Has a great selection and service but they need to make sure they label the games and movies correctly cuz I was charged for $42 for a game that was only $12. While I wasn’t able to get my money back the did offer me store credit.

This was luckily a one of time thing, these stores are always overpriced but I respect the hustle, pretty soon these stores wont exist.The staff was on point for all my questions, they did not have the INSTA-5 REVIEW GAME, but the experience was great.

Ive really got to stop coming here. I never buy anything from here without checking the disc because almost everything in there is damaged. Seems like theres a 50/50 chance on whether or not a case is water damaged or sun bleached. Employees spend way to much time hanging out and not enough time keeping their store clean or organized. Came to the front to check out and all three of them sat there talking about this ladies life situation instead of getting up to check me out. Even when someone did come to help me he threw my games at me when I asked to check the discs. Today I cant even buy a game because theyve misplaced the disc but its okay I can stand and wait while the two employees both help someone else with their issue first. Waste of time and not worth the risk of damage anyway.

I had a 4K disc and the ending didnt play because the disc was messed up. The manager spent a lot of time tracking down the receipt to help me get full trade-in value/refund. Great service. Two thumbs up.

I love the manager here. She rocks especially bc she balances here and little rock. She is so sweet even volunteer to find the movie I was looking for at her other location. Her customer service is on point and so is her staff. Always enjoy coming in here

Selection is down and games were in pretty rough shape. Bought 5 games all needed to be buffed and 2 still dont play. They couldnt buff the GameCube game. Quality is really dropping off. Ill stick with going to LR store

This is one of the better locations, big selection, and kind employees. Its worth the drive from West Little Rock to come here. And if Im just to be honest I dont know what it is with the people here in Conway but they be letting go of some stuff that they dont know the worth of for sure and its always here at a great price..

This place is absolutely amazing. On the first time I went there I was greeted by two amazing and enthusiastic employees. They had almost everything I wanted. When I was paying at the register I got myself a hard drive and while they were unscrewing it we had an awesome conversation and we ended up talking for while. Game X Change has about all the games you need and want and amazing employees.

Bought a game Saturday and 2 more on Sunday and a memory card.Well the game that I bought on Saturday and one of the 2 games I bought on Sunday 11/17 both did not work. So I wen to the store to exchange, I want the games just want them to work. I only had the receipt for the one on Sunday. Without a receipt they won’t exchange it (which is understandable) but even if I have the receipt and you don’t have the game you can’t give me my money back? In store credit? Why I need in store credit when you don’t have what I want. Also cannot even give me money back or store credit on the memory card because with accessories is only if they don’t work. I bought a 16mb but that’s not enough for one of the games. They don’t have bigger ones. It’s so ridiculous that your game doesn’t work and you cannot give me my money back.

Needed lots of education, and training...... They were patient with me and answered all of my questions. My son is going to be so happy when he lays good eyes on his 1st Nintendo switch

I see a lot of trash talkers about this place on Google, but theyre all from people who arent being reasonable. THE PLASTIC MACHINE THEY USE TO WRAP CONSOLES PUTS OFF A BAD SMELL. ITS NOT WEED. The restroom is private. Its not the end of the world if you have to go to the Walgreens or CVS across the parking lot. The game cases are empty to prevent theft. Also not difficult to be reasonable about. The workers focus on one customer at a time because in a retail environment, youre trained to do that. Any retail job is like that. But besides the ridiculous reviews on here, this is not one of those.Great, knowledgeable staff that are friendly. Clean, compact environment with a large variety of current and retro gen stuff. Great prices and trade-in values. What more do you really need?

Good finds here but sure dont get much when you bring in games or movies that are still fairly popular. Best money is usually Mario games from my experience.

Walked into this place for just a quick glance cause i know they were closing soon. First thing that was said to me was not a hello or welcome it was a “ so just to let you know we close in 9 minutes.” Then didn’t speak to myself or my husband the rest of the time. We left within 2 minutes. I work in customer service, I know the closing procedures of a retail establishment. To sum it up, you don’t have to be rude.

I live out of town and decided to stop by while passing through. The employees were very friendly and knew a lot about the games and consoles. The prices were a little high, but I did find a few games Ive been looking for. Overall good experience. Will stop back by next time I come to the area. Thanks to the big guy with the beard that helped me out.

I wouldve given this a one star if they didnt have so many dvds to choose from. I have bought several game systems from them in the past and sometimes theyre fine, other times they dont give me everything I need or give me merchandise that doesnt work. Same with games and controllers. Take your money to Game Point instead of this place.

Outstanding customer service.

Games are organized into their own little sections in alphabetical order. Accessories are up front in the cabinets by the registers. The people run in the place are Gamers and have good knowledge of games both new and old.

Very knowledgeable and very personable. Prices vary but tend to be quite reasonable. What sets them apart is the fact that in addition to games and consoles/accessories, they also carry comics, tablets/iPads/iPods and phones. I also spotted some Beats over ear headphones and a Samsung Gear 3 set. The variety of games and sheer number of them are fantastic, too.

Very friendly staff, but my 1TB Xbox quit working 30 days after buying for $169, and when I brought it back, they could only replace with a more expensive, $185 500GB Xbox one. Both were the older body style. So, they downgraded me and since the smaller hard drive system was more $$, I did not get in store credit. Very poor resolution. I will not be going back.

Staff is overall nice but incapable of helping more then one person at a time, the store has that dirty pawn shop feel and the prices reflect that, you wont pay top dollar for most titles but thats because theyre probably damaged in some way. Destroyed/incorrect cases are littered through out the store and they have no problem selling high dollar collector games for full price even if its missing the case/manual or if the disc is wrecked. Not to mention employees play personal music in the store which just leaves it with a strange grimy atmosphere. Trade ins are a complete joke here as well, you would be better off trading to Game Point or even GameStop if your looking for a fair amount. When I shop at Gamexchange I simply cant wait to leave with my receipt firmly in hand because I know theres a decent chance my game wont work. If your willing to take the risk you might find the titles youve been looking for at a cheap price but you wont enjoy your time at this store.

I have bought tons of movies at the store in Conway,ar,I was there today and my 3 year old had to go to the bathroom. They said they don’t let the public use their bathroom that was right behind the counter. My little boy was saying he had to go real bad and the guys working there said they don’t let the public use the bathroom as he laughed.Do not buy anything from these guys they have no respect or honor!!
