The only reason I went into this place was because I was in a hurry and it was on the way home. When was the last time upper management visited that place? The staff are nice, but the place is in disarray and they supposedly just made some changes! It looks like the food delivery driver just opened the glass refrigerators and threw/stuffed as much as he could in them! Plus the refrigerator vents are dismantled and dirty! WTH?? We do not want these stores in our community!!

Disorganized! I left one bag there but couldnt decide what was in the bag. I spent over 70$ and couldnt get help to my car. Bought organization containers. Only 1 register open and my buggy full slowed the line. Merchandise was everywhere and Im not talking boxes! Stuff was all over the floor. The staff was polite but only one register remained open even when the line backed up. Prices werent clearly marked. You could pu socks in the shampoo line. Pens in the detergent line. Lots of empty shelves and misplaced items. You have to be buzzed out.

The employees were super nice especially one but I didnt get her name. Kinda wishing I did cuz she was cute chance lost I guess unless I get there again. The store was kinda messy but arent All family dollars.

I come into family dollar on a REGULAR!!! Today me and my husband came in and Ms Marshyla was so friendly. Complimented us, she was very professional. I was just saying that the upgrades looked really nice to the overall store and if they got rid of the rude and ratchet people who worked there it would be better. She is THE ONLY person who greeted us with a smile, engaged in slight convo since I been coming In the store since 2019. Normally it’s not friendly, people are on their phones, listening to music etc. I LOVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHE GVE JUST THAT!!

This family dollar store, for 3rd time I was their the store was nasty and the floors was dirty, the store had a nasty smell and the sleeve had nothing on themI asked why this store smell and I asked why the store always look and smell bad

The clerk at the check out around 9:40 or close to 10 was not as Friendly she didnt speak also I said Thank you she barely responded

The isles were clean, found everything I needed to the tee, the store was really clean, and the customer service was spot, this day.

Went into their store this evening, had one employee ringing up my stuff then she walked off, the next person did not start bagging my stuff so I had to bag my own stuff. I asked to speak with a manager and the 2nd person that came to the register was the manager and he stood there watching me bag my stuff and said he did not have time to bag my stuff. Very disappointed in service. First time I have had issues there.

I went here this morning and it was absolutely disgusting! The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. There were boxes EVERYWHERE! The shelves were practically empty. You can’t get down the aisles because there are so many boxes! There was a bottle of spilled cranberry juice on the floor. It had been there so long that the juice on the floor was almost completely dry. And the bottle was still sitting there. This store didn’t use to be like this. Corporate office needs to do something!

Must be under new management went in today and is being cleaned up looking real nice/ hope it stays that way! New manager deserves a raise for straightening out this mess- I could actually walk thru the isles a big improvement!

Do not carry back pack purses here they will take them from you and put them behind the counter. I refused and had my husband take it back out. I understand people have been stealing or whatever. But big purses can hold just as much as a back pack purse. I could have been rude about it. But instead I decided to be nice and cooperate. But again I understand..

This place is a DUMP!!! Dont waste your 💰. This was one of the better ones in Conyers. Will not waste my time going to another Family Dollar! 👎👎👎👎

The best Family Dollar store around.

I have spent a lot of money at this store for the last 2 years ... Its close to my house and I can get in and out for small items.... Well today is the last time I will spend a dollar here .... The bald head old lady at the register with the little ponytail check my five dollar bill and my one dollar bill trying to see if they was fake 😕 for a $6 purchase ... I make over $100,000 a year I feel profiled she probably wanted to check the quarter I gave here too .... What a great way to treat a loyal customer ....I wont be going back for nothing ... I rather drive the extra mile to Walmart .... This store is a mess

Horrible customer service! As I walk in the manager is complaining about another customer and her kid.. mind you I am with a little one. But as I check out I asked about the item I came in for which were a certain brand of trash bags, she didnt even respond so I asked again, she proceeded to make a personal phone call about her promotion she was offered.. I ended up going to another location..where I met Pam and was treated awesome and I will not be going back to the west Avenue again.

Went to pay power bill and get pet food. Quick and easy!! Excellent service from cashier!!

Was made to leave my purse at the register. I have been really sick and i know my appearance wasnt up to par but Im going to take a guess because Im light skinned i was profiled even though Im only half white. I dont appreciate being profiled and to leave my purse of all things like i wpuld steal. Never shopping here again and Im going to put it out there how horrible that place is

Store manager insults employees in fro5of customers, bad attitude.. I said I wasnt going back after an incident last year but decided to give it another chance after speaking with district manager... I guess shes not corrected the problem... Im done!

The cashier woman was pleasant and a joy to be around she was so polite and mannered thank you!!

Extremely rude service and then the shift manager wont allow anyone to speak to the store manager or the store manager refuses to speak to anyone. This store needs to learn the meaning of hospitality and customer service.

This store is risiculously nasty. All that inventory sitting out on the floor and not once have I ever seen anyone stocking. The store is ALWAYS filthy....and lets not talk about the attitudes. I was in management for another dollar store chain...and THIS is unacceptable...cant get down aisles shelves are never stocked...it is REALLY the dirtiest, nastiest, store I have ever been in. Smh someone needs to get in there and fr clean this store up!!!

It never seems to be organized in Family Dollar prices say one thing sale papers is not done you have to pay attention when you at the register to make sure you get in the right price I dont like the fact that they dont accept they do accept manufacturer coupons but you cant use it with the smart clip coupons which is I dont think thats right but thats their business is my choices I want to shop there again...

Very inconsiderate.My granddaughter had to go to the bathroom.Mind you only 4 years old.Was told they have no key to the bathroom!! Where do they go when they are working in the alley?????.Just saying.
