Shae was SUPER helpful. I spent over an hour in Best Buy trying to find a dsl compatible modem just to be told no one will have it order online so I decided to try staples before I did and within 5 minutes I had a compatible modem and was out the door. She double checked to make sure for me and was super sweet and helpful!! Made for an amazing first experience at staples :)

I use the printing service at Staples from time to time and always appreciate how my items turn out. Justin was working today and helped with my daughters’ birthday party invitations. He made it easy and was so helpful. I’m glad to see great customer service is still out there! Highly recommend this Staples.

Spent 25 minutes in the printer section of the store and not a single employee tried to wait on or help me? If they dont want my business any more than that I can certainly take it elsewhere... which is what I recommend everyone do... Best Buy is in the same shopping center ....

Went into Staples in Conway today, (Saturday April 19, 2020) to exchange my CO2 cartridges for my Soda Stream. The employees are always so nice and so helpful! And pleasant! I am ashamed to say I did not get any of the names of the three lovely people I interacted with. But Staples will always be my first place to buy for the kinds of things I would need from there because of the pleasant helpful people there.

I am so thankful for a business that doesn’t mind printing out my shipping labels no matter how many! I will be using this business next week to do my Christmas cards because of this. Thank you.

Tavores is the best! I wish there were more than 5 stars in a rating. My daughter and I were shopping for a computer for her online college classes. We were not necessarily going to purchase anything that day. We were just gathering information and prices. Tavores asked if we needed help with anything and it was game on. By the time we left, we had purchased a laptop, wireless printer, wireless keyboard, an office chair, and copy paper. He did not pressure us at all. But, we felt so confident in his knowledge of computers and what we would need for her study area, that we decided to buy what we needed from him. After talking with him, I realized we would have bought the wrong products and wouldve wasted money on technology that would not have served her needs. I have not regretted the purchase at all! We are trying to think of something else we need from Staples so we can go back in and see him. :) The rest of the Staples team were friendly, helpful, and stayed busy working around the store. The young man tending the register greeted every customer who walked into the store. I will definitely be using the Conway Staples as my office supply store from now on.

I was looking for a printer that could handle 11 x 17. The printer was on sale. I saw on line that you could order and pick up at the store. There was a coupon that if you did that, you could get an additional 10% off. I tried to do this but couldnt get the site to work correctly. So I went to the store and explained to the manager West, and he agreed to honor the coupon. I bought the printer and plan to use it in my business. I really appreciate the staff and how helpful they were at Staples in Conway, Ar.

The lady was so nice friendly and helpful at the UPS station,even though there was a rude older woman that got mad and walked out just because 8 asked a question..It wasnt the worker s fault who was helping her at the time. She was doing a great job.

I ordered a name brand product online- I copy and pasted the EXACT item I wanted/needed for a project as to not make a mistake on what I had to have. Picked up online order at the store, got home and it was the Staples brand. They did the ol’ switcheroo, and never ever mentioned a thing. Super uncool.

Have utilized their Print & Marketing services numerous times over the past couple of years, and they’ve always been great. Most recently, though, Ethan, the new P&M supervisor, went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with a project I had to get done “yesterday” after my home office printer died. They rock!!!

They had .3 (which is an ultra-fine point) pens I black AND blue ink...have not been able to find these..and they were on sale!!! The gentleman that we asked for directions to a particular product (and he checked us out, too) was helpful and very personable!! Good experience!!

I went in to Staples today to ask about having business cards made. I asked the lady at the front of the store about business cards and she pointed me to the print desk. When I arrived there was a man helping two customers who also wanted business cards. After a few minutes he pointed them to the computer and told them to see if they could find something they might like, and then he left the counter...I guess it was break time because he didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there, and he never returned while I was there. After several minutes an employee who was obviously way too important and busy entered the counter area and basically demanded what I wanted. I told her I needed to talk to someone about having some business cards made. She flipped her head in the direction of the two ladies who were still flipping through images on the computer and said, “When they get done look on there and see if there’s anything you want.” She then sat down and that was it. She sat at her desk, the two ladies were using the computer, and after several minutes I left and went back to work. I was dumbfounded by their complete lack of customer service. It goes without saying that I will never return to Staples.

Absolutely terrible! Went in looking for a big roll of white butcher paper... they didnt have it but could order it and have it shipped to the house tomorrow, sounds great! They shipped me the wrong color and no one can do anything about it! Everyone I call gives me the run around. More than happy to take my money... but now they couldnt care less! Now I have a 30 Christmas float due in a week and nothing to decorate it with.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! The girl at the counter seemed very put off and upset that I was there asking questions and wanting to get pictures printed. She made it seem as if I was a burden to be there! After I finally got my pictures she told me in a blunt way that I was going to have to cut my own pictures out behind me on the cutter. When I tried doing that my picture came out crooked because the cutter was messed up so I politely asked if I could have my pictures professionally cut and she took them and said yeah the guys using it now but I’ll do it. When she gave the pictures back to me they were all uneven and different sizes. Now they will not work for what I need and I’m going somewhere else! Very disappointed!!!
