One employee was extremely rude and ridiculously childish. He refused to help me without explanation and referred me to Verizon. Snappy, sarcastic and just immature. Seems like he didnβt want my business. I told him there was no reason to be rude and that I just wanted some help setting up a new account. He laughed in my face and told me to go to Verizon, even though I was already a customer of AT&T π I asked to speak with someone else and they helped me flawlessly and professionally. Whoever the tall skinny kid is should be fired because clearly he does not want to do his job. Not sure what his name is but Iβm sure you could tell who he was just by interacting with him. Overall I got what I needed and I am happy with the service provided, but I will not be going back to this store because Iβd rather not be disrespected by a man child.

I was in an out as quickly as possible. Don, the employee who helped me, was very kind and attentive. He told me about the deals and what would work best for me, even going into detail so the simple minded me could understand the small print. Every single question was answered and explained so that I knew exactly what I was getting.
Paul is absolutely the best. He set me up with a business plan that is perfect for what I need. I came back about a week later to upgrade my husbands phone and wham bam done. No BS, straight to the point and showed us helpful thing that we will definitely be looking into in the future. He was amazing and were taken care of quick!

Iβve been to many AT&T stores because of my business and Iβm constantly working all over central Texas. Some of the employees here are actually some of the worst AT&T employees Iβve come across. One of them literally has his feet kicked up on the table wearing a sports hat backwards. In the middle of one of my transactions the guy who was helping me and the guy the wearing a hat had a whole personal conversation and I felt like I was bothering them one of the times I went in. Thereβs like two workers that are good at this store and thatβs about it, ones name is Alvin and I forgot the other guys name.
Getting upgraded phones could not have been easier. The employee who assisted us did an amazing job. She was professional and courteous. She provided excellent service and answered all of our questions thoroughly.

Yesterday, I came in to the store 5 minutes prior the time it was supposed to close. My phone had been canceled by the person who owned the account, and I had to run into the store to try to get my phone back to work even if I had to get my own account. Zachery and Gabby took so good care of me and helped me get my phone back to working. If it wasnβt for them, I wasnβt going to have a choice but to wait until the next day to get it back to working, and at that wasnβt an option for me at the moment. They were heaven sent, they not only took care of my phone situation, but also were very patient with my impatient kids π. Thank you Zachery and Gabby! God bless you both and you guys deserve a promotion because you both truly show what genuine, true customer service is.

I just PCSβd here and needed to swap phone carriers in order to have better service on base. I had a tough time getting off T-Mobile and I was definitely frustrated going into the AT&T store. However, I had superb service from the moment I walked in until I left. Kelsie helped me right away and even got me some discounts for my plan. Her and other coworkers were also friendly in recommending places around town to see / eat at since I was new. By far the best customer service I have had in months!
One of the females that works there is really rude, she provides terrible customer service and I guess thats why she doesnt bother wearing her name tag. I think she said her name was Kelsey? She had a bad attitude from the moment she walked up to me and basically told me if I didnt like it I could leave. Great way to keep customers Kelsey! I asked for a new representative and everyone else was 100 % more knowledgeable and friendly as she couldnt even tell me the correct phone prices. I would drive to Killeen as not to bother here again.

I have been on the phone trying to start new services with ATT as Cricket has been giving me issue. The lady on the phone made two different accounts with my name and different phone numbers. I was advised to go to the store to fix this issue by the customer service representative on the phone. I was explaining to one of the employees (he was super nice and understanding) what happen the MANAGER came up rude and said YOU CAN NOT KEEP YOUR NUMBER IF YOU ARE CHANGING TO ATT FROM CRICKET. I was shocked and said ok left. They wanted to give me a new number! I went to the ATT at the 2802 W Stan Schlueter Loop, Killeen, TX 76549 and THEY HAD NO PROBLEM CHANGING MY PHONE NUMBER FROM CRICKET TO ATT AND SET ME UP WITH NEW SERVICES THAT DAY!
I am very pleased with the service I received today. Kelsie was not pushy and listened to everything I wanted. I was in there no more than about 30 minutes.

