This is by far the best Walmart on the East side of Atlanta. The store was clean, and very well stocked. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There were a lot of lines open, and check out only took 3 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. This will be my regular shopping center.

Excellent shipping day with Mom. We were able to find everything on the list and more. We were also able to have a pleasant, laughter filled, conversation with the Assistant Manager that was checking us out. We were grateful for laughter during this time. 👍🏿👍🏿

The self checkout line moved pretty well. A line moving at any walmart is a plus.

This building needs help bad they didnt even have enough employees to help the customers in the self checkout lines their machines kept going down and i sat in the same 2 lines for about 30 minutes and i was only grabbing 2 items this had to be the longest ive waited in a Walmart Supercenter with 2 people in front of me

Food really good and feels healthy. Service amazing! A very chill place to eat and enjoy your food.

I just love the store overall.

I was disturbed to see Walmart permitting people to bring their pets into the store since pets shed their fur and food is being served in the deli. Pet fur can be transferred through the air. Also, some of the pet owners place them in the carts as they shop and the carts are not being sanitized. Not cool. I rate Walmart 0 stars but thats not an option. 👎

I am a truck driver and although they posted no truck parking its a nice place to park and go inside and get your food and necessary for your truck very nice employees inside the store and you cant find almost everything away from truck parts ok lol. Thanks Walmart crew in store very helpful.

They are always out of alot of their food products 95% of the time I go. Ive tried different days and times to see if I can go after they get their trucks but it doesnt make a difference. The Walmart in McDonough or griffin arent so bad

The meat did not look to fresh . plus it was real messy in the store . over by the fruit. you could tell ppl been putting their hands in just about all the grape bags . thats so disgusting to me . ... I havent been in that store in a long time so maybe its me. But it would seem like it was really nasty in the store it could be clean better.

Much better service at OTHER Walmarts! Super slow grocery pick up! I get a text saying my order is ready for pick up at 11:40. I arrive at 12:10 and I currently am still sitting here at 12:40 waiting for my order! My pick up time is between 12:00-1:00. I understand they have a time frame but dont text and tell me my order is ready and when I get there make me wait on you! Ridiculous, definitely dont recommend especially if your in a hurry! 🙄🤦‍♀️😬

Very nice and clean. Just wish they had more cashiers. Were having problems keeping jobs people are needing jobs and I dont understand why were looking to cut jobs for computers. Create jobs we need more people in the store to help people find things and cash them out. It aint about helping people get jobs. Its about cutting calls so you can collect more money without use of people. But all in all clean store great people that was there

Don’t do Walmart+ if this is your Walmart. Half of our order hasn’t shown up 2 out of our 3 times using it. The first order had what I believe is half of somebody else’s order. So they are 0-3 for correct W+ orders even if the first one worked out in our favor.

This place was clean, and the customer service was good and the meals me and my family got they were good too. The atmosphere was really cousy you will enjoy your visit.

Very nice and clean, workers were very helpful. I did have one bad experience there. Two workers were standing around talking. When I went to ask a question. I asked in a very polite way if she could please tell me where the ladies bathroom was. She was very nice and kind and headed me in the right direction and I said thank you, she said you are welcome. Then all of a sudden the other worker snapped at me for no reason at all.

Bad management said one price it rang up for another showed him the sign at it is 79 but he said which is the manager he will give it to me for 89 and I told him that was not Walmarts away.Maneger also stated I shouldn’t look at those prices look at the yellow stickers instead

Decent Supercenter... grocery shelves a bit thin, but it was a Sunday after church. Still, the shampoo aisle couldve used a bit more attention (Not blaming the associates, here, theyre working their a** off!).

Quick and Speedy Self-Check Out. But unfortunately, it was one item I needed that they didnt have. But the store was Clean, social distancing implemented. And The Rep assisting Self-Check Out Lines was pleasant

My son works there and I visited him 💙 just to get a great hug!!!❤ Lol..but he did share some excellent new flavor of Oreo cookies with us.

Soooo many choices on just about every product! Trust me, I’ve walked up and down every aisle. Many selections and much variety which is incredible. I love coming to this Walmart knowing that I’ll find exactly what I’m looking for plus more!! All the workers are nice and courteous, which says a lot about the environment and management. I’ve never had a problem at this location.

