I had an absolutely atrocious color that I got and thought it would look good. It didnt. Savanna was a complete doll and helped me. She went above and beyond to help me get a color more desirable. Great customer service from Savanna.

Lyndsay is worst . She needs to get fired for racial profiling. I always charge to my account but this time she had to call my boss to verify. That has never happened to me out of all the years I have been a customer. We are not using Sherwin Williams anymore. The Home Depot is better.

Mike was great, but I wouldnt shop here. There website sucks and not linked to inventory so YOU WILL run into issues with your order which will make you late.

This is definitely one of the slowest Sherwin Williams stores around. Even if the store is not busy they will take a long time to even acknowledge you. Its better to drive an extra 20 minutes to a different location than wait here for a simple order.

Best place to get your paint they know there trade always get it right

The manager is knowledgeable. I was able to get the paint I needed but didnt get a stir stick or tool to open the paint with.

Their current owner Lindsay is extremely incompetent and rude. I patiently waited for a while for her to take my money as everything was ordered and ready, and she started talking to another employee about something random. Then she proceeds to be rude and ignore me further as I move over to the other cashier who then helps me out. Buying a dozen gallons of specialty paint and I’m treated like some kind of hobo. Needless to say I will now buy from somewhere else.

I wont visit this store again. I went in during the 40% off sale. There was just one customer when I walked in. I browsed while he was helped. The employee assisted him and then promptly disappeared. After 5 minutes of no customer service I looked around and saw not one but 2 employees sitting in the office avoiding eye contact. Finally, one reluctantly comes out (he rolled his eyes and whispered can I help you with a mouth full of food). He ultimately was of no help to me since I asked him 2 questions (1 about gloss/sheen and 1 about a brush to use immediately) and he quipped its not a gloss but satin and no to the paint brush. As a newbie to painting I was very displeased since I had heard SW employees are really knowledgeable and helpful. I could having just went to one of the big box home improvement stores.UPDATE: I went back in to this store thinking maybe it was just those 2 employees. I was right! The store manager Tiffani was great! She explained the coupon stacking with the sale price to both me and another (different than the day before) employee. I told her about my previous experience and she said she would speak with the employees in the store that day. As long as Tiffani is in the store your experience will be awesome.
