The store is so clean and well organized!! Very impressive staff Malacai was very helpful and polite

I usually enjoy shopping at this Publix. It’s always clean and for the most part service is pleasant. The only areas that need improvements are the deli and bakery. The woman working in those areas are probably overworked and it shows. You’re sometimes ignored until they get around to helping you. It’s really embarrassing to watch. They don’t appear to be happy and it’s uncomfortable to wait for someone to acknowledge you who is intentionally avoiding the customer. The lines are long and slow, especially at lunch and dinner time. When you walk away from that area and interact with employees throughout the store, it feels like you’re shopping somewhere else. Hope Publix can fix this especially before the apartments behind them are accepting renters.

Completely ruined my wedding cake. Don’t go to this Publix if you want a cake custom made.

Can I just say that the deli department is amazing!!!! My online order for two subs was on time and made perfectly. Fresh veggies and fresh bread to match. First time I’ve had a good experience with a Publix deli. It’s always clean and fully stocked!

I believe Publix prices are very high. I went to the seafood department. It seems the Wild Caught Salmon has been replaced by the gray meat of farmed salmon, given color by the food they are fed. I also saw tuna that was gray with the sign of Fresh. Perhaps from last week or more. But really stop gauching people with normal items available elsewhere for much much less. If you truly want to elevate the experience then actually bring Fresh seafood at fantastic prices. No pics for this review at it will be embarrassing to post.

This store is a good store, the only problem is when you finish shopping and want to return the carts there isnt enough cart stands in the parking lot! You have to basically take the cart all the way back to the front of the store! Im only speaking of this because of people with disabilities; Or if someone is in a rush! Need more greeters to help customers! But this is a good store!

Ive always bought sandwiches from Publix, however on Sunday 10-10-21 I had the worse experience when I had an Publix Italian meat, provolone & colby jack cheese with lettuce on multigrain bread.When took about 3 bites I noticed a sour taste but thought that theyve changed the bread flavor. I didnt know where the taste was coming from in the sandwich. After about a half-hour I got extremely sick with sweating profusely all over from head to toe, I got very week and my legs & feet were numb because I literally had to sit on the toilet almost an hour. I threw up & had diarrhea. In one day I went through 3 1/2 rolls of tissue.I had the worse pain in my stomach to the point I thought I wasnt going to make it. My daughter had to come help me walk to my bed. The stomach pain is still there but not as excruciating as the first 3 days. My daughter returned the sandwich to Publix on that same day of purchase. That was my first meal of the day and Id purchased the whole sandwich to save some for lunch on Monday but that didnt happen. So after making a doctors appointment and also consulting with the nurse it turns out I had food poisoning from the sandwich.Well Publix I definitely want to be compensated for all the pain & suffering and missed time from work so contact me for further discussion. I kept the portion of the sandwich I ate off of. Ill be up there today to file a complaint.

The store it was clean and has a good variety of stuff. But my review is more that I have so much respect for the people of this town. And I never say that .I’ve been disgruntled all across America as a trucker afraid of getting Covid. After being in towns where everybody refuses to wear masks.And in this wonderful town it seems like 99% of the people were wearing them and wearing them correctly. Thank you everyone

I’ve been a customer of Publix for many years. This particular store’s deli department is awful. Even if your the only customer at the deli expect to wait a while for them acknowledge you. They are not the friendliest either. However, the cashiers, pharmacy and meat department are always friendly and offer great customer service.

Very low stock on items the produce section smelled like shrimp quite a few of the strawberries had mold on them all in all did not look very clean employees were super friendly and helpful though

I visited this location on Saturday to pick up a bakery order. The customer service of everyone I encountered was phenomenal. From the pwrson Ms. Tanisha in the bakery was very accommodating and patient. The gentlemen that checked me out and bagged my items were very helpful. I know that this may be the norm for regular Publix shoppers, however, I will be coming more often for the service alone.

Hands down my favorite place to grocery shop. The staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and always well stocked.

I ordered a two tier cake from this location last week and the cake turned out horrible! The cake in the pic and the cake they actually did looked nothing alike. It look like something they just experimented with. The tiers were off set from each other, the dots were made with icing instead of fondant like the pic, the piping on the edges were smooshed, what was supposed to be ribbons going up the cake was so thick and unproportioned it was terrible. I wanted my daughter to get her cake on Friday but I was so ashamed of it so I called the store to let them know how dissatisfied I was. They told me to bring it back the following day so they could look at it but the only thing that could be done to this cake is a refund or a whole new cake. It wasnt fixable!!! I will never ever order a cake from this location again!

