Publix is certainly the best supermarket in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful and fortunately they have a decent selection of items. The store is slightly dated and could use updating in areas such as a larger seafood department, perhaps an international cheese department and a larger deli.

I stop here because I was in the neighborhood. The store is brightly lit and the aisles are wide and clutter free which a plus. I dont like stores where there are lots of displays in the aisles to manuver around and its poorly lit. They have a great produce section and everything was fresh and the packages were clean. The deli was also very well organized with areas for hot and cold food for take out. And I love there bakery, they had a large variety of cookies, cakes, donuts, and breads. As always Publix has the best customer service, the employees are always helpful and pleasant. The next time in that neck of the woods I will definitely stop by.

Pretty nice store. It is not generally too crowded and the associates are all nice here. I stopped here a couple of times driving through the area. But those 3-4 times it was fine. Store was clean too.....So that nice. Prices are pretty competitive considering all things

My “Cheers” spot,From the parking lot, throughout the store, at the cash register and back to my car… the Publix Team members are so attentive, the store is so clean and organized. Always nice to see friendly people and it’s even nicer when they remember you and greet you by name… they always have great produce, beautiful meat selections, their variety of organic products are fairly priced. The only thing I need is for them to order seeded grapes 😁😁

Very clean and great customer service. The hot deli is always fresh and you can always find someone to ask for assistance. Id recommend shopping here specifically for the buy one get one free and the atmosphere.

Order sub on line..when i pickup and got home order wrong..ham instead of the everroast chicken ..old tomatoes..stale bread that was crumblimg in my hand asked for provolone received american ...othe worst sub I have ever gotten.

I love eating at Smokey Bones.The food is delicious and the service is amazing. There is a guy ( that I believe to be the GM) that shared football stories with me and took me down memory lane. I Highly recommend this place.

I used to love this store. It has gone to hell in a hand basket in last few months. Meat department always almost empty. Plenty of chicken and not much else. Never has decent steaks anymore.Deli.. out of fried chicken too often. Grocery and frozen constantly massive out of stocks.Guess it is time to look for new grocery store to shop at.

Dont trust the bakery.Found flies in packaged with my bread numerous times, including watching them trapped in a package of donuts on the sales floor.....and that delicious undercooked fried chicken is to die for.If I had any other grocery store close, Id be going there instead.

I purchased a dinner at the deli, Collard Greens and Chicken was delicious!

This is the best grocery store around . Always great friendly employees. Deli in the evening can be a little slow and sometimes be closed earlier than store hours. Just something to keep in mind. Always are willing to go the extra mile on the floor and front and assist in getting your groceries to your car.

Overall good atmosphere but tge need to work on put out production Im a timely fashion... always out of products that the have the ability to make in store themselves.

That day one of the Sandwich station ladies had a terrible attitude when I complained about the pieces of Roast Beef she put on my sandwich. I simply moved to the other station because you wont tell me how to spend my money. Get you some business!! Otherwise I usually have a great experience at this and every Publix.

I work in Seafood at this location, so all of my pictures are of seafood 😅. The store is going through a remodel right now, we have 5 new self checkout registers. Its been wild watching the store change from day to day!

Always clean and I never have to wait long to check out. Plenty of staff to help find what I need throughout the aisles as well.

Good Publix. Good bakery, deli and take out section. The store was clean, well stocked and organized. Publix is known for its friendly, helpful, customer service, that held true here. The employees were all friendly helpful and professional. Check out was relatively quick. There’s plenty of parking and easy access to the store.

I went for Sunflowers & they definitely disappointed me. So I went to another Publix & found some beautiful Sunflowers.😍🌻

Decent place to shop just look at dates because sometimes they keep cheeses longer than they should. And put your order for a sandwich and online so you can just go in there and pick it up instead of standing in the long line. I just keep buying bread from them and I get it home the next day it’s got mold all over it and it’s not post to be that molded it’s just made according to the date. People please stop down your dirty mask out in the parking lot also that is rude and disgusting

One line open this morning. I was annoyed by workers standing around chitchatting. The self check up is not equip for the amount of items I had; per an employee on another visit. I dont come to this location often due to the lackluster customer service. There are 3 stores in Conyers. I wont return to this store again. I spend between 50 to 80 on non essential items. I buy my meat, veggies, and fruit at the Farmers Market. (check dates on products) several items throughout the store are expired. Ill spend my money elsewhere. Publix doesnt care and neither do I!

Exceptionally clean, restrooms and everything else. It was a pleasure to shop there today.

Very clean and bright. Shelves are well stocked. Good buys on BOGO items.

Only one register open, the 10 item or less one, the lady at that register probably had over $100. worth of groceries. She had no choice the new self check out will only accommodate about 4 shopping bags, and if you remove the scanned items to your buggy, the scanner stops working. Four cashiers stood in the isle socializing, while that one register was open, the manager didnt want to open another register, I did talk to her twice.

I shop Publix on a regular basis. The store is alway clean. The staff are alway professional, helpful & coutesy. The Deli, veggies, fruits,meat you have alot to choose from. They customers services is awesome!

Here in Atlanta visiting family. We needed a few items. Its a well kept supermarket. The food is very fresh.

Worst Publix Deli by far. Always unprepared and avoidant of customers. “Let’s see how slow I can do this” attitudes. “Let’s take care of online orders before the people standing in front of me” mentality. Back asswsrds.

I always shop at Publixs. How ever today, they only had two cashiers. Lines were long.

I was greeted with a smile by two women. Products were fresh. Establishment was clean and all products were nicely displayed.

I usually shop here at least once a week for my family. Lately my experiences here has been disappointing. Today was the final straw. I spoke to one of the managers about being watched in the store. I was purchasing many items as well as water on sale. 2 managers watched me as if I was going to take 3 large cases of water. Although she apologized, I felt terrible. I KNOW when I am being watched. Loyalty goes both ways. Unfortunately, you have lost one loyal customer.

I am visiting Conyers taking care of my mother in law, who is quite ill. Although this Publix is convenient for me during my visit, clean, well stocked, and their employees are helpful and professional, I have stopped going to this store. Every time I go, one or more customers are not wearing masks. The store does have a sign out front stating that masks are required and I understand that asking your employees to enforce that requirement puts their lives at risk in this political climate, I have to consider my mother in law first. I hope something changes.

So different from supermarkets in NY. larger aisles, fresher foods, a more amiable atmosphere. You can find that in many stores outside of NYC