Its the best place to shop.... but what can you do when you live in a place that dont serve get great quality foods!!!🥺

This Walmart was out of a lot basic items throughout the store, but that seems to be the norm across the state right now. Overall, it had a large variety of items and had a lot of self-checkout registers available. Staff was friendly and helpful, as we were traveling and didnt know where to find a few items.

I usually steer clear of this store, but Clara at checkout made me want to give a rave review when I was there recently. She was an unexpected ray of sunshine. I asked to speak to her manager to give praise, but customer service line was too long so I wanted to give her recognition here. Way to change my mind about this Walmart, Clara!

Conyers Walmart grocery pick up is terrible. You will wait between 30 min to 55 mins for someone to come to your car and don’t expect an apology for your wait. Don’t even try calling the pick up number because it goes straight to a voicemail and you can’t leave any messages. The shelves inside the store are empty. I am not sure what’s going on but I have given this place a chance over and over because it’s in a convenient location for me. However, if I want to wait that long outside for my groceries and still don’t get the items I ordered, I might as well shop inside. I’ll probably try a nearby Walmart pick up to see if they are any better or just go to another store all together.

Whats happening 2 Walmart... No cashiers at check out.. They get 20 self check out but managers too lazy to count cash.. NO CASH NO CASH BACK is all u hear.. Shelves basically empty... I bet Mr. Sam Walton turning over in this grave BC these stores have drop significantly.

Friendly Staff... Got in & out quickly... Finally seemed fully staffed on almost all registers not just self check outs... And all of this took place on a Sunday around 1:00pm!!!! Way to go Conyers Walmart!!!!

Very slow service, very rude customer service the place has opened food all over the place people who are or who are not vaccinated walking around with no mask even the staff. Had a lady worker tell me I could not go in the garden section to look at something but let a couple right beside me in. No one at the registers. The place is just ran down and it’s like nobody cares about there job. I have not had one good experience with grocery pick up or getting it delivered, always missing over half the order. I watch two Walmart employees tossing product across the isle and just letting them hit the floor. Don’t believe the review your getting of five stars no, this is the most disrespectful Walmart around and it’s very trashy I don’t think anyone ever cleans or picks up anything. Lithonia is a little better but the people are snobby also. Save your self the trouble and spend a little more some place else. Not a good place to take your family or kids just to much nastiness everywhere. Plus you will never get them on the phone. There are good Walmart’s just not in conyers/ Rockdale area or anywhere close to it.

As usual with ANY WALMART, the lines are ridiculously long because they think its acceptable to have 30 check out lanes and only run the self check out and one lane. However, the store was clean and organized....a lot of the shelves need d restocking though.

My favorite store love it and shops there alot. Staff can be more friendly and act if they love their job, and smile a while theyre to serious for me.

Went to compare 65 tvs to replace mine that failed. Only a few sets were turned on leaving me to rely on reviews from other firms. So I will not be purchasing from Walmart as other firms match prices in a more clear manner. Even the big box store BJs had more than a dozen 65 sets on to allow side by side comparison.

This location is well stocked & very clean. They have a new medical suite where you can see doctors.

It was an OK experience. Most of the product wasnt on the shelf and when I say that they were out of a lot of product in the grocery area. So I wasnt able to do too much grocery shopping. But I was able to get other stuff I needed in other departments. I also went to a register with a person and she was very nice and polite. If I was in a crunch I would definitely go back due to the experience at the register.

After my experience at the Wal-Mart in Americus Georgia WHEREAS they advertised the #appleipadtablet on sale from 299 to 49 #instore ONLY i drove the miles to be told by tge electronics cashier and a handclapping manager SOMEONE PLACED THEM ALL ON #layawayI and those i shared my experience with, havent shopped at any Wal-Mart since... Yet God allowed me to make a wrong turn and lead me to this supercenter and as always at this and ANY of the Wal-Marts, I have visited in Warner Robins Georgia, always a great and wonderful shopping experience.I got carried away on the #Christmas decorations and ornaments SYMBOLIC TO CHRIST JESUS #thereasonfortheseason (no shades😎😷😊 to Santa) 😷🎊🎉🎆🙏 TGIBF

Got in and out quickly. Had a return and was happy it only took a couple of min. Walmart can be known for horrible customer service. This walmart however actually did a great job.