Much better than the Publix on Sigman Rd. More variety of Products. Larger staff to this Assist you in locating the products that youre looking for.

Came to get a Falcon pub sub, so I asked the lady there if they had those since I’m aware not all locations have them. She answered back no, then I just asked can you customize the sub? And she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. Then she proceeded to say yes so I asked for a chicken tender sub and then she says we don’t customize the sub. So now I’m confused and appalled at the lack of customer service. I had to leave because I felt disrespected at this point and I just can’t believe that they refused to customize the sandwich. Never going back!

Its always nice to go in early in the morning because everyone is so nice and the store is so peaceful.

Im Lawrences wife, Melissa. I pass another chain grocery store that is 5 minutes away from me to get to this Publix in another town 25 minutes away from me. Why, because the employees are AWESOME! On my visit today, 4 employees greeted me BEFORE I reached the produce section! Ten of them had greeted me before I left the store. If youre ever in this Publix, look for Russ in the produce section. Hes the BEST!

Excellent service. The butcher cut a special order to fit my needs, the cashier was careful to package a pie shell so it wouldnt break and several employees helped me to find several items. Overall, a very good shopping experience.

This is a fantastic Publix. The produce is always very nice and fresh. The employees are very engaging and helpful if youre looking around trying to find something. My trips to the deli counter or always. check out as smooth and very rarely do I find myself waiting for long periods of time. They are doing a very good job as well at keeping the store clean and safe for its employees and patrons.

In these days a customer should not have to ask a deli worker to change their gloves. Got a sub today and the lady making the subs literally started my sandwich then put it in the oven. While it is in the oven, her gloved hand is resting on the oven door. She was about to take the same nasty gloves hands and put the toppings on my sandwich. Really. Thwy should be changing gloves after every customer. And certainly after touching everything with the gloves in.

Really like this Publix. Well lighted, clean with a friendly staff. Shelves are usually well stocked. Check-out is usually pretty fast. I have been several times and I have not had a bad experience.

I used to be a devoted shopper at Publix, I shop at the one on Milstead crossing in Conyers and the Salem road branch. The store is always bright, clean and no smell of rotted foods, the public brand also rivals any name brand. However the fruit section is a hot mess, rotting spoiled fruits, this is my 5th and last time buying fruits, the packaged watermelon, pine apples and other mixture of fruits is always rotten and smells bad upon opening. My daughter in NC also complains about this shopping at Publix. Its disgraceful for a company like Publix routinely sells rotten fruits, just a couple days ago I bought a really big avocado, placed it in the fridge and the next day cut it open, completely rotten, I keep forgetting to save my receipts and take that mess back. Instead I will just stop shopping there, its way overpriced anyway. If they were not so busy supporting domestic terrorist to storm the capital in failed insurrection and attempted coup, they would have money to purchase fresh fruits for their supermarket #shade.

Publix is the sheet I cant say it enough. Its hands down the best supermarket in the area. Clean good food great bakery excellent deli I could go on and on about why and what makes them far superior in the grocery store dept. But Ill leave you with this if your not shopping there for whateverReason you need to simply put its the best thats my recommendation dont believe me Well then go and try it youll see when it comes to the food we feed our families I can say hands down noone beats publix supermarket its the cleanest nicest grocery out there full of genuinely great employees who are friendly and helpful you cant be to safe when it come to what we feed our families and at Publix I know my family will get a healthy safe meal peace Im out

Very nice location in Conyers, Ga. Across from Target. Theres a Chase bank and Friendlys in the location as well. The customer service desk is right in front as you walk in. Very bright and clean. The tall guy at the customer service desk was VERY nice and helpful. Check out my pics and video for more info.

By far the worst publix pharmacy ever- there is always a 1 hr wait but after the hour its give us 1hr after previously waiting an hour. Then, they always make it like its your fault. The odds of always being so busy every time i visit is truly unbelievable. I dont care how far I have to drive, I will never return to this location.

Go here mostly for lunch, customer service is mediocre with little and sometimes no sense of urgency. Have received better at other locations...

I was there today (6/5/20) around 645pm. To the guy who was extremely impatient with the ladies in the deli, who were working as hard and as fast as they could to get everyone’s order, I hope you learn patience. They have been working like crazy through everything going on and don’t need someone like you coming in and telling them that they need to hurry up. If you’re in that much of a rush I suggest either ordering your sandwich for pickup or going somewhere else for food.

