Great job with salesmen she let me know up front that wouldnt be in for four to six weeks before our part came in so that was okay even though he didnt want to wait for it that long its still okay.

I have had the best experiences with these folks. I have bought 3 caps and numerous accessories. Every time they have exceeded my expectations. Renita’s customer service was outstanding! I needed this cover for my pest control truck before the cold weather arrived. At other dealers in the area they were telling me 12 WEEKS! Renita had mine in and delivered in 2 WEEKS! Because she took the time to see that I had an 8’ bed, the time was greatly reduced. BTW....she’s the owner. They have 6 locations around Atlanta, go see them fir caps and accessories.

Too bad Google doesnt let you do zero stars. DONT TAKE YOUR MONEY HERE. I ordered a bed cover and steps. Waited over 2 months only to drop my truck off and get a call that they sold my stuff to someone else. Then they offered me a different product discounted.... that wouldve had me pay another 600 bucks! Good try on your hustle I guess. Dont go to this company that is too big to care. I shouldve started with a local place I could trust to treat me right. Wish they had given me back my money with interest on the 2 months they held it. Maybe paid for the hour round trip of my Saturday they wasted. Instead they just offered to take more money. Greedy corporate liars. Hope I see them close their doors for good soon.

Not impressed. When my husband ordered products, they were super nice . Had to return an item because it did not fit- the lady was super impatient and rolled her eyes on questions for other products that we were interested in. She did try to find the weather tech floor mats but the attitude was a bummer. Not too mention - you lost out on selling a bumper and seat covers and floor boards because of your rude eye rolls and comments .

Very good job installing my hitch,the manager and the lady that works out front is very nice and professional and their prices cant be beat.

Have whatever you need or they will order it for you..install reasonable prices

Came here to have a camper top put on my truck. Excellent service, friendly folks and even though they were fully booked with installs they still helped as much as they could because of my time constraints. Will definitely come back and you should too!

Nice place to see a variety of truck accessories. I was looking for side steps. They did give me a quote with installation and one item was in stock, but were not very eager to show me what they would look like on my truck. Prices 20-30% higher than internet prices but would purchase if they would have been more accommodating.

They installed a hard cover for the back of my Colorado truck. Was very pleased was in and out on a Saturday in an hour or two

Wasnt impressed. Called first and was told they had many tops in stock to look at. I was shown 2 tops and the rest I had to look at in their printed product guides. I could have done that from home and not wasted my time driving 50 miles

Charles Laney in Marietta writes-I Purchased a Century Bed Cover for my 2008 Silverado. I had gone to JRs to purchased a Leer brand but their salesperson convinced me that the Century was just as good for less money. I have have nothing but problems with latches breaking, lever not working and flimsy operating rods getting bent. And, they have refused to do anything except make minor adjustments.I returned it 6 times in the first 10 months that I had it and it still does not operate properly. It will even sometimes fly open going down the Interstate and still JRs refuses the solve the problems

There is a lot of nice stuff, mostly over priced. A member of the staff did not communicate well.

I would only go or tell a friend, neighbors or family about the one guy that has assisted me.. He works there his name is Eric... The owner doesnt even understand the value Eric brings to his business. I have spent thousands of dollars there but no longer