I called on yesterday in spoke with Zach about my phone not being able to charge and told him that I will be in today to see what the problem was with my phone. When I came into the store the customer service that all the employees had was superior I was very excited in coming to this location. Zach was with another wonderful customer so he ask his pleasant coworker Tara to help me and she was very helpful and knowledgeable of the issues and products. I was on a prepaid plan and I thought I could not get a phone n she did I walk out with my favorite color purple IPhone 11 n happy that I was treated with 100 π― percent with great customer service at this location. Went there to buy a phone and was told if I came back in a couple of days it might be cheaper,it was great
First visit the employee recommended I go to other ATT stores to find what I wanted instead of them just calling nearby stores to not waste my time. Second visit the employee couldnt figure out how to order what I wanted from online. Third visit the employee spent the entire visit bragging about his credit score and how much he has in savings. Not a good experience.
My husband and I came in to switch from Verizon. Amber helped us and she was absolutely amazing! She set us up with the newest phones, the best promos, and was so patient with us and answered all of our questions. This was by far the fastest and most pleasant experiences Iβve had at any phone store!

We came in today to switch service. Sarah was so very helpful with answering all of our questions. We had several lines to port so it was not the fastest process but she was extremely patient and cheerful. She helped make sure all of our old devices were properly transfered to the new ones and helped everyone with there screen protector, cases, etc. Her level of customer service certainly made us very pleased with our decision to switch to at&t.
Tara was very warm and welcoming when walking in. Very professional atmosphere and clean. She took care of us, was very patient, and she has great customer service. While waiting she helped multiple customers and was still able to focus on us. My first time in the store and loved it! Thanks again for your great service Tara!!!
My experience at this location is neutral. Is neutral because I received bad service but at the same time I received great service at the end. The bad service came in with Monique right from the beginning when she made me feel like I was not welcome at the store. Yes, I understand the whole COVID and new procedures but her approach from the beginning was not the best. So it was decided that we could continue with the transaction outside, which I did not have a problem with. The second part with dealing with Monique, came in, when she told me that it would be better if I did the transaction online. Well, if I wanted to do that, I wouldβve done that from the beginning. Thatβs when I felt like she was pushing me away an not wanting to assist me. So, I got in my car, but right after I was about to leave, the manager Fransisco approached the car and asked if everything was okay, which I than told him what had happened. After he realized what had happened, Fransisco assign me to Paul. Paul was great and was able to provide me with what I needed. That was my experience at this store. Luckily they had a great manager who was paying attention and took the necessary steps to make it right.
Absolutely great service from AT&T here and copperas cove Texas. I appreciate everything that they did. They were fast and so helpful. I didnβt have to do a thing and they were very good at explaining everything to me so that I can make the right decision for me and my family.
Went to this store trying to get some help on getting a replacement phone, the experience wasnβt pleasant at all Ms. Monique AT&T rep was a very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and very unhelpful during my visit. Instead of trying to help, she basically sent me off telling me thereβs nothing she can do or βweβ can do to help you. When it comes to customer service I believe we tried to help the customers to the best of our abilities and this lady didnβt even make the effort to help or at least hear what I had to say. AT&T should really work on either training their employees better or hiring people who actually like helping and offering solutions to their customers rather than giving them attitude and offering no help. People like this are the ones who give AT&T such bad customers service reviews.

So I wanted the Samsung Watch 3, which is advertised on AT&T web page for $16 (30months). In the store I was told $25 for30 months. NO MILLITARY DISCOUNT, they did not even ask...So at home I checked SAMSUNG page out and gees what. The same watch is $12something for 24months. And SAMSUNG offers Military discount.Its a shame to feel like the live off you and not serving you.so doing the math with AT&T in Cove i would pay for the same product $750 and with Samsung $312.I call that a rippppppppofffffff BIG TIME.EDITED on the 01/01/2021I was told when i gave back the watch that there will be no charges on my next phone bill. Gees what? $61 show upon my phone bill. I am so done with this place. Every time (and that for 6 years) we deal with them in Cove we have problems. Sadly AT&T is the only one that really works for us out here.IF YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO DO YOUR JOB RIGHT, YOU SHOULD NOT WORK THERE.

