Best way rent to own is the top worst places to get anything! They have roaches and bugs on the stuff in there went in and seen at least 5 roaches on their walls its nasty and the staff is rude will not come back couldnt even get anyone to answer the phone when I was thinking about getting something from fhem had to go in! its unprofessional and nasty do better!

Cody was extremely rude. I will never come back to this place. When i first entered nobody was to be found i spent 15 to 20 minutes with no employees. Finally this Cody guy came from the back and I told him Ive been here for 20 minutes and i need help and he said i actually just clocked out i cant help you

Sent my washer in for service received it back 6 months later and its still doing the same thing it was doing before. It was dirty when they returned it and did not look like it had actually been touched. Other than a mess up with a staff member on a payment ordeal and them somewhat fixing it (I had to cover the multiple overdraft charges incurred because they took it out of the wrong account and I already had bills autodrafting out of them) Ive not had any other problems mind you the dryer of the pair has never made the ending sound but I wasnt to concerned with it but to have a washer for service for that long and it be like it wasnt even touched.Now with all that being said they are trying to find me an exact washer like it from one of their other locations to replace mine with.They finally corrected the issue and then gave us a good deal on a king size mattress and everything was fine the 1st month which was for free but now its been nothing but trouble. We asked to have our pay date changed and they said all we had to do was make a 2 week payment at the beginning of the month and then one at the end which would then change our payment date. We dis this then they call and said that the payment we made was just to be able to move the date. We were able to get that fixed and now here we are at the beginning of the month and they are asking for payment again which we were told would not be due until the 21st of the month from last month on. This has become a headache and almost not worth it. I would recommend going anywhere but here and thats just based off the issues we have had with them in the last year. Not to mention their management turnover is so bad that in the last year we have dealt with 3 different store managers.

Had ordered a platform bed from them. The first one wasnt what I had expected so I ordered something new. I dont come home often and I set up a delivery for the bed and mattress for when I was home. I was told that they had to go to another store for the mattress and they would bring it first thing Saturday. Called 3x on Saturday and was told they were running behind because it was at a different store than they thought, then told one person had an emergency and had to leave. After that I was told that they will be working past closing and that they would call before coming over.... it is now 9:25 PM and I drove to the dark store and both truck and van were there and lights out... why didnt I get a call to even tell me they wouldnt make it at all.... now I have to miss a day of work because I have to stay home Monday to call and see if they will actually keep their end of the deal... I will be missing out on a full day of work (driving) which comes to about on avg $250.

Bad service. Staff lies about their products just to push rentals or sales. Seems to need more knowledge of their jobs. And New products
