Love this place! Super friendly service. Excellent prices and great location.

They are well stocked with building materials, priced fairly and are well mannered, very professional, but their communication with the guys in the warehouse is quite lacking. The man couldnt make heads or tails of what the order form for my materials said so he had to walk inside to go ask them what I was picking up....after I told him what I was picking up. Bitter end to a pleasant start.

By far one of the best places to shop. Great staff and great prices. My go to place.

I would first like to apologize for being such an inconvenience to the staff at this location by requesting help while trying to make a purchase. I would also like to apologize for my ignorance of building materials and having to ask questions which were met by over talking me and zero effort of customer service. I literally felt like the quicker I were out the store the happier the staff would be. If you intend to shop at this location you better know EXACTLY what you want and EXACTLY where it is otherwise you may be met with the same experience I was. I am greatly disappointed in the way I was treated by the staff at this location and because of this I personally would be willing to drive across town and pay double rather than to deal with your staff EVER again. Unfortunately for the store I am about to build a home and being they are in the supply business; assuming it would have been even a mediocre experience I would have certainly shopped them for supplies. My suggestion would be head to Builders First source, Aynor Building Supply, or Blanton’s Building Supply…I’ve always be treated fair at these locations!

Love this store. Placed a special order. Was caught a little off guard when they said they couldnt cut a sheet of ply in half for me, so Ill bring my own saw when I go back ;)

As a new homeowner in the area a neighbor, advised me of a local lumber yard near by... the place is clean, the employees polite and helpful but they cleaned my wallet also as the price of the #2 2x4x93 was $6.99 each vs $5.07 at Lowes or Home Depot.

Great place to buy wood materials and supplies, the staff will go out the way to serve the customer. TJ and Richard and all the others are always willing to help.

I was quoted a price over the phone. When I got there they offered me a smaller board for more money. Told me they did not have the size they quoted me over the phone at a higher price now. Then they found the board and tried to charge me 12 more than I was quoted over the phone. Then told me they quoted a very small size. I gave them the exact size I wanted.I was not going to mention this but now I am. I bought railroad ties and my truck would not hold all I borrowed. They told me they would keep in a special file so I could pick them up whenever I wanted. They could not find the receipt. This is not something I would loose if I owned Lumber Express. So, now I get to go home and look. Had they not made such a big deal about how easy the railroad ties would be to get in the future I would not care so much. I guess this is how they make extra money by stealing
