Purchased trusses for an addition on our home, we were told they would be delivered on March 24. After my husband missed worked to be present for the delivery, the trusses never showed and we never received a phone call explaining delay. After calling them, we were told that our trusses are made but that they are two days behind on deliveries. Now not only are we out two days of pay, we are also out of rental equipment costs and the cost of workers to apply the trusses to our addition. All of this could have been avoided with a simple and professional phone call. My advice: Buy your trusses from a reliable professional company!
