Needed a new phone and the person in store was very patient and knowledgeable. She transferred all my stuff to my new phone. I do not like to go to any other store but for this one.

This location as well as Covington have got the worst customer service. First they misplace your phone and then when you go in to purchase a new phone, the csr said its going to be $10 to activate the phone. I have been purchasing phones online for over 15 years. I know how to log into my account and upgrade my own phone my and flash phones.