I won’t ever come here again during the pandemic. Went to this store last evening. Publix SAYS it is requiring masks for patrons. No one is monitoring the entrance. I got to the cash register and there were 3 young men behind me-and I mean RIGHT behind me-with no masks. They crowded up behind me while I checked out. The cashier, I’m sure, could see that I was horrified but did not help me put my groceries into the basket after I paid. All the while, she was chatting with these guys who were right next to me while I loaded everything in the basket. Never again. I’ll try Kroger’s or a different Publix-or even Wal-Mart or BJ’s, who are doing a great job of monitoring their entrances.

My sub guy Derrick was awesome! It was late and I needed 7 subs. He was patient,courteous, and polite.

Very attentive if they come down isle or area you in they ask are you finding everything. They greet you just passing by. What I love is young respectful employees. Very clean organized store.

I got LOTS of help today. Everyone was so nice and pleasant.

Waited about 12 minutes at the deli wanting to purchase sliced meats without even an acknowledgement while four employees making sandwiches for three other customers. After asking if anyone was working slicing meats, one employee said you got to wait.🤔 I did speak to the manager in charge, whom I never saw him go over to the area to speak to anyone. Poor none service.

Scooter is too slow Im worn out before Im half way through the store.I think Publix thinks the slower we go the more we spend not me I skip isles because I dont have the time to stay in the store for hours my only complaint otherwise I love the store.

Nothing short of amazing! My favorite new Publix! Howard so helpful and informative, wow a wealth of knowledge about seafood. Julian was hospitable and welcoming. And to top it off every employee from produce to dairy asked how can I help you or how are you doing today! Small notices were helping take my groceries out the cart and asking if I would like paper or plastic. Otherwise, this is stellar. Thank you all!

Customer service is great. The bakery must have only rookies. Ive ordered 2 cakes within 2 weeks & they both were horrible.The 1 I got May 24tg was dry & didnt look anything like Dino Pals landscape. The 1 I got June 2nd was the wrong cake flavor (I ordered chocolate they gave me vanilla) still dry, & also didnt resemble the picture. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I bought a salad and the forks and knives were not there. I had to go to the front adesk ask for assistance. How does that look for the department that is supposed to to do those things

I was in Publix this morning at the deli and for the 2nd time I notice that a worker at the cold cut counter was not wearing a mask or had the mask on her chin below her mouth and nose. I told her that Id wait for the next worker who was wearing a mask. This was Nick, the deli manager. Nick made excuses telling me about breathing. I had on a mask and gloves. Im 73 years old so its clear to me that I can not shop at Publix for my groceries if I want to be as safe as possible. .

Left one Publix to another to pick up a couple subs that my girlfriend and I ordered online. The order took over an hour to be made and ready for us to check out. It took over an hour for an employee to even come out and say anything about the order. As it seemed to me that the others behind the counter didnt care to notice if they had customers or not. Need some more professionalism here 👍

One of the cleanest grocery stores in the area. The shelves are always organized and filled with products. Their vegetables are fresh and bright. Really appreciate selection of organic products too. Dont have to drive 25 miles away to Whole Foods in Atlanta as often now. Friendly people, always available to help and happy you are there.

I love when I check out and my cashier who is a staff member is talking to the bagger about the movie avengers. Then I also love when another fellow cashier comes up to the register just to pull out his phone and text. Excellent customer service

Ive seen her a few times now and she always puts in a lot of effort to make the customers before me and I happy. I hope her employers see this review. She is consistent with her hard work and displays traits of a genuine person. You need people like this. She is a great image to Publix. I hope she gets rewarded for her great actions and hard work. Its a beautiful store. Employees are amazing, except the young lady that checked me out today wasnt as friendly as any cashiers Ive met in the past. That sort of bothered me. The Publix on Brown Bridge road in Covington seems more closer family oriented. They are always on point with their professionalism and friendly personality.

This store is typically clean, brightly lit, and sufficiently stocked. The staff virtually go out of their way to serve you. The store does have some good sales but their regular prices can be high.

I am at this store right now to get a sandwich. There is one person working the station. Everyone else is executing WORK AVOIDANCE. It is really a shame when employees just watch you stand in line. If you dont want to work go HOME! Thank you for your help LEON!
