Got a cookie cake for my fiancés birthday and we ate the whole thing in just a few days. It was absolutely perfect. Birthdays and celebration cakes will be bought here for sure!

Wanted to go inside and grab a cookie since i’ve heard Marble Slab’s stock is delicious, but as soon as I passed by the store window I noticed an employee spot me and laugh at my appearance. I do not want to support a company that does not make its customers feel safe and supported. Do better.

I am RAGING, i felt very rushed and not appreciated of my money. My ice cream was running and there very rude. Will not be back, I am very disappointed rn. They didn’t have the majestic milkshakes, such laziness.

Bite squad did a terrible job and never showed up to pick up my order. I called this location and spoke to a young lady who was extremely nice. She kept me updated as she tried to figure out what the issue was. They closed at 9 and the bite squad never showed, but she was kind enough to let me go pick my order up. She had blonde hair and I cant remember her name, but she is the definition of excellent customer service. Great job.

I question the cleanliness of the store. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Doesnt look very clean where the ice cream is all the little signs are dirty. Gross

Kennedy that works at this location is the most Sincere person I have talked to in a long time. Long story short, a driver named Kacey B. from Bite squad STOLE my order from this location. I didn’t really have any expectations when I called this location. I just wanted them to be aware of the issue at the least. IMMEDIATELY, Kennedy was on the same page as me. She was so genuine and persistent about doing something and anything she could to help me. It was an unspoken thing that I was upset but it obviously was not her store’s fault and she didn’t just try to smooth everything over with something free from the store. She really understood how I wanted to go deeper than that for a REAL resolution and it was SO appreciated. She got me a better resolution within like 10 mins than I did all on my own trying to work directly with Bite squad. It’s honestly things like this that make or break a company. I felt it was very important to submit this review because people like Kennedy make a difference in situations like these and her managers and whoever else should know and appreciate the fact that they have a true asset among them.

My first time here and the workers were very polite and mannerable. I was surprised that the buttered pecan came with no pecans!! 😳 But no worries, I was able to add some in!! Lol. The ice cream was really creamy. I enjoyed it.

I was very rushed and both ladies were very rude. Terrible experience, I came because of the reviews but will NOT be back. Absolutely awful. One with long reddish blonde hair and the other with dark hair and glasses. Both absolutely rude.

Understaffed when I went in (not employees fault)I placed a bitesquad for pick up, they told me the order expired but I was still charged.

Fantastic ice cream and service as usual. Trent was my server. He was very personable and friendly.However, Conway has passed a mask ordinance. This location should have signs posted that say a mask is required for entry.What makes it worse is an elderly gentleman came in while I was ordering with no mask. He was not asked to wear one either. He did not social distance; he walked right past me, twice. It made me very uncomfortable.

First time visiting a Marble Slab Creamery. The worker was so sweet & patient giving me several samples. Lol. So much to choose from!! Extremely good!! A little pricey for me personally. A very nice TREAT though!!

The Marble Slab is sooo yummy! Everything they have there is delicious! If I could afford the calories, Id be there everyday. They also give you pretty big scoops when it comes to icecream and the staff is super nice. If you look confused, theyll offer samples without you asking. They also close late (around 10pm) which is perfect for night owls. I recommend this place if you need a treat👌👌

Very fun to watch them make your treat in front of you. As many toppings as you want and you can really get crazy with it too. This place always impresses and Im never disappointed with the quality or service.

Who doesnt love ice cream?!?!!? We came in late one night not knowing when they closed and the girls working there were so nice and never made us feel rushed and didnt see. The least bit upset-like some places do... (although we tried to hurry up so they could close up). We love this place. It is dinner for us some times. Haha
