Best Buy what can you really say about this tech store sometimes they have what you need most of the time they don’t, not any of the specialty items just household staples like basic TV, SD Cards, Washer & Dryer, Frg, Syncables lots of electrical cords, strips and all the major cell phone providers.A must when installing protective screens, glass or plastic protecting your digital device from scratches is a must today, and they guarantee their work!
The store is always clean, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Plus you can find great open box and floor display sales.

Brought my iPhone in for some warranty repair, and Yong was super helpful and nice. There was a line of several people waiting to be helped, and although it seemed a bit stressful him trying to attend everyone, Yong kept his cool. He was very well mannered and personable with the other customers and took time to explain things to them and to me.
Employees in the phone department were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were great.
Great customer service. Got washer dryer pair and they come to my house unhook my old ones and haul them off and install the new. Cant wait to get them next week. Took awhile to get scheduled for install but had 3 very friendly people helping get the earliest day possible.

I went to the Conway location today and asked for a 1tb Samsung memory card for a PS5. The employee gave me the wrong item ( they were locked behind a glass case). And thats okay. Accidents happen. He was very nice. The problem is when I called the store to find out if they have the correct item so I could come back and have it for my sons birthday party. I was put on hold with their ridiculous automated phone system. When I was able to talk to someone after 6 minutes she told me that she was going to connect me to the store. I vented as to why that couldn’t have been done to begin with etc etc. WELL, that lady, in mid sentence, put me back on hold. I sat there stunned, she never came back. I called back and waited another 3 minutes to be connected to a guy who I asked to speak to a supervisor. He acted strange and put me on hold. I sat on hold for 22 minutes, took a phone screen shot to prove my wait time. Waited 5 more minutes and no one ever came back. WOW. I have never been so disrespected. I’m bringing back all three items I purchased today and will never shop with Best Buy again. I know I cannot be the only person they have done this to.

I was the very first one to pre order the z fold 3 at this store. I waited 30 days and they canceled my order. When i went into the store they told me that they had been getting z fold 3s in an that i should have been the first one to get the order..well i still have no phone and they did nothing to make it right dont think i will be using best buy for my cell phone needs anymore...just ridiculous!!
This time we had to do both in person purchasing and online - and both were very easy and convenient!
I went in there with my sister in law to get a computer for college. Nathan was pushing us to get geeksquad. That didnt bother us bc he was just doing his job. When he was checking us out we had to do 3 transactions that made him refund so he could do it correctly. When the supervisor l, Lewis, came up he didnt say anything to us. Then when my sister in law asked what was going on, he got upset with us and raised his voice at her. He started raising his voice and she asked him if he was getting upset. We ended up leaving without the computer. I hope he gets in trouble, so he doesnt raise his voice at costumers.
Really nice shopping experience. A gentleman was assisting us, had to go to another room. While he was gone, another sales rep asked if we needed any help. Everyone took there time answering all our questions.

So funny story. I went in to purchase a Samaung Galaxy S20 Ultra. I went through the trade in and got the pricing for what Verizon was going to give me as well and I was very happy with how much I saved ad paid. Got home, and started looking for cases online, immediately Im thinking this doesnt look like my phone at all, I then check the box which I have not looked at thus entire time. It says S21 Ultra 5g, that was the best mix up/mistake I have ever made. I love the phone the service in store was perfect everyone wanted to talk and be sociable. It was a good time thanks for the great experience!!!
I have had to return 2 printers in the last 15 months. I am currently waiting on my third replacement. The customer service was superb.

Visited the store to purchase a TV. The one I wanted was out of stock. A employee by the name of Alex offered to message me when they received the TV I was wanting. Alex is awesome!

Thank you Best Buy, Conway, AR for saving me money today with your mask mandate. After being followed thru the store to the merchandise I was seeking to purchase and being told to either put on a mask or leave, I kindly told your mask police employee that I could spend my money elsewhere. And that I did! And ended up saving $130 on the exact appliances I was there to purchase. Best Buy has always been my store of choice for appliances, computers, printers and such and Im sure that you will never miss the $1500 sale that you missed today, but it gives me satisfaction to tell you that I also talked with a man in the store next door to you moments later who told me he previously had the same experience in your store and walked next door to Staples and gladly paid $50 more for the product he was after. He said the $50 he would have saved in Best Buy wasnt worth the dictatorship you try to impose on your shoppers. My shopping days are over with you but I just wonder how many more have walked away from your store because of your nonsense. How long will it be before you wake up?

Bought a $150 phone from store phone does not receive text messages took it back to best buy ( ps yes I bought best protection I could get) was told they KNEW phone brand was having these issues but we were not told when we bought phone. Told to call geek squad they would get me new one. Called was told to come back next day. We did girl with purple hair told me its an extra $40 to get new one same brand what good does that do if that brand is having the same issue... When I voiced an injection she whined I was upsetting I was disrespected by this snowflake mallinial and still have jacked up phone that doesnt work next time Im just buying from walmart
I received an annual GeekSquad bill. Called the customer service number. Could not understand the associate. He had to get assistance so often I felt I was buying a car. Decided to get help through Best Buy. The first hour the store was open they did not answer the phone, once I was on Hold. The North Little Rock store did not answer either. (I was placed on Hold for 19 min)After knee surgery it will be very difficult for me to go to the store in person.