PAUL was such a great rep plus he made this upgrade run very smoothly. He knows quite a bit on his phones and the upgrade ran so much smoother than one of our previous upgrades. He is the guy to ask for. The staff here is so welcoming and always ready to help. I love my local ATTstore. Make sure to ask questions and look at options if you donβt have a set plan walking in.

Im an AT&T customer for about 30 yrs now. Never had a problem with the service, although the staff in the stores level a great deal to be desired mostly young kids that are more concerned with their own phones and who is texting what, and of course they have to answer back. And dont even think they will let a ca go to voicemail. Or if you do get an adult that listens to you, they dont always give you the correct info.

Asked for the wrong phone. Come back within an hour and they couldnt help me. Told me to come back next day when the store opens. Arrived when they opened and computer systems were down. Sent me all over central texas trying to find a store that had working computer systems with the phone I wanted to exchange. Long story short I ended back at this story almost 3 hours after it opened. And they finally gave me the phone I wanted.

Itβs not a bad place I learned that now itβs about selling like a car dealership. I think I rather go to Heights because they are more truthful. I havenβt had any bad experience but yes at times they get so busy they donβt answer every single question so be prepared to get a surprise on your bill. I did and thatβs why they get a 3 star

I walked in . One couple was ahead of me.so me and my four-year-old son was looking at phones well we waited.a man walked in after. When it was my turn. they went straight to him, they completely ignored me and helped the well-dressed man. Did they look at my tattoos and think I had no money? I dont know. they didnt even inform me they would be with me in a moment. Or he had an appointment they acted like I wasnt even there. Poor customer service. I will take my money to another store. Drive in the rain to the mall.

Switching from Verizon Wireless and I couldnβt be happier. Zach helped us and when I tell you he convinced me to buy a new phone, TWO pairs of AirPods AND DirectTV! He truly was personable and made my shopping experience absolutely amazing. The manager, Derrell was very helpful setting up our DirectTV and you can tell the dynamic in the store was radiant. 12/10 would recommend AT&T to anyone looking for a new cellphone carrier.Bonus: Was talking to Zach about my favorite band, 5 Seconds of Summer, and he pulls up one of their songs!!!

I went into the store after talking to a representative on the phone about an offer. The rep on the phone told me because I was porting over a number it would probably be more convenient to do it at the store.Upon arriving at the store the retail sales consultant (David Kyle) immediately became confrontational, rude, and completely unprofessional.This really surprised my as Ive been to the store numerous times and always had a wonderful experience.After being a customer for 9 years Im now considering changing my service provider.Its now a matter of principle with me as I dont do business with a company that doesnt stand by is word.

September 2016 my grandson wanted phone for birthday so purchased one from at&t and set up automatic withdrawal for monthly payment. This year, he wanted a better phone and more data for birthday so purchased one and changed to unlimited plan. In October, I picked grandson up for Sea World trip and he told me his phone did not work. We needed it in case we were separated at park. I went to at&t store in Brownwood Tx where grandson lives and young man Justin? did not help us and made me feel like I was not worth his time. After I returned home to Copperas Cove area I visited at&t store in Cove. A young lady, Sara Hall, fixed problem in a few minutes. She was courteous, friendly, and knew her job. Gave me her card in case I had future problems and told me to call. This is the kind of service that has me recommending a store or product to others. Thank you Sara
David is the representative I talk to every single time I go in there. He truly cares about his customers. He goes above and beyond to explain and ensure I understand every part of my plan and even helps with explanations on stuff he does not have to provide. I also want to include Daneisha. She is the manager there and after coming three times to talk to David and not being able to move forward due to a separate issue, I went in and was ready to purchase my ATT internet and Daneisha went out of her way to ensure I was helped and David could still get the credit for it as I had made it after he left for the day. They truly are a great team and even when they are completely packed with customers and overwhelmed they still took the time I needed to ensure I understood how my stuff worked and were very nice. Thank you everyone.

I bought a brand new iPhone Xβs max and was sent home while it was setting up. When I got home it crashed and wonβt do anything. I went into the store the next morning i and told the manager SAL what happened. He said it was there fault for not setting it up right but said he couldnβt take the phone or exchange it. This is the worse store ever. I will be switching providers.
