and when they sent the contract for you to sign via email the price was totally different.

Ask for Reggie if you go, I tore up my hand there once and he helped me clean that stuff up and wash it out. Like this cut was pretty good on my fingers and I didnt even realise it for the first few seconds but here it is like almost two months later and my fingers still ache.

The guys that work at Rent-A-Center they are very knowledgeable about the product that theyre selling and its name brand quality furniture.

BED BUGS!!! BEWARE! Got a new mattress and bed frame and the first night we saw cockroaches crawling out, second day we found BED BUGS! Nasty place! Dont risk it!!! We spent hundreds of dollars to get rid of the bugs and replace all our bedding. Also the delivery guys put a hole in our bedroom wall.

The worst service I ever received from a rental/lease company; I probably will not go to Rent-A-Center ever again after my experience over the weekend. What sucks is I have already bought multiple items from Rent-A-Centers in other states in the past without these issues.

Helped us get a washer and dryer without having to go in to pay for it first. Everything handled over the phone.

Cheap place to buy furniture
