Facebook page and Google says it closes at 6:00pm (starting November 1st, TOMORROW, at 4:00pm). Drove all the way from Myrtle Beach, arrived 15 minutes ago (3:25pm) and they were closed. Girl inside didnt even bother watching at the door. Bummer.

I couldnt recommend this shop enough. They have MTG drafts, D&D, Yu-Gi-Oh days, Pokemon you name it they play it and have days for it. The owner is just about the best guy ever, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. So is everyone who goes there. Seriously, stop in and check it out. Great prices on everything too. Theyll even teach you the games if youre interested in learning.

This has become a second home to me and my son. I had read all the post to this place before I decided to call and see if they were holding mtg nights. After to talking to the owner I came in and have been there for the last 3 months. I can only give this place 5 stars but it severvs a 10th star.

The owner is an official Yu-Gi-Oh judge and is really knowledgeable about all card games. Awsome place.

Very friendly: I come here once or twice a week usually and everyone is very open and greeting. You wont be treated like you dont belong for any reason.Variety: Theyve got all the main card games (child friendly like Pokemon too), theyve got a few board games people can come in and play. They do Dungeon and Dragon nights as well, and help teach people how to paint miniature using their own supplies and miniatures as practice (which you can buy if you liked what you did/what others have done).

Came in 1/28/2020 around 7pm, staff was really nice, very engaging, they make you feel wanted. The customers were extremely nerdy, but in a good way. Wanted to sell some mtg cards, but the cards I had were to valuable for them to buy! Would gave them 5 stars if they were able to purchase the mtg cards!!

Super friendly staff and great atmosphere. I come several times a week and have met so many people that have become friends, and learned a lot. Everything they carry is reasonable priced, and they have a good stock. If you need any questions asked or want to learn a game, they have store decks where theyll take the time to teach and help you. They hold multiple different tournaments throughout the week, and have something going on every night. By far my favorite place to hang out at. If you think you might like it you should definitely stop by and check it out!

Great example of why small businesses are losing to internet sales in today’s time. I walked into this location looking to spend a generous amount of money. The manager or store owner (not really sure, he was the only one there) was utterly burdened by any question I had. I have been to this location three times and every time I have received the exact same discriminatory treatment. This time will most certainly be my last hour drive as long as he is there. I love supporting local businesses, and I am happy to spend the additional money to avoid giving the bigger guys more profit. Unfortunately, I am still forced to spend money online to avoid the blatant rudeness and poor customer service.

Excellent gaming store! Highly recommended if you want to join a local D&D game night or Pokemon card game.I have been learning how to play D&D for the past few months at Starlight Gaming and I could not recommend this store more to local players and collectors. They have a full schedule of gaming times from Pokemon, Magic the gathering, D&D (Dungeons & Dragons) and everything in between. Accessories from dice bags, dice towers, dice vaults, board games, collector cards and decks, reference books and every resource under the sun you can need for your gaming needs!The staff has always been super helpful and made me feel right at home while learning. If you live in the Conway, Myrtle Beach, Loris or any of the other surrounding areas, you no longer have to travel far to get your game on any longer. Updating review. Gave the shop another chance and I dont regret it. Owner was a lot friendlier then I originally thought, and he welcomed me back to yu-gi-oh tournaments. I do recommend this shop and it might take a little patience seeing some product for yu-gi-oh but he has a good selection of singles.

The shop is clean and seem to be a real friendly environment. I would recommend the shop to any parent wanting to play in events with their children. They have plenty of board games and pokemon, ygo, mtg singles. Prices on products are legit. The guy running the shop is helpful and respectful.

This is by far my favorite game shop, I come weekly for dungeons and dragons and for a miniature paint club that they host. If youre looking for cards, they have magic the gathering, dragonball, yu-gi-oh, pokemon and even keyforge. The owner is very kind and I never leave unhappy from this store!Update: Again, I cannot say enough how amazing this shop is. The store owner truly cares for everyone. I come here on a weekly basis and am a proud supporter of Starlight Gaming. If I could give more stars i would, staff is very helpful, aswell as friendly. They host a boardgames on Wednesday. Aswell as tournaments all throughout the week for TCG(Trading Card Games) from Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, magic the gathering, Dragon Ball Super. And even Keyforge. They also have a paint club and run dungeons and dragons. Would come here again.

This place is a fun place i take my son every weekend to play Pokemon and feel that i can leave him with out worry of him being mistreated or harmed in anyway
