Don’t do it! This location has tanked…poorly. If you need print, copy or shipment services, keep reading.I walked in to this location needing a print job of 20 copies of a regular 8x10 document. I entered my name into the kiosk system and waited for my name to be called. 20 minutes went by and nothing. 30 minutes…still nothing. I saw a sign that customers have to use the self-service machine for copies. I printed a test copy at the self-service copier—the font was boxed out and the color was faded.I hopped on google maps to see if I could find another print shop nearby. Someone in the reviews suggested Copy Central. I hopped in my car, drove 5 miles and within 7 minutes, I had my copies in hand. As I was getting back into my car leaving Copy Central, I got a text message from Office Depot that “there are two people in line ahead of you.”
I placed a print order on 10/14/21 and was told that the order would be ready for pick up the next day 10/15/21@7p. However, my order was still not ready. I called the store to see when my order would be ready for pick up only to be told that they were busy and they did not know when it would be ready. I waited until the next day 10/16/21 and called again to be told that the person that handles the printing was sick right now. I asked when my order would be ready as it was already passed the day and time I was initially confirmed. I was then told that it would be ready by 1 or 2p and that I would get a call when it was ready to be picked up. Needless to say I did not receive a call...I went to the store to pick up my order at about 3p and my order was still not ready. I was then told that the folding machine was not working. I had already missed my deadline that I needed so I told the person to give me what they had printed. I had to fold my brochures myself which looked completely unprofessional. I paid to have a full service print and fold for my brochures and did not receive the service I paid for. I finally received a text message on Sunday 10/17/21 stating that my order was ready for p/u. after I have already picked up the order the previous day.This has been the worst experience I have received from Office Depot. I received nothing but excuses and incomplete service for a small printing job that should have been ready on time. Oh not to mention, when I came to the store there were 3 young ladies in the print area standing around doing absolutely nothing. I guess that is why my order was not fulfilled. I can definitely say that I will not be using this location again. They are not reliable.
Arrived at Office Depots print department at 8:31p tonight and with only 1 other customer left in line was turned away for service and told I had to come back between 8a-8p to laminate the 1 piece of paper I needed laminated. It sounded like the hours were made up on the fly and I did not witness the other customer being turned away the same way. If the full service counter of the print department closed at 8p, although the store doesnt close until 9p, its surprising anyone would still be in line. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
I don’t know what happened to the Copy & Print department, but the quality of work has spiraled downward. Needless to say, I ended up taking it to Copy Central on Parker Rd. (Next to Wheeler Park) to have my copies reprinted and cut the way I initially asked Office Depot to do. The owner said that a lot of Office Depot’s customers have started to come to them for their prints. I can see why, they are personable, reasonably priced and they get the job done right the first time! Copy Central is where I’ll be going from here on out!
While the young lady assisting us provided excellent customer service, the assistant store manager on duty was rather rude and truly lacked customer service skills. This will be our last time patronizing this establishment.
Store was fine i went in for self service printing. Its easiest if you bring a flash drive with items on it. I just happened to go to the restroom while i was there...it was extremely dirty. The toilets, floors and walls were all dirty. The bottom of the toilets near the ground were filthy....the toilet seat was up so i could see that it was nasty. No soap in the soap dispenser/ dispenser broken in the handicap bathroom
For anyone who is lost trying to find this store on Google Maps, it is in Conyers Plaza near the Walmart and Home Depot.
The copy and print service is horrible!!! The associate working in this section of the store was so rude!!! He was more concerned about closing the copy and print service at 8:30 PM than he was about helping customers. Totally unacceptable!!! Since the customer service was so horrible I decided to take my business elsewhere.
Very SLOW service. The place is empty but you will still wait a long time to be served.The place is clean but confusingly marked of. You will stand in a spot to be noticed for a while before you are greeted, acknowledged, or figure it out for yourself. Geesh what a waste of time. To get something copied and laminated.Please mask up

