Jesse, Leah, Josh, and Steve went above and beyond to help me while I was in town opening a new location of our company. They helped me get everything I needed for the office as well as a new laptop which they completely set up and delivered for me! I had a print emergency while I was there and Leah was friendly, patient, and super quick in getting my order completed. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

When i finally got the manager after 30 mins of no one knowing how to place an order in the copy center, when i said it was horrible service he said go somewhere else

Everything was good until recently. I have always come in and got my shipping labels printed. But now they have put a cap on the amount. Therefore, I am now going to Staples and will be doing my Christmas Cards there this year as well.

I called the store on 6-25-2020 and asked for a specific item. The person on the phone went and searched for it and came back and told me it was there. I sent my daughter, who happened to be in Conway, to go pick it up for me. It wasn’t there. I then asked them to order it for me and asked for a extended protection plan as well. It was ordered and I was told I would get it the next day. Hung up.My daughter called back and told me that it would be the Monday of the following week before I got it. Not pleased, but said okay. She sent me the amount I owed her. I called her back and asked if the extended protection plan was ordered. It was not. I was told that that they had scanned it, but it had not been added to the order.So I go online and ordered it. I paid for it, but not sure I got it.Then I get an email that tells me that my item won’t come In the next Monday, but on July 6th. I just tracked it and it now says it will be here on July 8th!It was not a good experience at all. The ONLY reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because the people I talked to were nice.

Great place to buy office supplies and other needed things. I shop quite often. They are always very helpful if you have any questions or looking for something you can find or need in a hurry. Highly recommend them.

I am an industrial Construction worker I visit office depots from coast to coast..... The selection in the Conway Arkansas office depot is not as large as some have seen........ But I have never been in one that had as helpful and courteous and as I have in the one in Conway Arkansas....

I was looking to purchase a document camera. It is a technology piece of equipment that allows students to see a teachers writing via a projector. I was surprised that the manager on duty had no idea what it was. He thought that a webcam would suffice. He was helpful enough to let me use an in-store computer to browse what document cameras that Office Depot had to offer in stock.

Best bags in Conway. Ive been buying my computer/tablet bags here for 15 years. They got the best selection in town.

We purchased a laptop on Cyber Monday; we did the buy online pick up in store option because there was 1 left in stock in our area and we did not want to miss out on the deal. When my husband got there to pick up our laptop they charged our card again despite the fact we paid online. We are now out an extra $489 that Office Depot is giving us hell to get back. We are having to file a claim with our bank in order to get this resolved as Office Depot will not help to resolve. There is an obvious disconnect between the online shopping and pick up in store option. Store did not follow protocol when charging us twice for the same laptop.

I was checked out today by a sweet girl. She was yelled at by a rude woman and still remained calm. This was today, and it frustrates me.. this cashier was no more than 18 and this woman had to be atleast 30.. come on people it is retail and she is doing a good job.

They did not have the Lorax on dvd very disappointing

For the last year they have been great at helping me make the best purchase for what I need for the best price. Last year a guy tried to sell me a router that was a lot more than I needed but I havent seen him for a while.

Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a very unprofessional, ill mannered employee named Alaynah or allanah(?) She couldnt care less for helping me as a guest. I am extremely disappointed in the poor excuse for service I received. This is the first and only time Ive ever been dissatisfied at this location. What a shame.

Mailing anything is cumbersome but they are nice.