Theyve gotten much better. I used to have issues getting assistance when I was in the store but that was years ago. I highly recommend them now. They may not be the most tech savvy people, but they know enough to help out the average consumer.
I thought Best buy would have what I was looking for but I guessed Im going to have to order it on line a outside antenna amplifier
They have a decent amount of stock for a small store. The prices are competitive.If you have a problem, the only ways to handle it are to come back, go into the store and wait for an expert, or arrange a return. Dont bother trying to reach anyone on the phone. The chat feature on their website feels like a better way to occupy your time, but unless you have a very straightforward issue ultimately you likely wont get it resolved via chat.Returns are easy.
Flavor was good, wings were tough and chewy. thumbs down on the chicken. Service was awesome. Girls were very nice and friendly
I enjoy using their curbside pick up. I just would prefer to only deal w one person instead of having multiple ppl come to my vehicle.
Selection of skullcandy earbuds leaves some room for improvement but aside from that everything is great.

If you have any medical conditions, you are not allowed to shop in person. Very disappointed in the store, but Target was happy to allow people with medical conditions to shop in their store and they gladly accepted the hundreds we spent on electronics today. I tried to let the manager of Best Buy know and even show the receipt, but they don’t even take the time to answer the phone locally.
It was a very sorry store.The manger told me she would price match a t.v but instead lied like hell. I would not advice anyone to go to this place I was lied to and discriminated against.I was told that it wasnt their fault I didnt have the money or since to figure money..Dont go to this store!!!!!!!
My wife paid for a very expensive refrigerator in store in advance this week and the sales associate told her that I could pick it up on Friday and told her we were good to go. It’s kind of important because we are moving today and this was the plan. When I arrived at Best Buy I was told I could not pick it up because my name is not on the account. Since the refrigerator was PAID FOR in store they told me there was no way for me to be added without my wife coming back to the store to add my name. I understand policies exist for a reason but this should have been in place when the item was bought. Just really an inconvenience in the middle of moving.

I am a computer technician and I understand android telephones very well. So, I had to bring my moms phone to Bestbuy to have it repaired,she buys Apple products. Her phone was covered under Apples warranty because it was a reoccurring issue. They fixed it in less than an hour. I was still having trouble with apple support so I went to Best Buy to buy her a new android phone. They had the best phones with the best prices in with some of the best and most learned people I have talked to in Conway Arkansas
Why would I ever want to shop in a place when you ask a sales associate a question and she gets a text while your asking your question so she answers her friends text at work instead of you customer. Poor leadership

Not many items on open box.
This is a good place to go if you dont know what you want or need something right now. The staff are very polite and want to help, but as far as their expertise goes, it varies, but is generally good. If you know what you want and can wait a few days, theres nothing in here you cant get for WAY cheaper online (even the exact same make and model of item.) Dont be afraid to google something before buying it to check the margins.
Absolutely the worst service Ive had in a long time. I purchased a TV and asked the employee if a coax cable and everything I need came with it and he assured me it did, WRONG...... Nothing but the remote control and the power plug. I will never step foot back in the store
Great customer service, I find there tech guys very knowledgeable and that alone is priceless. Purchase an 80 in tv, there sales tech took the time to explain the difference in tv, the best part no sales pressure what so ever. This is why I buy all my house electronic from Best Buy. I called Apple to get a phone repaired. They ran diagnostics on my phone and told me to take it to a Best Buy to get it repaired as their Apple stores were closed due to the Virus. I called the Conway store to see about getting it fixed on Monday of this week. The girl i spoke with told me that they couldnt make appointments yet because their schedules for the employees in the store for next week werent made yet. She told me to call back Wednesday afternoon to schedule the appointment as the employee schedules would be done then. I just called the store to schedule my appointment and they told me that the appointment has to be scheduled by Apple???? So if this is the case, why didnt Apple make the appointment when i was on the phone with them? I am currently on the phone with Apple and they know nothing of this. They said they never made this policy. Luckily, they are trying to figure out a way to get my phone fixed. This sort of experience is why i paid off both of my Best Buy cards and closed my accounts with them. I will never, ever shop there again. And the guy in the Geek squad who took my call did not care one bit about anything i told him. He just blew me off completely. Unfortunately, there is no other place in my area to get my phone fixed.

Bought a 2000 dollar computer 2 months ago from this Best Buy and one of ports is no longer working on it. now they won’t touch it without me paying 200 for their geek squad support.
I went to every auto store 8n town, and Walmart, looking for a aftermarket radio wiring adaptor to wire an aftermarket radio into my Kia. I was told either they were out or it was unavailable. Best Buy had it!

I will never go back to Best Buy because last year I bought a BLU V7 and I found out months later that the phone I received was a BLU G6. I didnt find out that I had the wrong phone until I started having problems with the phone. I contacted Best Buy about the issue and they were unwilling to rectify the problem

CJ (Cary) was awesome in the cell phone department. There was a line at the kiosk 15 minutes before closing. He stuck with me after 8 PM (obviously Several minutes late) and made sure everything was working on my cell phone. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Just went in to kill some time. Everyone was very nice and asking if we needed help. Looked at laptops and freezers. Had 1 freezer, didnt have any available and didnt know when they would get any in. Dont know whats going on there! Cant find any freezers! 🤔🤔
