Just called to verify that they could tighten my USB port on my laptop and the guy said no right away. Although, I seen multiple people mention that they did. Their loss.Response to the comment. I can comment based off the fact that it says it is offered on here as well as previous reviews that gotten the same service.

I needed my charging port on my laptop replaced because it wouldnt charge. I spoke to Jeff at the Conyers location about it and he advised me to bring it in at my earliest convenience. He thoroughly examined it and fixed it super fast. Im a very satisfied customer. Thanks Jeff.

Jeff was great. He is very knowledgeable about computers and his price is super reasonable. He delivered on the time frame he gave me also. He saved me 300 dollars as best buy and office depot was charging 400+ for what he did. I was about to buy a whole new computer when i found Jeff. And im glad that i did!!!

Quite possibly the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Dropped my computer off at the end of November, Jeff told me it would take 48 hours to run a diagnostic test on it. He never gives me a call, so I call him in the middle of December, he tells me he ordered a part to finish the test and that he’d call me back by the end of the week. He never did of course, so I give him a call at the beginning of January after the Holidays. He tried to charge me an additional fee at first, but I argued that we didn’t agree on anything but a diagnostic, so he didn’t charge me anything.Jeff got me out of $50, but don’t ignore the reviews like I did. This is NOT a company you want to do business with.

I dont usually post reviews but I feel like the amazing customer service I received from Jeff just warranted it. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure my computer was working properly 100% and did it at a VERY competitive price. Even as an IT professional myself, I felt very confident leaving my computer in Jeffs hand. I usually can fix most computer problems myself, but if there comes a time again when I cant, then Jeff is the first person Im coming to.

Jeff was excellent and provided expertise and courteous thoughtful service...he came to my job to pick up the computer and phone, and brought it back when it was done...this allowed me to keep working and be productive...I will definitely work with him in the future and refer all my friends...thanks Jeff!!!

No one was there at Conyers location and when Marietta location gave me the number no one answered the phone

I made a $60 deposit towards a replacement track pad for my MacBook Pro. After making the deposit, I have not heard anything from this company even though they were supposed to install the new track pad for my MacBook by May 18th. Buyer beware! I lost $60 and my computer has not been fixed or even worked on by this company. Thank you the horrible service that you provide. Only use this company if you enjoy being ripped off and scammed!

This guy is a scammer. Avoid at all costs.Thought it was a reputable business however it is not. He tried to change the price of a service and lost my charger. There is not office he operates from the reception desk. So very unprofessional.Avoid avoid avoid.

Jeff repaired my computer in one day. I had a 2 week wait at geek squad before they would look at my computer.

I agree with someone else that said if they could give this owner a no star then that would fit them best. I usually dont leave comments or rate anything but I was so disappointed with the customer service that I wouldnt recommend anyone to them. I had to call them to get an update and after all of that my issues still wasnt fixed. He gave me my computer back running in even more worse condition then when I gave it to him. I end up getting my problem fixed else where. The last thing I would say to whom ever is reading these ratings is that you should really pay attention to a companies ratings. In most cases, they tell no lie. I had to learn this type hard way. I wish I would have read them before I let him attempt to do nothing for me.

Great guy repairing phones for our family for the past 6 years.

I really thk God forJeff at 404 Computer repair for coming to rescue last month. Iwas getting ready to start a new job and needed assistance in getting up an running.