I have boycotted Walmart for years. My wife out of hospital needs scooter to shop so with broader aisles we shop here. When looking for items a young lady who works there asked if she could help. She took my wife to item while I went to mens room. To find customer serivce was the reason for boycott. Another visit to see if anonamally.

I was visiting from out of town and unfortunately very few people were wearing masks. Hopefully sometime soon the south will get the memo about Covid.

Self check machine wouldnt take my five dollar. Asked the young lady working on self check to ring me up. She refused and was rude. I asked to speak to a manager. Manager made an excuse for employee. Claimed I needed to get into another line to pay for items. I said no and want to file a complaint with corporate. Upset customer and no sale was made either. My time is important. Visited store at 845pm.

I liked this walmart. they had tons of clothes, which the walmart near me does not have. i walked in urgently needing the restroom and a nice lady quickly pointed me in the right direction. there was no toilet paper in my stall, but i’ll overlook that. the fruit section smelled very strongly of peaches. i saw a man with his cart full of cat food and nothing else and this reminded me of my grandfather, which was pleasant to me. i bought overalls. love this walmart!

Conyers Walmart always has a wide variety of cleaning supplies. The front end clerks are awesome.

Fairington Walmart is the worse ran store within the company. I am ashamed that they are in my community. We have to learn to expect better.

I live in North Rockdale County and Conyers Walmart Conyers is 4.2 miles away from me Lithonia Walmart is only 2.7 miles away from me I actually enjoy shopping their their bathroom is much bigger and I can get the handicap cart in and out but Ill leave everything Im shopping for and a big grocery buggy that I pulled around shop either one youll enjoy them both I do a lot of online shopping with Walmart I would have groceries delivered from time to time. Thank you very much having nice year and happy Fourth of July🎆🎉

Store neat and stocked. Did not have to wait in the self checkout line, associates were actively monitoring area and making directing you to available registers depending in whether you were using cash vs card. What a time saver! Plenty available parking.

Even though the staff arent very chipper or super eager to help you, this location is one of the more together ones! There are also certain items there that we cannot get at our StoneCrest location, so we tend to go to Conyers.

If I could give less than one star I would. No matter the time of day the lines are ALWAYS long, going into the clothing section of the store. There are plenty of checkout isles but only 4 registers open at a time. In line for at least 30 minutes, and the employees act as if they dont want to be there.. AVOID IT IF YOU CAN!!! visit your local grocery store.

Walmart is ups and downs these days in store wasnt bad, grocery pick up wasnt bad but my last grocery delivery horrible. they left it at the end of my driveway in the ditch,in the rain and all our food was grossly covers with pollen and wet boxes. There as temperamental as a teenager.

If youre going to require product to be behind locked glass doors, at least have the personnel available to assist paying customers to obtain the product for purchase. I waited for almost an hour for someone to help me. Help never came. Considering that walmart makes millions of dollars youd think theyd hire enough employees to perform simple tasks such as customer service.

The service is terrible, the shelves always need stocked and the employees act like they are bothered if anyone needs help. I personally now shop at Kroger and Target.

This Walmart is usually quite busy. Once you have been there a few times you can find things quite easily. Staff at the Customer Service Center are very helpful.

Very large superstore. For the most part it is clean and well stocked. A very friendly clerk asked to help and took me to what I was looking for in the store. They also have a medical clinic.

Ive been to plenty of Wal-Marts. This location outside was poorly lit. Thank God I wasnt alone. There were no Greeters at the door. However there were 2 guys playing with carts at the front entrance with Wal-Mart vest on. Inside the store was clean and employees I encountered were friendly and very helpful. Checkout was fast.

It was great ad always clean, busy and uneventful.

When I got to the self check-out to pay the Clerk walked up and checked all through a tote that I had in the cart. I felt so low like would I really come in here and spend TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS only to put other items in my tote IN MY WORK UNIFORM?!?!???? I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE....EVER!!
