They had everything I was looking for and then some. Was greeted by at least 4 employees while in store. Clean and well stocked.

My husband purchased parts to fix our bathroom sink here and a socket wrench. And comparing prices where we normally shop at Lowes. The prices were higher here at Ace. But the atmosphere is good and the people are helpful and nice and if we have a coupon to use it evens out about right.

Love this spot. Love the employees. Love the rewards program. I bought plants at 90% off this whole month of june. Took home probably $800 worth of perennials for $80. Big box stores wont do that till they are dead. These were beutiful well taken care of plants.

Best ACE Hardware I have ever been in.

Went in for sale got followed by employees several times when there. Was overcharged on multiple items and then after spending 300 dollars they didnt bother to wrap or put into a box and of the large glass ornaments we purchased and 3 if them just burst while in the bag on the way home. Very poor experience honestly

Unless I need lumber, I always go here first. Better service, and usually no perpetually out of stock items, like the larger stores in town. I also dont feel like I walked a marathon just because I need some weed killer and a filter for the AC. The prices are about the same and sometimes better.

They found what I was looking for and held it for me until I could drive from NWA. When I arrived I ask them to bring it out to me since it was hot and I had animals in the vehicle..No problem delivered with a smile..Thanks to all involved

We come here when we cant find something at the big chains. We always get friendly personal service from people with great knowledge of hardware. Plus they have a little gift shop in there too.

The kitchen & garden sections of Ace Hardware are my favorite parts of the store! I actually have to almost beg hubby to go to the hardware store if its to go here vs his having to drag me almost kicking & screaming to any other hardware store in town. Usually like this store but I bought a couple of gallons of paint that was on sale. Was told that it couldnt be tinted (although it says on the cans that it can be) so they added a dab of color. When I got home it was super chunky and kinda thick on the bottom. I went back and asked an employee about tinting it again. Was told there wasnt enough room in the can?! Anyway, he was incredibly rude. Agreed to shake the can in the mixing machine. Still had a thickness in the bottom. Was told thats why its on sale! This is the only time anyone at the store has been rude, but boy howdy, he was rude!!

Good hardware store ; very helpful staff. Several sections with housewares, decor, and clothing obviously oriented to non-traditional hardware customers. The prices are higher than the big box places, but sign up for their rewards program and every month youll have coupons you can use.

Haynes is an Ace Hardware store. They carry high quality items. I bought several different metal sprinklers. Most places just carry the cheap (but not inexpensive) plastic ones. The staff are very friendly & helpful.

You might be able to find certain things cheaper elsewhere, but you won’t find anywhere as friendly and helpful as Haynes. We love this place. And the free popcorn and coffee is always a plus. My kids ask to come just for the popcorn, and it keeps them occupied while we shop.

This store has everything! And if by chance they dont have it...theyre happy to order it for you. The customer service is amazing. The familiar, friendly faces are so refreshing.

Well stocked with a helpful and friendly staff. We go here semi-often. They occasionally hold events. For example, last December they had a live reindeer for show with a concession stand. Bonus points for having a pet cat in their garden center that is adorable!

I found 3 inch perforated PVC pipe at my local ACE while nobody else I knew had it in Conway, AR. They ordered more that will arrive within 3 days. The people that work there are so helpful.

Fun place to look around. Employees seem to follow you everywhere, and that was a bit uncomfortable. Like they thought I was casing the place to shoplift. Prices were a bit inflated.

Very dissapiinted in them. They have the ability to cut a Honda key. But refuse because it wasnt purchased from them. Manager said to call the owner, it was his decision. Said it was a liability issue? Seriously....liability on a key? Anyway, I bought a collapsible FOB off amazon because ACE doesnt carry one. I bought it because I knew a local retailer had the ability to cut it for me. Nowhere on their web site does it say they refuse to cut a key purchased somewhere else. So I take it down there and they refuse. Absolutley ridiculous. Just trying to stifle competion.

I bought a Craftsman lawnmower from Ace last summer. After running for only a few months it died. I took it to Sears where it was picked up and taken to the Craftsman repair facility in Texas. It was returned to me a week later not fixed and with little guidance what to do. I went back to Ace and the manager, Mary, called the repair facility where she spoke to the facility manager. Bottom line was it should not have been returned; it shld have been fixed or replaced. Mary said she wd get to the bottom of the problem and get back to me next day. The next morning the store called and told me to come in and pick up my new mower. They put it together, gassed it and tested it to make sure it ran. I was absolutely floored. I thought I had a long frustrating ordeal ahead of me. Ace just cut through the red tape and paperwork and replaced my mower. The first mower was faulty and had always been extremely hard to start. My new one was a different story. The people at this store are beyond friendly and helpful. I wish they sold everything; I wouldnt shop anywhere else. A great story; I recommend it to everyone!
