FYI...the small is not small. The people making and serving the orders seemed disorganized and overwhelmed so it was chaotic; however, they were never rude or unkind. The flavors and textures of the treats were great.

Andys is a great place to hang out and get your frozen custards. There is a drive-thru but the better experience is to order at the walk up windows and eat your custard outside. There is no interior. Strawberry shortcake seems to be a very popular order at the moment.

I seriously LOVE Andys but today not so much and I want to puke. I got a Waffle Blackberry frozen custard and found a bug in it 🐛. I dont know how I spotted it since there are lots of small pieces in the blackberry concretes. I dont know how to post a picture and no I havent been outside. I was eating in my car in a parking lot. It was larvae or worm type bug not moving, it was brown and white about the size of a grain of rice. Im not giving less or more stars because this bug could have been easily hidden in the blackberry fruit. I know sometimes rinsing fruit doesnt always get all the gross stuff off, so Im giving benefit of the doubt. This is a first time occurrence for me but still disgusting!

Love the strawberry shortcake! I recommend a vanilla concrete with keylime syrup or an espresso concrete with Heath bar, caramel, and rosted pecans!

I’ve gone here a couple of times and let me say they have some great custard. good customer service, very fast and efficient with taking orders, and delicious treats. only negatives however is sometimes their blending on their concretes can be lack luster and they’re a little expensive for ice cream but however still a great establishment

I wanted the Large Carmel Sunday with roasted pecans but they were all out of the roasted pecans. So I settled for a Strawberry Cheesecake Concrete and it was just not really what I was wanting so it didnt compare!!

The Souths version of Culvers. Frozen custard was really good. Some of the smoothest and creamiest Ive ever had. Tried the key lime pie concrete which had delicious chunks of a graham cracker crust. Service was very quick and friendly! Highly recommend.

We are weekly Andys customers since they opened in Conway. When this location opened we tried it instead of driving to Dave Ward. This new location had poor quality and therefore we continued to drive to Dave Ward. Well last two times we visited Dave Ward they have same poor quality as Oak St. Today we figured we will try Oak St again and well, its still poor quality. I ordered mine with extra caramel and it did not have it and they said oh its in there but mixed in. Both locations DO NOT mix the concretes well anymore. Plain custard in bottom half of cup last 3 visits. I am not sure what has happened with there quality control. Not to mention I ordered peanut butter cups in mine today only to have three bites of peanut butter cup, all the rest was crunchy outer coating of the peanut butter cup. Looks like we will no longer be weekly customers.

Got the chocolate Boot Daddy concrete and my wife had a chocolate two scoop cone. Let me say that it was delicious, however both were almost completely melted when they were handed to us. The concrete was more like a thin milkshake and the cone was dripping everywhere and it looked like a single scoop. Service was quick though.

The Oak street location does a horrible job, when it comes to blending their concretes. This was a key lime pie concrete... You cant see anything in the pics except vanilla custard. Thats because the whole piece of key lime pie is in the center of the cup.

I always get a pecan Sundae and it is wonderful! The custard is made fresh and service is always with a smile. Almost always, if there is a car ahead of me, someone comes out the side door and takes my order and the sundae is ready before they finish giving me my change.

Oh my, Andys - where have you been all my life? This place has a fun retro feel with its walk up window, retro red bench seating and drive thru. The service was lightning fast. Had the limited time Blueberry Concrete and it was outstanding. Each blueberry was large and juicy (really fresh) within the custard. Yum. Going back with the kids. :-)

Andys Frozen Custard is amazing. The concrete is our favorite. This location seems to rush mixing the concrete, so the toppings are normally only in the top half. If they get the mixing right, this would be a 5 star rating.

My daughters and I always like to go get frozen custard after weve been at the pool all day. Its a nice treat you can sit outside on the benches and enjoy the day or the evening the staff is very friendly and very nice. I would definitely recommend this place for a little family treats!

Visited Andys with my kids after recieving a BOGO from the Toad Suck Drive Thru on UCA campus. The dine is was closed due to covid-19 restrictions. The ordering process was smooth, I was pleased with the speed and accuracy of our orders and my kids enjoyed it.

This was the biggest waste of $25.48!!! The man at teh window was a jackass to say the least. Then I get my Sunday..... And its like 11/2 like watery juice Im the bottom.... There was only peanuts, strawberrys, and strawberry water in my split......never coming back.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Frozen custard was amazing and super smooth and the price was fairly cheap for what you do get. Coming back next chance I get.

I absolutely loooove Andy’s. I’ve been to nearly every Andy’s between Texas and Missouri. I’ve never had an experience like I just had. I walked up to the window and no one was anywhere to be found. I looked inside, walked around, and saw no one. I thought maybe this was a new Andy’s That hadn’t opened yet. After waiting around 5 minutes or so, a girl came from the back. I bought two gift cards that were supposed to come with a free concrete. I had to ask her for my free coupons to which she replied, “oh...yeah.... I’ll have to go to the back to get them.” I had to them ask for a pen to sign my receipt to which she also had to go to the back to get. Strangest experience I’ve ever had at Andy’s. The root beer float was still awesome though!

Ive given this location several chances to be my go to and weve pulled up to the window, and driven away on 3 separate occasions due to poor customer service with the most recent being yesterday (3/24/19). The young people working their window really need some lessons on how to respond to questions and handle customers. I dont know that well try them again. Love the custard, hate the service.

If I could give no stars I would. Can’t even ask a simple question without people being rude or lacking class. I can’t go back. Y’all can earn without me but none of my people will either. Expensive!

Visited after seeing on local TV news, been looking for local custard.Got a shake with raspberries. Every other custard place gives a spoon with their shakes, so thought it odd that they had straw on counter waiting for the shake. I now know why, it was so watered down did not taste any custard. The only other shake that thin was a milkshake from Mexico restaurant in Chicago where they add milk to ice and charged $3 20 years ago. Scared to try something else after this disappointment.Will have to keep searching for custard treats.

I love this place! My husband and I drive from Sherwood to the Conway location frequently. Yes we have TCBY & Scoopdog but its just not Andys! My favorites are cherry cheesecake,key lime pie and pumpkin pie. And my husband loves these as well as the peach. When you pull through the drive thru you will be saying YOLO everytime you go!
