I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Its not a big store but it is packed. They are obviously doing well with products. The staff is informed about a number of games and very knowledgeable about the merchandise. I got my membership renewed and saved money after I got a few coupons towards my purchase. Very happy overall

Preorder resident evil village deluxe edition was told they dont have any idea where it is.

Some cool looking games but when I went there last night there was hardly any wii games. And I have a wii. All I have is Go Vacation and Super Mario Bros. Wii. Maybe I have one more but idk.

Customer service was despicable maybe the guy there was already having a bad day but I simply called to see whether or not they had a game in stock and he was utterly rude

Only had 3 PS 5 for preorder. They could have told me early on how many like every other store on twitter but waited from 10pm to the next day 5th inline and couldnt preorder. SmhAsked the guy on thursday before the second wave and he told me that he doesnt know how many with a shakey voice and looked down the whole time.Also online tried placed my order and got charged but order didnt go through. This happened 2 times. Come on i thought i waited inline online for a reason.

Even when busy, the staff does a good job of helping you. If the website says they have it, they do. Some other stores inventory are off. I recommend this location.

They sell used games for original prices and if they wont pay the true amount your game is worth

The smallest game stop Ive been in. Cant really move around in the store because theres so much stuff in the way. If its crowded, I turn around and go to another location. But they have everything I need. Just wish it wasnt so small and cluttered.

I bought a Wii U here, which has been a lot of fun. Three stars because Theyre exchange policy for games is terrible (they give you about 1/10 the value you paid) and the staff can be immature.

This location is awesome. The management and staff are all knowledgeable and down to Earth.

Great friendly staff. A little smaller than other Game Stop stores so it gets a little crowded at times. Overall we love this store in Conyers.

I have never been excited about the way i am treated at this location. The staff are constantly up selling using questionable sales tactics full of misrepresentations and half truths.They can be nagging to a point of annoyance. The warranty is not that great when you read the fine print. Also,because of price matching and the availability of video games at other retailers i have moved on to source my gaming products from other resources.

As a former employee, times have changed as have other faces, but still a pleasant shopping experience.

Best new management ever! So much easier to walk around in that store than any other gamestop. Even the little blond manager in training was professional enough to ask an associate for knowledge of a game shes never played. Never buying or selling a video game anywhere else.

This is one of the absolute worse Gamestops in the surrounding area, possibly Georgia. I have never been able to walk into the store and browse without being suggested at least 2 different purchases, a game for a console I dont have, 30 different pre-orders, membership upgrades, toys on sale, or protection plans even though they have a 30 day return policy. This place has been robbed before due to its location, the employees are always on edge, and their stock is sub-par. Do yourself a favor and go to the gamestop in Covington. Polar opposite of this place.

The cashier is so pushy with always trying to sell you stuff AFTER YOU HAVE SAID NO MULTIPLE TIMES ALREADY. Definitely will drive out of my way to another location.

Assist manager (I think and hope since he looked to be in his 40s) gave my mother the wrong games and Im pretty sure it was intentional. I divided my transactions before she check out and he was upset it messed up his metrics. Since they were gifts, they cant be returned due to Gamestops rough return policy. Love Gamestop for the most part but this one is sub par.Update: went back and was helped by a tall guy with a beard who has the worst customer service skills in history. Then the manager refused to take a phone that clearly says can be traded on the site. It was worth his time. Was a 2, now a 1.

Gamestop sucks period the customer service is the worst. Anytime I call its always a very bad experience and the when you get inside the store they try their best to up sell you what ever they have. I have one game to pick up from reservation and after that I will never set a foot in any other GameStop store. They also never have what you want and its cheaper to get what I want from Amazon or Walmart. After all these years of being a consecutive and loyal customer Im tired of the abuse lol. Thank God for Amazon especially because they always have what I want and customer service is great. And I could send my games back after opening. Thank you for your terrible service and have a great future which dont look too good with other great sources out there good luck on your jobs also...

As of 8-1-17 Came to trade in some old retro games, rude assistant manager couldnt take it because it had maker on the side, not on the front or back label, next day the gamestop glory manager refused a refund on my sisters power up card for a crappy pre-order because we have different last names!! Says gamestop does not allow people to share power up plus but left this place and another gamestop accept my games and til me yes siblings may share the same card but really WHO THE HELL CARES ... WHAT A LOSER DORK CHODE OF A MANAGER..THE MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER AT BOTH HARDCORE GAMESTOP CUCKS... THESE TYPES MAKE GAMESTOP HAVE THE NASTY REP IT NOW CARRIES.... GO TO ANOTHER GAME STOP... I reported both of them