Google maps is very wrong about your location did not take me to the store
I live and hour away from this location. Long story short I recently visited this store twice. The first visit I went in hoping to buy a monitor. Every single monitor that was in my budget was sold. Only ones that where left where the 300 and up. Instead of displaying the product when it’s sold out ? Why have it on display ? Or at least have a sticker that says sold out. I was told I’d be better of buying it online. Complete waste of time. Second time I visited this location I looked at file cabinets... instead of having products on display Office Depot would rather you assume it’s in stock. Not the case. Same thing happened when I asked for the one I wanted it was sold out. I will never ever again waste my time in any Office Depot.
Terrible printers and even worse customer service
If I could give this store 0 for the restroom I wouldI don’t recommend anyone to bring their family there to use the restroom it had dirt around the toilet no so the paper towels were all over the place I called the Manager and ask him if he had a contractor that was helping to keep the store clean because a lot of traffic comes in and out of the place it’s kind of hard for the Employees to keep up because of the work the rest room is filthy and I called him and told him that and he said they do it there self well he should go in there and do a better job because I never see him hands on with anything
Absolutely horrible, slow and completely rude service. Couldn’t print my cards same day even though it says same day card printing. Nobody at this location would answer a phone when I tried to call and ask if my cards were ready as its hours and hours later... When I went to the store to ask if they were ready, they completely shut my question down and gave me an attitude. Going to get a refund and will never set foot in this establishment again...
The worst curbside pickup ever! Because although it is advertised, you can request curbside IT DOES NOT EXIST! This is the second time I ordered curbside pickup and had to leave my car and go in to get my order. No one in the store will answer the phone and the button in your email to let them know you are there does not matter. Today I sat in my car for 15 mins and no one came. No one inside offers an explanation or an apology. It is because they know there is no curbside. Do us all a favor and stop advertising curbside if it does not exist!
I am aware the store doesn’t open until 9:00a.m I called at 8:58 a.m to try to reach someone directly at 9:00a.m, the manager was soooo rude he said you need to call back at 9:00 a.m remind you it’s 8:59 a.m I’ve worked in customer service for 12 years and this was a terrible one second phone call! Retrain your team

Visited your Dogwood Drive SE store today and waited over 30 minutes before anyone even noticed that there are other customers who need assistance. At least two other folks just walked out of the store.Word of encouragement; if you are tied up w/another customer, try some common courtesy and apologize for the wait and the inconvenience. The store manager wanted to let me know that he couldn’t put my needs above the other customer for everyone needs to wait his or her turn. Really!! Just poor management.
On Tuesday October 15 I stopped in for printer cartridges. The store manager was awesome! While he could have easily point me in the direction he went out of his way to help me find them. They were out of one so he ordered it to have it delivered to my home. What great customer service. Always easy to complain but wanted to take time to say thanks and acknowledge that the great customer service didn’t go unnoticed.
Bathrooms filthy.Not greeted nor acknowledged after standing in line for almost 10 minutes but then the guy who walked up to the desk 4 minutes ago gets helped before meA CUSTOMER told me what i needed to do, that there was a self help fax area and where to sign in.Cheryl, Operations Manager was completely and inexcusably rude. Ill just go to a local who charges much more but treats me like he appreciates my money.
I have never been somewhere I had to wait an hour just to put a binder on my documents. This is ridiculous! One man fell asleep while waiting and one woman came after me and were fed up to the point she asked another employee to help her and he did. Instead of helping the people who were already here. I will never come back.

The worst service I have seen, the printing and fax area has the most useless person I have seen, after so many attempts to send a fax I had to leave the store, she was seeing that I could not send the fax, and it didnt help me, but thanks God, UPS store was open. Not is the first time that I went to this store to waste my time, they need good and friendly people working in the store.
I understand the need for a new process however the print line sign in process is totally ridiculous and Office Depot should be held accountable. I sat there with 5 people ahead of me and two being serviced. Everyone looked to be over this. I don’t understand why it takes so long to service people with urgency. No one has it here. And I mean no one !!?

I want to express my sincere appreciation to the store manager, Mr. Rudkin and also to one of the team members, Logan. I purchased a portable printer for my wife as a Christmas gift.Logan gave me excellent service and the product was ordered and was to be shipped to my home. Unfortunately I learned the item was out of stock and I never received the printer.I called Customer NO SERVICE and got absolutely NOWHERE in trying to get a credit back to my bank account! I went into the Conyers store on serveral occasions requesting help with the corporate Customer NO SERVICE. I was told that they could not reimburse me from the store due to corporate policy and it being an online purchase, although they took my money at the store.Logan and Mr. Rudkin were patient, courteous, and went to work on my behalf. I am happy to report that the funds were returned to my bank account this week thanks to the hard work of this store manager!I have two business accounts with Office Depot and I will from now on only shop at the Conyers store where I have received service above and beyond the call of duty!I will also say, in the event that the corporate folks care enough to read reviews, that their Customer NO SERVICE department needs to be fixed!Thank you Mr. Rudkin for your professionalism and your support of your customers. May your tribe increase!
The print shop employees are very very knowledgeable, super friendly and very patient, an awesome group of young people. I am a frequent flyer at the Conyers location. Very satisfied with every experience Ive encounter.
I was very surprised that the older woman at the print shop on 3/25/19. Wasnt helpful at all. I was in to buy 10 posters and she immediately directed me to do it online. The store was empty. I am very shocked at her customer service. I came into the store because I was having difficulty doing it on line. SMH. Needless to say. I still cant do it on line.
Terrible service. Print and copy is way to slow. Been their for 3 hours waiting for 2 people. The worst place to print or do anything.
I had my wedding invitations printed here and the price was very reasonable. There was a mistake, however, in the process. When I went back to inquire Adrian (the employee at the printing area at the time) willingly stayed overtime to help explain what happened. She then fixed absolutely everything and got the invitations just right. I was not charged for the adjusted order after returning the wrong product. Not only that but I also received 75 extra invites. That girl deserves a raise.
Customer Service is always on POINT. Steve the manager is never to busy to assist if there is something I dont understand. The employees there are very knowledgeable of all the products and offers the best for your needs. Thanks for being here in Conyers.
Bad service at printing center only one person working the area and she is very lazy and moving slow, need better management at store a lot of employees just walking around somebody should help when you see a line to the door
Logan helped me find a new toner for our printer. I returned old toner for recycling purpose and unknowingly returned drum as well. Next day I figured what happened. Swung by and Logan helped me find drum and fixed my printer.Professional, polite and knowledgeable person. You go Logan !!!!
This store gave out a store pick up order (which was fraudulent in itself) without checking proper ID. I have tried calling the store to alert those in charge but nobody is answering their phones. I have also contacted corporate. Awful customer service.
Extremely disappointed. I have had my study guides for college printed there for the past 4 years and never any issues. I picked up my study guide today and the ink is faded like the machine was running out, pages are cut off, and the print is ridiculously small. Nothing was offered to fix it. I was just told that was how the document was sent to them. My document wouldn’t have cause poor ink quality and cut off sentences.
Excellent customer service and selection of merchandise with the exception of the negative attitude of the new young lady working behind the counter in copy center on 11/08/2020. Verbal feedback to customers from Office Depot employees is inappropriate. I appreciate Manager Logan, Jennifer & Shanika for the extra effort to support customers waiting. Nickel & diming customers for creating business cards ect. Doesnt work. Sign in machine DOES not function properly & self serve machines have no consideration for those who are visually impaired, seniors or handicapped. This $2.50 minimum fee at copy center is ridiculous. Request Signage stating do not hold machines hostage from customers to posted at self service machines. Long wait times at self service is ridiculous too. Thank you. @miz_pound_cake

