Best produce! The fruit is the best around, hands down. The deli sandwich is the best. Chicken whole roasted or wings, delicious! No complaints at all ever!

Being new to the area, the store didnt have a lot of name brands that Im accustomed to but I was able to find what I needed quickly and the prices were good. The aisles were clean and the cashier was nice.

The deli needs more energetic people working there. The wait time is long. The workers are very slow. You have four to five people working the deli. Where I come from in New Jersey just two men can do the work of the five or six workers you have behind a deli at Publix. No matter what time I am there I always get into a conversation with other people standing in line that share that I have. Ive walked away from that deli counter many of days

Publix Needs to hire Undercover Boss to evaluate the customer service rendered at most locations. I get it! Most employees might just be that miserable working at companies because most employees lack the ability to educate yourself and bring your standards up to a higher level. Some might just be personally a miserable person within and nothing can ever make you happy.When you work for a company you represent that company. Publix has lost that higher standard level in hiring its bakery staff. Rather than fight the customer when making a simple cake order learn to conduct yourself more appropriately. Adjust your nasty street level attitude and realize you work in a professional environment you should act professional in any level of any company.What low standards has Publix come to?Clean your bakery staff disgusting nasty attitude!!!!

I’ve been going here since moving to this area 3 years ago. Most of the same staff is still there so the turnover rate appears to be low. This speaks well of management and the employees. They usually have all I need and I love that they carry local companies’ products. Especially my favorite Georgia Grinders pecan butter. They play good music 🎶 too. Especially Friday night 😁.

I wanted food from the hot deli, but the 3 women behind the counter didnt even acknowledge me. I stood there for several minutes before walking away. The cashier was pleasant and professional.

Clean facility and most of the staff is helpful and kind. Always a few exceptions to the rule but overall good experience and place to shop.

Publix is a little more pricey than Walmart or Kroger, but their fresh food quality is better. The store is always clean.

Everyone that works here is amazing. My son likes to play the floor is lava while we shop, only the grey tiles are safe. One day he has 4 employees jumping from tile to tile. They are always so kind and helpful. I dont like shopping anywhere else.

5 Stars because its Publix. The store is clean, organized and except for the deli it seem to be well stocked. There was a very small/limited selection in the deli/dinner section. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the store.

I live right down the street so this is my primary grocery store. Normally everyone is so courteous and helpful but for some reason every time I interact with an employee by the name of Jason, he neither greets me. Especially when I notice him chatting with the white person/couple in front of me. And gives this weird awkward vibe like he cant even stomach to look at me. He does not make my shopping their pleasant. I have made it a habit to steer clear of him, anytime he is on a register.

Its a local store.Im not loyal to this store as it doesnt have the best produce or meat .It was a Winn Dixie so its rocking that vibe.Is shopping a pleasure here no its for pure convenience.Since they have not enough cashiers especially at night.Self check out would be a thought and value your customers time.

I used online ordering and my sandwich was ready to pick up at my specified time. No waiting in line. Loved it. My sub was great as always.

Im a bit annoyed with the pharmacy staff. A simple request, just check my moms record please and tell me which vaccines she needed. shingles, influenza, etc. So at her doctors appointment tomorrow I could inquire if having them would be safe with her current health problems. I didnt mind and understood they were busy at the moment and agreed and appreciated her request to call me later. Normally I never complain. Its not my way. My mother is 84 and I have recently taken over managing her healthcare needs after a stroke. Most everyone has been helpful and gone out of their way to help me navigate my way through this new responsability. Others have been less understanding and unwilling to go the extra distance to be helpful. My mother has been a great customer since Publix opened at Milstead Crossing any many know her by name. She gets her immunizations there because its easier than a doctor visit. I have continued to shop there for her groceries. But I am disappointed at the lack of concern. I was treated dismissive when asking about a blood pressure monitor at the pharmacy as well.After midnight I was still awake preparing for this specialist doctor appointment and frustrated that the call was never returned and thought I would vent. Sorry not sorry and thanks for listening.

By far THE WORST Publix EVER! The meat ways looks so old and slimy. Always out of any food I go in for. Even shopping via Instacart is a tragic event here. Clean place but not worth the trip.

My husband bought roses for our anniversary on 6/29 and they were not at all fresh. When I opened them one whole flower fell off and the leaves were falling off all the stems and petals were everywhere. It made me feel bad for him. They shouldnt have been sold, especially at full price. I told him he should take them back but he didnt.

This particular public is great except for one department and that would be the Deli! When I say that they are the slowest moving, most miserable and rude workers I have ever seen! Don’t not come here during your lunch and expect to be in and out! You will be there at least 25 min waiting on your sandwich! This behavior is consistent among all of them! You could be waiting patiently in line while the line is growing longer and longer the workers would not even try to help to keep the line moving! This deli could be bring in a lot more money if they would move at quicker pace!

Big, clean, friendly staff, great location. Worth visiting just to watch the people who stroll through in all manner of dress. It was like Georgia had a Mardi Gras but without the parades. Or beads. But all the insane characters who only come out once a year when everyone is inebriated and hungry.

Although I have moved further up on 138, I still enjoy coming to the Milstead Public.There I still see familiar faces.Good service .The international isle is a plus for me. I enjoy the occasional sales product. Must add quality products.

This Publix has horrible customer service in the Deli area. I have been in line for over 15 minutes. This lady has been making sandwiches alone and there is 3 people in the deli area. The Man that works back there is the worst. He saw customers in line and he stopped making sandwiches and left the woman alone. He has no customer service at all. This has been the worst experience at Publix ever.