The copy and print department is very nice. Lines moves fast, and employees are very pleasant.
Horrible... the printing section is undermanned and the self service center was offline... waited in line for 20 minutes only to get to the counter and receive a presentation on how to get in the electronic que ... not a fan!! If you have 2-3 hours to spend to print 5 documents, they can handle it..
I drove to the Conyers location to turn in empty ink cartridges but to my surprise, I found out that credit wouldnt be applied till the end of the month. Prior to finding this out, I was told credit would be applied the next day by 2 employees. I asked for a manager, Brandon (Manager on duty) came over and listened to the issue at hand. He overly compensated me for my time, effort and gas by not only offering for me to go to Wal-Mart and purchase the ink I needed because it wasnt in stock and hed reimburse me for it but instead, he gave me the bigger pack of ink for my computer which cost more than what I was originally going to pay. Brandon gave tremendous customer service and made me feel valued as a customer. I really appreciate your help and the blessing you bestowed upon my family tonight. Thank you so much!!!!

I went to the print shop last Saturday to get some documents printed, I waited in line for 30 minutes with not being assisted. I left & came back on Sunday and the same thing occurred. There is no sense of urgency to assist customers at the print shop. Poor customer service. I will never go back to this location for assistance.

I went in as a first time customer because its the only place open on Sundays that made copies in conyers, well I wasnt greeted right away, the employees were too busy talking to each other, when I did get their attention they werent too friendly, I stated I needed 20 copies of both these forms and she asked me did I want the holes in them and I stated thatd be great, even though she said it was 3$ and some change for the holes heck I was in a hurry! It took 20 mins to get them back cause she had to put it in the system? Anyway the worst part was the holes in my copies were not aligned with the original holes leaving a black mark with the holes covering only half of this mark, I asked what the deal was.because that made my papers look tacky! I was told if I would of brought the paperwork without the holes in the original it wouldnt of done that! Well for 3$ and some odd cents I want the holes to line up! My office paperwork is now tacky and unprofessional! Staples would of charged me half that for the copies and thru in the holes, and you would of bet THEY WOULD OF LINED UP!! STAPLES HERE I COMR!!!!

She saw me standing behind someone to copy a document at the counter but when other people started to come in, she says the line is over here. Thanks for having me wait 10 mintues to tell me else wise. I will go somewhere else next time.

This place is virtually the only office/home supply store in the area. Although I have noticed some improvement in sales assistance, I still, nonetheless, dont care to shop here very often. The checkout process is usually slow or maybe not staffed to handle the traffic flow.
I ASKED TO MAIL A BRIEFCASE. THREE WORKERS REFUSED TO HELP ME. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER OFFICE DEPOT.

Unfortunately, I discovered too late that this location does not know anything about computer repair. Twice took computers to be repaired and had to throw them out.
Not very customer friendly. Was looking for buisness cards. We were told it could be done the same day, but the associate said we ve to come the next morning. Cant rely on this business if you need same day service.
The young man at the register I asked him where was some clear label paper for return package, he told me this then go down that up under this part of the shelf, when he could have just went and pick up, because was on register and one young lady was just there, thats just poor customer service when with three people standing up around the register and could not assist me to the product I need it, very bad customer experience
